• MonicaRae (10/5): - Great location and the owner/operator Henry and his wife live right down the hall and provide outstanding recommendations on restaurants and activities.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Cozy little studio located just three blocks from Metro Station République where you can find coffee places, restaurants, bars, markets all within 5 blocks. To our surprise it was extremely quiet for a building with 6 floors, it was also clean and big enough for 2 people, equipped with everything you need to cook and even a washer (laundry just two blocks away in case you need to dry what you wash). Did not use it but it has a heater. Harry was in touch days before our arrival and the day we landed kept in touch all the way until we arrived to the apartment. We do recommend this place.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Singularly Beautiful garret apartment/ studio - This a small but beautifully formed Studio Apartment in a great area. Yes the lift is small but not hard to fit two people. The building is lovely, the aspect is westerly and quiet while there are plenty of very active areas close by so it suits all. The bed is a well sprung sofa bed, bathroom has ample room, kitchen has good eating space, fine wooden furniture and all the little extras like orange juice / water etc are lovely. High recommendation.

• Michael (4/5): - The property was located near 3 awesome bakeries, a Tabac (for your metro tickets), a FranPrix and the Metro. However, the ad says "Luxury apartment" which is a bald-faced lie. Two stars at the most. The bed is a pull-out couch. Since when is a pull out couch luxury? Furthermore, there's no city view. The view, is of other apartments. You can check if the sun is out, which is nice. Another issue is the bed's springs were horrendous. Any movement caused them to creak and moan. Also, the picture of the courtyard is misleading. That door is not the door to your studio. Your only interaction with this courtyard is when you drop off your trash. As to amenities, TV was supposed to be provided but due to cable issues it was never available. Additionally, we let the owner know. He said he'd take care of it but he never did. Bottom line, I would NOT stay here again and I am sure your money would be better spent elsewhere.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Pros: - easy access to Métro, about 5 minutes walk to République and Filles du Calvaire - studio is clean, quiet, amenities as advertised, - super fast internet access, both downloads and uploads (174 & 141 Mbps), - nice neighborhoods, with good choices of restaurants, stores, and markets Cons: - it's on the sixth floor, and the tiny elevator fits only 1 person plus a carrier-on luggage. It worked for me but may not be for all
• LUIZ F (8/5): Ótimo espaço e localização porém com taxas extras. - O espaço é pequeno mas extremamente completo, conta com uma cozinha completa com todo o necessário para uma estadia mais longa, a cama é bastante barulhenta por ser um sofá-cama, porém confortável. Wifi é razoável, Tv velha, sem netflix ou entrada para pendrive ou HDMI. A localização é muito boa, próximo a praça Republique e várias estações de metro, a região conta com várias opções de restaurantes, bares e mercados tudo muito próximo. Gostaria de chamar atenção a taxa de limpeza de 45 euros! Uma fortuna, além disso me foi cobrado mais 50 euros por fazer o check-in a noite. Ambas as taxas são caras e encarecem bastante a média de custo. Se eu soubesse, teria escolhido outro lugar. Enfim, lugar legal, mas fique atento as taxas, se sua estadia for curta, não compensa.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great studio in le Marais - Henry was a wonderful host. The apartment is small but has everything you would need for a stay in Paris. You cannot beat the location, the building is right in the heart of le Marais. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner was a huge plus in the very hot late June weather we had! Overall a great stay and would happily stay here again next time we are in Paris.
• Anne (10/5): Bijou Parisian studio apartment - Tiny but perfectly formed! This apartment is short on space but has everything you need. The decor is beautiful; wooden floors, tiled worktops, natural wood furniture. The building is full of period features with the entrance through wrought iron gates, spiral stairs up to the 6th floor, a small courtyard at the back, rooftop views. It has the smallest lift I’ve ever seen! The apartment is equipped with everything from hairdryer and iron to crockery and towels. The owner is accessible and very helpful and provides a friendly greeting and orientation to the apartment and area on arrival. The local area, Le Marais, is perfectly situated for walking or Metro to the sights as well as providing many opportunities for shopping, cafes, art galleries, market and gardens. The apartment was a perfect taste of Parisian living and I can’t eait to return to it.
