Dès l’arrivée, on comprend vite que l’établissement ne correspond pas aux standards attendus. La chambre était en mauvais état, sombre, mal entretenue, et clairement pas accueillante. Aucun gel douche ni shampoing n’était fourni, ce qui est pourtant le minimum. La climatisation est inutilisable à cause d’un bruit extrêmement fort, et l’isolation est quasi inexistante : entre le bruit de la route principale et l’appel à la prière, il est tout simplement impossible de dormir correctement. Les lits sont très inconfortables, durs, avec des ressorts que l’on sent à chaque mouvement. Aucun espace de rangement digne de ce nom : dans certaines chambres, il n’y a même pas de quoi poser ses affaires de toilette ou suspendre une serviette. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant, sans qualité ni variété. Le personnel n’a pas arrangé l’expérience : manque d’écoute, attitude parfois déplacée, et un comportement intrusif et moqueur de la part de l’un d’entre eux, ce qui est inacceptable. Il nous faisait énormément de réflexions et nous demandait constamment de justifier nos déplacements et nos achats, sans parler du fait qu’il nous parlait tout simplement mal… Enfin, les horaires de check-in et check-out semblent très approximatifs, à l’image du reste de l’organisation. En résumé : un établissement où le confort, le service et le repos ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas.

• Genesis (3/5): - I really enjoyed talking with Buwah. He spoke English well and all the staff were very helpful and lovely. The place offered free breakfast and the beach was just across the street. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Feeling every spring pretty much. My bathroom was outside and everything was always soaked because of the rain. I went in January. The hot water lasted maybe 5 minutes each time. And the handles to things were pretty rusted. On the last day the drywall from the bathroom ceiling area that was covered fell all over the floor.. not the best. I guess thats what you get for the money there.

Badrummet var bra, stort men snabbt snutsigt då golvet från det andra rummet smutsade ner våra fötter / skor

Sea turtles swim on the beach in front of the hotel, and swimming with them every day was a wonderful experience. The location is right on the beach, and the restaurant and free sun loungers are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is delicious; you should especially try the shrimp and calamari. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it. Nothing

Bad: total verdreckt, rostige Rohre, Loch im Dach, Restdach baufällig, verdrecktes Handtuch auf der Stufe zum Schlafzimmer als Teppichersatz. Nur schmutziger Duschvorhang zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer, d.h. frei zugänglich für Tiere JEGLICHER Art. Kein Safe… Aussicht Terrasse scheußlich, z. T. Müll oder Baumaterial. Mir wurde Erstattung versprochen, jedoch keinerlei Reaktion auf meine Mails, booking.com auch nicht hilfreich. Personal freundlich, aber vom herumsitzen wird die Location nicht besser

• Julia (5/5): No volveríamos - La ubicación era muy buena, cerca del centro pero un poco alejado de todo el ruido. Era muy lindo desayunar en la playa. La habitación era chica, el baño no tenía pared hasta el techo, la ducha estaba en el medio y nunca se terminaba de secar el piso y era incómodo. Vimos una cucaracha muy grande caminando por una de las camas.
• Carlo (6/5): Ottima posizione, resto da migliorare - Sicuramente l'ottima posizione, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal porto. La vicinanza con la moschea e le preghiere al megafono non ci hanno disturbato. La struttura è dalla parte opposta a quella della "movida" (che comunque si può raggiungere in 5 minuti di bicicletta) e la sera è molto tranquillo con tanti locali per mangiare. La struttura ha delle stanze molto spartane, ma la cosa negativa per noi è stato il bagno. La porta del bagno si chiudeva dall'interno della stanza e ci siamo chiesti subito il perché...e la risposta è stata perché il bagno aveva il "tetto" che lasciava ampi spazi che facevano passare aria/insetti/cose. Pulizia da rivedere, abbiamo trovato dei capelli degli ospiti precedenti. Non avevamo le saponette in bagno e le abbiamo dovute chiedere alla reception: la cosa "simpatica" è che ne spariva una ogni notte.
• Michelle (3/5): - Det lå tæt på stranden, hvor de havde et strandområde forbeholdt deres gæster. Overnatningsstedet var virkelig slidt og ulækkert! (Se billederne). Vi var meget overrasket over at stedet kunne have en anbefaling på 6 på booking. Dette stemmer slet ikke overens med stedet. Vores bungalow var utrolig beskidt og bungalowen var så slidt at det var uacceptabelt( både vægge, loftet og gulvene), sengene var dårlige, elendig morgenmad, ingen rengøring. Hotellet blev drevet at nogle unge mennesker. Vi fandt både hår og æggeskaller i vores mad! Derudover blev vi vækket hver morgen kl.5 på grund af meget højlydt bøn fra moskeen. Vi gjorde alt hvad vi kunne for ikke at opholde os på stedet, ud over når vi skulle sove. Vi kan ikke anbefale stedet og vil ikke komme her igen.

Die Moschee ist sehr laut an diesem Standort, ich war jeweils um 5 Uhr morgens wach, da die Gebete dann beginnen. Am ersten Tag wollte ich frühstücken. Mir wirde gesagt, ich sei noch zu früh. Als ich mich hinsetzte und wartete konnte ich hören, wie ein Mann ebenfalls nach Frühstück frage, er hat es bekommen.

Под потолком паутина. В ванной комнате плитка грязная, на душевой лейке зеленая плесень. В номере запах сырости. Постельное белье желтое, неприятно спать, все влажное, запах плесени и сырости. Пришлось поменять билеты и съехать раньше. Потеряли день. Вдоль отеля ограждение за которым развалины, проживает персонал, там просто ужас, свалка. На кухне бардак, девушка повар сидит на столе с ногами, потом на этой поверхности готовит. В этом отеле не то что не комфортно жить, а опасно для здоровья. Всегда читаю отзывы, очень критично к ним отношусь, всегда считаю сколько людей - столько мнений, крайне редко пишу негативные отзывы, но в данной ситуации не могу промолчать! Написала претензию в поддержку букинг, считаю этот отель позором для данного сайта бронирования. Первый раз столкнулись с таким разочарованием!

The accommodation was in terrible condition — no hand towels, no cups or glasses, not even a basic bar of soap provided! Most of the facilities were broken or faulty, including a damaged power point which felt unsafe. On top of that, extremely loud calls to prayer from a nearby mosque started around 5 AM and lasted for 30 minutes — it was impossible to sleep through. The worst part? I reached out to Expedia for support, and they did nothing. No help at all from a company I’ve been using for years. Truly disappointing customer service. This place was unliveable — I had to rebook elsewhere and move out the very next morning. And Expedia never supported me and didn't make any refunds. Next time, I will not check in before checking the property! If you're considering staying here, please think again and read more reviews. I wish I had.

• Еговцева (1/5): The so-called “deluxe” bungalows were dirty, broken, and completely misrepresented — one of the worst hotel experiences - There is simply nothing to like about this place. The hotel hasn’t been maintained or renovated in a long time everything is worn out and falling apart. Even basic cracks and damage haven’t been repaired. The tables are broken, there’s mold and rust everywhere. It’s in a terrible state. We had two “Deluxe” bungalows, but the reality was shocking: • Holes in the walls were stuffed with rags • Doors were chipped and damaged • Bed sheets were stained and dirty • The sink area had missing and broken tiles • Mold was visible in several places • No administrator was present we were checked in by the cook This has nothing to do with “deluxe”. It was a complete misrepresentation.
