No me gustaron las indicaciones para llegar al parking y la inaccesibilidad de l carretera. No me gustó que cortaran el agua por la mañana y no dijeran nada ni diera aviso. No me gustó el desayuno por su baja calidad. No me gustó que el edredón no tuviera funda y tuvieras que echarlo sin nada que lo cubriera.

The suite (room 402) had potential but really did need other amenities to make it really comfortable. The view from the suite was excellent. The breakfast wasn't great. The suite we stayed in needed milk to go with the tea bags. The bed was very low and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small.. It was more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel.

Escogí la opción almuerzo que en un principio se presentó como buffet pero al llegar ahí nos dijeron que al no haber mucha gente se limitaban a un menú para compartir cada 2 personas prefijado por el hotel y además el café no estaba incluido. Esto no me acabó de gustar del todo pero bueno el desayuno era suficiente dentro de lo que cabe.

- Natalie (10/5): Excellent stay! - This is a brand new hotel on the outskirts of Sarandë. It was spotless, comfortable and had very friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the sea out to Corfu. There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. Although the area was out of season when we visited so lots of building work going on around the site, and the car park was inaccessible due to the pavements being built. We could park directly outside though so all good.

- HUMZA (8/5): Très bon hotel ! - J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, il est proche du centre, à 15 min à pied seulement ! L'hôtel était correct. La chambre était grande et avait une belle vue sur la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et varié ! C'est un peu vieillot, on peut le voir notamment avec la clim et les équipements. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, les services de streaming ne fonctionnaient pas.

The breakfast was mediocre and cold every day, the coffee like dishwater. The beds were soft foam mattresses that gave no support. The staff had no suggestions for activities in the town. The internet did not function in the rooms most of the time and was weak at best. The chairs in the balcony part of dining area are too low for the tables. Staff try but the facilities are inferior.

- Alberto (4/5): Dececionante. - Estacionamento gratuito Comida do pequeno almoço de provocou uma intoxicação alimentar, culminando numa visita ao hospital. Café (bebida) aguado e sem sabor, dos piores que já bebemos. Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade, sempre respeita e de pouca qualidade (mal preservada, tinha vespas na nutella). Não há vista para o mar na maioria dos quartos. Apesar de estar perto do mar, é impossível alcança lo a pé em menos de 30 min. As praias mais perto são todas de hotéis.

- Carolina (8/5): Buen hotel para vacaciones - El hotel esta muy bien pero lo mejor es que teníamos una terraza y unas vistas muy bonitas. El personal muy amable y atento. Y lo mejor es el que tenga parking por que allí sino sería imposible aparcar. Cenamos varias veces allí y muy rico todo y bien de precio. El desayuno todos los días lo mismo. Hay que tener claro que esta retirado del paseo Marítimo de Sarandë.

Raportat la preț eu cred că merită să te cazezi aici - Un aspect pozitiv este că ai parcare mare unde îți poți lăsa mașina, lucru greu de găsit în sarande. Curățenia a fost ok. Este hotel cu recepție non stop. Are aer condiționat în fiecare cameră Distanță destul de mare față de centru. Hotelul este mai degrabă de 3 stele decât de 4.

- Lisa (9/5): - Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist alles neu renoviert. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Mädels an der Rezeption konnten bei jedem Anliegen helfen und alles wurde immer sofort umgesetzt.

- Nora (8/5): - L'emplacement par rapport à la plage commerce. Le parking spacieux et gratuit. La chambre était propre spacieuse la salle de bain moderne et bien équipée. Literie et serviettes de toilettes propres et moelleuses. Petit frigo avec boisson et balcon donnant sur la.mer . Juste magnifique. Petit déjeuner varié. Un petit bémol pour la qualité du café du matin trop léger en percolateur...alors qu'on est en pays du café mais on peut se rattraper au bar ensuite.... Pas d'accès privilégié pour la plage il faut payer hélas....

- Vale (10/5): Muito bom - Tudo. Quarto muito espaçoso, limpo e luminoso. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e profissionais. Tem um restaurante muito bom e com uma excelente relação preço/qualidade. Jantamos sempre nesse restaurante.

- Di Salvatore (10/5): Ottimo ..se dovessimo tornare in Albania sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura - Ci siamo trovati benissimo con tutto lo staff ma soprattutto con Jimmy che parlava benissimo l'italiano ragazzo educato, gentile e sempre disponibile...qualità del cibo alta sia colazione che pranzo e cena con prezzi ottimi.

- Carolina (8/5): - Do quarto no geral, bom colchão e almofada, boa pressão do chuveiro. Ótimo isolamento da luz solar. O pequeno almoço é muito básico, há bastante espaço de melhoria. Desde mais variedade de pão, a sumos diferentes bem como a disposição dos artigos. Torna-se complicado tirar comida da prateleira de cima sem nos sujarmos com a comida que está em baixo.
- Grimaldi Gabriele (10/5): - Hotel nuovo,posizione ottima, colazione abbondante dolce e salata,il super visore Jimmy e una persona molto accogliente da consigli veri e sinceri,all'interno dell'hotel c'è anche il ristorante e si mangia benissimo specie l'aragosta,il pesce in generale e anche la carne. Consigliatissimo siamo stati veramente bene. La signora delle pulizie fa solo il cambio asciugamani e lenzuola poi però non pulisce niente nemmeno il bagno. E questo non mi e piaciuto.
