• Verified traveler (10/5): Gem in Fira - Family run establishment. Thannasi is a true professional, arranging taxi transfers and guidance on the island. Quiet, near a playground, all-day restaurant Osmo, mini market, and a 15-min walk to the central bus station in Fira. Breakfast poolside, delicious! With a crisp clean pool and towels provided, the cabanas were a perfect way to lounge. Small playpen bed provided for our youngest at no extra charge. We will return!

• michael (10/5): - Everything about the property was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging transport for us on a few occasions. The only negative is, if you want to sunbathe the cabanas at the pool are covered and you don’t get any sun. Other than that, all great.

Espaço agradável e muito reservado...eu amei a estrutura do quarto, umas das melhores camas que dormi em período de viagem pela Europa. A princípio por não conhecer o lugar achava que estava longe do burburinho de Fira...mas não a localização é perfeita, perto de todos em uma rua excelente sem ter que ficar arrastando malas por escadas e ladeiras...

Coming during off season the pool was drained and many of the resturants around the hotel were closed, so there was a bit of a walk to get to any food accommodations. But the staff was very kind and would provide their personal phone number if they were leaving the property for any amount of time.

• Jennifer (10/5): Very comfortable and affordable - This hotel is small but very cozy and comfortable. The people who manage it are available 24/7 via a Whatsapp number and they live very close to the property. The rooms really impressed me, our room was not small at all, we had tons of space and lots of room and surfaces to put things. There were hangers for clothes, a spacious shower, etc. Very comfortable bed too. I went in November when there aren't many tourists so the price was extremely low. I almost expected the hotel to be bad because the price was very low, but it was amazing for the price! I felt like I was in a hotel for hundreds of dollars per night. Very good quality.

My luggage was misplaced at the airport, so when I showed up with only my carry-on the young lady working offered us outlet adapters and was willing to help in any way possible. When my luggage was located she notified us immediately that it would be delivered. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered something for everyone. We were only here for a short stay so I didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it looked lovely.

• Sam (10/5): - Bill is very nice man and took care of booking transport to airport. Rooms are clean daily. Air conditioning works great. Breakfast is decent. Good location within 10 minute walk to town. The only bad thing is there is too much dog poo in the streets. Very safe area.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Entire property stank of smoke and sewerage - Our entire stay was ruined due to the 2 owners chain smoking everywhere around the property, in public areas, including the enclosed breakfast seating area. They were both always on their cell phones, yelling, on speaker phone, which could be heard around all areas of the hotel. It is a small boutique hotel with 7 rooms surrounding the entire pool area, we could not sit at the seating area in front of our room, nor eat breakfast at the breakfast tables, because the owners smoked right there the whole time breakfast was available. RIGHT next to the food and tables, the smoke wafting around the whole area. Nothing but smoking, yelling, and not caring about the guests AT ALL. There was no peace and quiet (or clean air). It made us so sick the last 2 days we stayed in our room with migraines, it got so bad, unable to open our windows to get any fresh air. We bought this up with the owners, and they continued the incessant smoking and yelling. The bathroom wreaked of sewerage as the plumbing needed fixing, so avoid this property unless cigarette smoke and sewerage are what you like. Selfish owners. Worst hotel stay we have ever had. Santorini was ruined due to these 2 owners who had no regard for their guests.

• Isabella (2/5): - Booked to stay at this property in June/July 2020, unfortunately due to COVID-19 we were unable to travel. The hotel originally told us they would provide us with a full refund if we could not travel by our travel dates. When I requested the refund they went back on their word and said they would provide a credit that we could be refunded for if we did not stay with them within a certain time. Once that time had passed and in Australia we were still not allowed to travel out of the country, I requested the refund and the hotel has been silent ever since and are refusing to provide me with my refund. Worst customer service I have experienced. Financial stress due to COVID affected everyone and we lost a lot of money on this trip and this property was not willing to fulfil their original promises. Disappointed.

• R James (8/5): Good for a stay - This was a very comfortable hotel. The location was great, walking distance to everything. It had two tiny parking spots, so get a mini rental. The design was modern, great design, some flaws in build quality. Breakfast was generous and good, we were there 10 days, so it got a bit boring.

The 2 gentleman that ran this property were SO helpful and kind I can’t say enough about them! We walked to Fira every day and the street is very busy but it is a simple route to the bus station.
• Euan (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The stay was amazing, we couldn’t fault it! There were 8 units total with a shared pool and we occupied 3 rooms total with our family. The owner was lovely and couldn’t do more for us. The breakfast was beautiful and the pool area and rooms were sparklingly clean. The location was perfect, not on the caldera but around a 5-10 minute walk into Fira town. It’s located on a slight back road with some limited parking so if you’re any to rent a car you can park just around the corner.

• Mira (10/5): - The hotel manager was especially helpful when bad weather canceled local ferry travel off the island. Ambience Suites was booked for that night, so he arranged a room nearby and even carried our suitcases as he showed us the way.
• RMR (10/5): - Property was great. Had a 2 bedroom apartment. Comfortable and spacious. Managers were ready to greet us and settle us in. Very helpful in getting us transportation and directions in the neighborhood. Quick walk to Thira, which gave us access to the whole island.
• George (10/5): - WOW!!! this was a great find!!!! Hotel is like renting a Villa in Santorini, I only Booked two rooms for one night, I wish I would have stayed here longer. The rooms and Bathroom were really big, they look exactly like the pictures. Walkout out of the room there was a perfect size pool that my family enjoyed. Location was amazing up a few stairs and you are in the middle of Fira and the amazing view. It is also close to a free parking lot would recommend staying here again!!!!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Greece Vacation - The place has potential and looks nice but when I arrived they weren't done with construction so they didn't have the 2 bedroom I asked for and never informed me until I was there so we had to have 4 people cram into a studio room with 1 bed and two mattresses. We got a "discount" which is basically the same price as the studio room if we got that anyway.
