Children aged 15 and under are allowed to use the spa up until 16:00h.
The beach bar and pool are open seasonally from May to September.

- Sanja (8/5): - As soon as I entered the room, I placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Since I had an event that evening in PortoNovi, I left the room and, upon my return, noticed clear signs that someone had entered it. My suitcase, or rather my bag, had been disturbed and knocked over, and the pillows had been placed inside the wardrobe. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and highly unusual experience. Normally, no one enters the rooms at that time, yet for some reason they felt the need to do so. Another issue occurred upon my departure. As I had informed them in advance, I requested that an invoice be provided to me. However, the invoice I received contained incorrect information. At that moment, I assumed I would simply call them so the corrections could be made and the revised invoice resent. However, despite calling them, no one ever responded to me or sent the corrected invoice I had requested. The original invoice they provided contained numerous errors. The issue was particularly important because I was travelling on official business and urgently required the corrected invoice. Had it been for personal purposes, the correction would not have been necessary. Unfortunately, they were unwilling — or unable — to accommodate my request in this matter as well.

Ответят на все вопросы (и не только на английском, но и на русском языке), доброжелательны, внимательны. Молодые и красивые сотрудники и на ресепшен, и в СПА, и на пляже, и в ресторане! Номер-чистота идеальная, постель удобная, бутылка воды 0,75 каждый вечер. В номере есть все для комфортного отдыха. За апгрейд до студии и раннее заселение-отдельная благодарность! СПА-это чудо! Бассейн, сауны, джакузи-все чисто, удобно, комфортно! Отличный бассейн в пляжной зоне. Первый опыт купания в конце апреля. Ну не могли не насладиться освежающей водой чистейшего бассейна! Завтрак-хорошо организован, большой выбор всего очень вкусного! Много салатов, овощи и фрукты, красивые десерты, кофе! Уйти голодным не получится. Надеемся, что это первый, но не последний визит в отель! К сожалению, время отдыха здесь прошло слишком быстро. И, на фоне этого отеля, остальные явно проигрывают и по количеству, и качеству услуг. А нам есть с чем сравнивать.
- Siefko (10/5): Beste verblijf ooit! - Alles. De service was fenomenaal, alle faciliteiten zijn top. Alles klopt aan dit hotel. Hier kunnen andere hotels een voorbeeld aan nemen. Aan alles is gedacht, handgeschreven welkomst kaartje, welkomst snack en drankje, afwerkingsniveau van de kamer en ook het gebouw e.d. is heel hoog. De Champions League onder de hotels.

- Derek (10/5): Beautiful positioned hotel. Remastered from an old lazaret. - The hotel was booked for 2 nights only. We were staying in Another hotel nearby and did not like it. Therefore we visited the Lazure and booked immediately. The ambience of the hote , staff and general comfort was excellent. The bar and food prices staggered us for a country trying to invest in tourism. I would expect higher prices at a true 5 star Hotel such as the Ritz but not in Montenegro. However, what we ordered was magnificent and tasty. Served with passion.

Really nothing to fault and would recommend to anyone who values quality and tranquility, we were very fortunate that the hotel was not super busy so could use the facilities with ease.

- Oleh (10/5): Древность и современность в одном флаконе 😊 - От начала и до конца пребывания в отеле все было на высочайшем уровне комфорта. Ещё до регистрации нас пустили припарковать авто на подземный паркинг, а там встретил сотрудник, предложил помощь с багажом и проводил на ресепшн. При регистрации мы узнали, что нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера, нам вручили ваучеры на бесплатный напиток в баре, потом проводили в номер. В номере была приветственная открытка и комплимент в виде пакетиков со сладостями, очень приятно. Посетили спа - там все чисто, современно, приятное обслуживание, удобные раздевалки и шкафчики с кодовым замком, бассейн, джакузи, несколько разных саун, хамамов и.т.п. Хамам горячий и влажный, как и должен быть, в отличии от того, как он выглядит во многих черногорских отелях. Завтрак в виде шведского стола, разнообразный и вкусный, с приятным обслуживанием официантов. Атмосфера отеля в целом очень интересная и уютная, тут гармонично сочетается древность и комфорт. В общем, тут шикарно и хочется побывать ещё.

Территория ухоженная, с прямым выходом к набережной – удобно вечером гулять. Номера просторные, с хорошей шумоизоляцией, качественным текстилем и нормальной вентиляцией – спится комфортно. Завтрак выше среднего: свежие продукты, хороший выбор. В SPA отдельная сильная сторона: аккуратно, всё работает, бассейны и сауны содержатся в порядке. Персонал внимательный и быстрый – вопросы решают без формальных отписок. Локация удобна для поездок по побережью и прогулок по старому городу. Общий вывод – отель подходит для спокойного отдыха с хорошим уровнем сервиса и приятной атмосферой.

Отличное расположение, красивый дизайн. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. В номере чисто. Будем сюда с удовольствием возвращаться ! Хорошо бы чтобы в СПА выдавали халаты размера, чтобы на мужчин налезал). Халаты сейчас маленькие и в них не комфортно.

