Sehr komfortabel und professionell organisiert. Unterkunft war bei 8 Grad Aussentemperatur im Januar nicht geheizt. Die Klimaanlage konnte zwar auch heizen, war aber nicht in der Lage Fussboden, Bett, Bad & Oberflächen auf eine akzeptable Temperatur zu bringen.

- Janina (4/5): - Sauberkeit Ich wundere mich, wieso die Unterkunft so gut bewertet ist, da ich einen Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen kann. - Am Wochenende ist es auch im Oktober unglaublich laut und der Bass lässt einen bis 3 Uhr morgens bei geschlossenen Fenster nicht schlafen. Dafür kann die Besitzerin allerdings nicht. - Frühstück besteht nur! Aus verpackten Industrieprodukten und einer Melone. Man muss sich alles selbst zubereiten mit dem Hinweis danach per Hand abzuspülen. Dies finde ich in einem B&B weder hygienisch noch komfortabel. Für mich war dies das schlechteste Frühstück in vielen Jahren Italienurlaub. - Toilettendeckel war abgebrochen und insgesamt hat die Einrichtung Renovierungsbedarf. Zudem sind beispielsweise die Handtücher alt und fransig. - Im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften, war die Ortstaxe nicht mit angegebenen und kam zum von Booking genannten Gesamtpreis dazu -.wahrscheinlich damit der Preis Wettbewerbsfähiger.wirkt.

Exceptionally clean (A++++) and well furnished. A great selection of breakfast available and the amenities were great.

- Angela (7/5): Assez satisfaite de mon séjour - L'établissement se trouve dans le centre de Palmi, près de la place I Maggio, où le soir les habitants de la ville se rencontrent pour promener et boire un verre. Les chambres, fournies de telè, minibar, air conditionnèe, wifi gratuit sont accueillantes, lumineuses, silencieuses et propres, la salle de bain grande, moderne et offre des échantillons de produits pour le corps. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur la belle terrasse ensoleillée de l'établissement où on trouve un salon, des petites tables et des fauteils. La petite cuisine dispose d'une machine à cafè, d'un bouilloir et un four à microondes. On peut dejeuner avec du café, thé, yogurts, jus de fruit, confiture, différénts sortes de croissants mais rien sans lactose. La proprietaire, très gentille, a prévu pour moi du lait sans lactose car je l'avais avertie de mes intolérances alimentaires. A mon avis, il faudrait remplacer les meubles un peu demodés (mais certains les trouveront charmants) des chambres et les fauteils de la terrasse car le treillis en plastique est cassè. Le petit déjeuner devrait prevoir plus des aliments pour les intollerantes au lactose, du pain frais et de fruits.

- Semyonsm (10/5): Exceptional - Booked last moment at 10pm as my friend felt sick, nevertheless everything worked almost instantly. At night my friend felt even worse and we were not really able to checkout on time. The lady let us stay as much as we need, so the friend had enough time to recover after the sleepless night. The terras is very cozy, you can make a fresh orange/lemon juice for breakfast. Coffee, croissants, tea, equipped kitchen. Also on the terras each of us have found or luck 🍀 Our bikes spent safe night at the ground floor. Thanks a lot for the stay!
