• Steve (10/5): Great Villa, great location. Home from home. Owners fab and very receptive - Very clean and close to all amenities . Kitchen well equipped and lovely touches like milk, bread, butter, etc on our arrival. Really sets this villa apart from Villa Plus. Great communication from owners and our request for late check out was approved, making a great difference to us. If you see the white cat with black spots and a dodgy left eye, she adores chin tickles and tummy rubs 🫶 Nothing
• Felicity (10/5): Book! - After surfing so many sites for a villa for a family of 6 ( 2 adults and 4 children, 17, 15,13, and 11 I am so glad I close villa sunbeam. I booked flights with TUI and this villa on this site. We were attending a wedding at Palio Monastiro, which was a 5 minute drive away, so perfect, The villa location is awesome. A 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants, a further 5 minute walk you will have you at a local supermarket that sources everything at fair prices and offers free delivery. Coral Bay Beach would be about a 15-minute walk, but we chose to use a local taxi as it was too hot to walk. A 6 seater to the beach was 10 euros, a 6 seater into paphos ( kings mall) was 25 euros and 60 euros to the airport. We used George's taxis, which are located around the corner and could not fault them . The villa itself is home from home, you have everything you would need, ironing board and iron, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, every channel you can think off, washing line, bbq, loungers, air con, and the villa was equipped with little extras like washing powder, cleaning products, sun tan lotion and welcome essential groceries which was a lovely touch as we arrived past midnight . The villa is even visited by an ice cream van. The area is pristine, quiet, and private. We received a pool clean during our 7 day stay, which was a lovely surprise. If I could change 2 minor things, it would be a hoover. This would have helped, and we could only find a sweeping brush and a better name plate on the front of the villa, we were looking for sunbeam villa on the plaque and our taxi driver and ourselves just could not locate it for about 10 minutes, the address on the villa plaque does not quite match the address on the booking confirmation. Bonus points also for assisting with a late check out. Overall, a superb villa is perfect for a large family in a great location with everything you would need and more . That I don't own it!

• Christopher (8/5): Very good - The property was in a perfect location in Coral Bay and had everything you need inside the villa, including all british tv channels through a firestick. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The villa inside was very clean and had lots of towels, pillows etc. The pool was dirty on arrival, which meant not being able to use it for the first day, which wasn't great with children. We had to brush the outside area and clean the beds because it clearly hadn't been done before our arrival. We were told by the pool men that the gardener would come to clean up all the fallen leaves , etc, that were blowing into the pool, but nobody came in the 10 days we were there.

I would come and stay here again, the location was br - The location of the Villa is fabulous, with walking distance to the strip and other amenities. The Villa itself is situated on a quiet and private small complex, it’s corner position is perfect. we had a wonderful stay and Wahida was on hand to check in with any issues and to offer assistance if needed- but we did not need anything. I would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay!