We received a room upgrade and really enjoyed the spacious, cozy apartment. The welcome sweets and drinks were a nice touch. Pleasant saunas and a fairly large swimming pool. The entire complex has very peaceful and majestic atmosphere. The hotel offers truly excellent service, delicious breakfasts, a spacious bar, an elegant restaurant, and a special atmosphere where you can feel the breath of time. 300-year-old renewed walls combined with lightness of construction and modern comfort carry the memory of several centuries, evoking a strong sense of history, mystery, and antiquity. All staff are very professional and friendly. By choosing this place, you will get the best experience from your vacation in Montenegro.
- michaelt238874Y (10/5): Beautiful Marina Hotel with an Interesting History - We had recently spent one enjoyable evening at the Lazure Hotel & Marina while driving from Montenegro to Croatia. Upon checked in we realised it’s such a gorgeous place that we could have spend a few more days there. As we walked around we learnt more about the history of the building. It was built by the Venetians three hundred years ago (I hope I’m getting the date right) as a quarantine facility for seafarers, which was a very wise move. The building was abandoned for a while before they were renovated and converted to hotel use. We had a room on the second floor with a central views of the marina. The room itself is spacious, came with all the usual amenities, working Wifi and a comfortable bed. We had one dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The food quality was great and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a small chapel (Chapel of Rocco) within the hotel which was preserved and allowed visitors to have a glimpse of the past. We took a long walk along the seafront promenade to Forte Mare and Hercig Novi old town. Overall we had a comfortable stay and would recommend Lazure Hotel if you’re visiting Herceg Novi.

- SteveS1970 (10/5): Lovely hotel - This is a beautiful hotel set on a picturesque coastline. Rooms were excellent, with ours overlooking the marina. Staff seemed pleasant, although my girlfriend did feel that they ignored her a few times but the lady at breakfast was very friendly and even spoke to us a few times when we had met her outside the hotel. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the restaurants had a lovely selection of food and wine. The hotel is at the end of the beginning/end of the waterfront promenade which was a lovely soft stroll into the old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and suggest a spa treatment at the lovely spa centre.

The beach club was lovely, with great cocktails and food, and the hotel restaurants were excellent. The gym had a beautiful view but could use a few more equipment options. Breakfast was 10/10 — plenty of choice and everything delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

This hotel was a perfect choice — it truly exceeded all our expectations! The location is amazing, right on the waterfront with yachts and breathtaking views. We had a beautiful, stylish room overlooking the sea — everything was spotless and tastefully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. They fulfilled every request with a smile. I had a health issue during my stay, and the receptionist Jana kindly helped me find a doctor — I was really touched by that level of care. The hotel grounds are stunning, with a private beach and a lovely pool area. The spa is excellent, offering a variety of saunas and relaxing treatments. Breakfasts were fantastic — delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Everything in the hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel also helped us choose great restaurants nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a place you’ll definitely want to return to! - clarex (10/5): Luxurious in every way - A beautiful , well run hotel, luxurious in every way. The setting is stunning, with its marina and private beaches. We loved the extensive breakfast, the ambience of the hotel bar, the incredible spa and relaxing around the pool. It’s also well placed to take a 30 min stroll along the promenade to the historic centre of Herceg Novi. If you’re looking for relaxation, 5 star luxury and excellent value for menu , choose this hotel.

- oceane (9/5): Great relaxing stay! - We love the amenities and especially the spa center. Everything was super clean and very new. We really enjoyed having a sea view and a full buffet in the morning. The spa is a huge bonus especially when it’s raining. The gardens and all the restaurants were beautiful and delicious. Also the beds are amazing and the rooms well isolated. We had great resting sleeps all week! The staff can seem a bit cold at start (except for the reception, the lady at breakfast and the cleaning ladies always smiling). The therapists at the spa center were a bit unwelcoming and so at the rosemarine. Also, I was surprised that if we wanted the concierge to take care of sending postcards (already written and stamped by us) we were asked 1€ per postcard just to put them in the yellow post box. For a 5 stars, you expect these kind of service complimentary. I went myself to the post office.

Just one step before we ask for something they know solution... and immediately offer right help ... Amazing 🤩 Nothing... It's the one of those perfect hotels..
- Sarah (10/5): Beautiful stay in Montenegro - My boyfriend and I stayed at the Lazure Marina Hotel for 4 nights in October to celebrate my birthday. We loved our stay - the hotel was beautiful, the staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was varied and extensive, and we loved the pools (indoor and outdoors), beach and spa. We enjoyed the hotels various restaurants and bars - the frozen margaritas and homemade lemonade were particular favourites. The hotel helped to make my birthday special - we were kindly given a room upgrade, complimentary fizz, and slice of birthday cake at breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel. We liked everything - but it would be great to have more vegetarian food options at the beach bar and in the restaurant if possible.

- KimP569 (8/5): More like a conference venue not a holiday hotel - Nice hotel but it’s more like a conference centre, no atmosphere, very clinical & not very comfortable. Bedrooms are good, well equipped but up grading to a sea view room is essential as the rooms at the back of the hotel are comfortable but dark & the view is awful. It’s a soulless place wouldn’t go back
