• Urbańska (5/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wyposażenie mieszkania bardzo dobre. Czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.

• Ginger (8/5): - Great location near center city. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Clean and nice furnishings. Bed slates kept falling out of place and looks like the frame needs to be replaced because we could tell they had issues with it before because the slates were being held together with a rubber band or something, but the other ones surrounding that also kept falling out causing us to keep having to lift the mattress to put them back in. Otherwise the mattress was comfortable but this was a pain to deal with.

• Karolina (7/5): Pobyt udany mimo niedociągnięć. Pyszna Pierogarnia w sąsiedztwie. - Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone w podstawowy sprzęt i w dobrej lokalizacji. Działało wifi, było dość czysto. W mieszkaniu były zakręcone grzejniki, mimo że rezerwacja była zrobiona 2 tyg wcześniej, było więc bardzo zimno przez co najmniej dobę, a jeden pokój do samego końca się nie nagrzał. Brakowało ręczników papierowych i jakiegokolwiek sprzętu do parzenia kawy. W łazience jest Junkers który świruje w trakcie brania kąpieli i nie jest skomunikowany z kuchnią, więc w kuchni nie było cieplej wody, mycie tłustych naczyń było wyzwaniem, obsługa zmywarki nieintuicyjna - brak instrukcji. Brak kluczu do śmietnika. Sąsiad codziennie o 6 rano odpalał mszę ma telewizorze.

• Arnas (8/5): Comfy stay in the heart of the city - It's a great place in the heart of the city with many places to visit all around. Has all the necessary amenities for a short trip in Gdansk. The shower requires some time to warm up, so it's a bit finicky, but besides that and the squeaky bed, everything else was up to standard.

• Alina (5/5): Dont expect to rest well, do laundry, or have enough soap or towels for more than 2 days. - Great location, clean flat, easy check in. The mattress was terrible, more like a water bed. There were no blinds or curtains to keep the light out. They refused to change our towels even once in the 10 days we stayed. There was a washing machine but not even one detergent pod.

• Hg (8/5): Good value for money in terms of both location and comfort. - - Getting to the apartment from day 1 is very easy; accessing the code to get the keys and understanding the instructions are straightforward. - It is in a prime location; couldn't ask for more. - Wi-Fi - TV - Washing machine Not that I dislike it, but just to point out to avoid frustrations: - This is not a hotel, so room service is not readily available. - Breakfast is not included, as mentioned transparently. - The toilet includes a small shower area, which is totally okay.

• Maryrit (7/5): Beautiful flat with the worst customer service ever - The appartment was central, large and comfortable The customer service of Elite is the worst ever. On arriving We could not open the box with the code for the keys. We contacted them and they told us to send a photo which we did. Then they left for an hour and a half waiting in the appartment's landing without replying to useven though we called, emailed and messaged non stop. We managed to contact booking.com helpline who contacted the agency of another city in order to get someone to call us!!!! Not even an apology. We forgot a charger behind in the appartment on leaving and again no help whatsoever even though we offered to cover the mail
• Maria (6/5): Good location but facilities could do with a revamp - Good location in the old town at walking distance of tourist area. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment The listing says there is parking but is PAID on street parking and apace is not guaranteed. The apartment could do with a revamp, some aged furniture and very dirty windows and blinds working poorly. The kitchen could also be better equipped. There is NO lift and it’s a second floor so keep it in mind if you need to lift heavy things up and down.
• Mikolaj (8/5): Fantastic location, nice flat, but unnecessary trip to HQ. - The flat is next to the old town, 300 m from the main train station, Gdynia Glowna. I had to go and pay for the flat in HQ. This was a total waste of time and effort: - payment can be done online - (online) payment is recognized as signing an agreement but HQ demanded coming to HQ in person and signing the agreement - access codes where sent via mail and text message (after paying in person) - door key was in a locker, where the flat is, and the code was sent via text message (after paying in person) The 1.2km trip from the flat (or train station) to HQ may take 15-20 minutes — a serious issue in rain, winter, or when looking for parking spots in the old city. As a negative bonus: the WiFi password is 26 signs long…
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not good, let alone elite - Information that I wish was upfront before booking: the office to get the keys is not near the apartment. They don’t meet you to give the keys. If you are without a car, the walk from the office to the apartment is 20 minutes. Also, the apartment is not actually on the street of the address given. It’s on the backside of that building on Podbielanska and I wish someone would have told us that important information. We booked as a family of 5 but only 4 pillows and towels were provided. We were even asked by the apartment agency to confirm the number of guests. When we emailed them about this problem they told us we were wrong and that it was prepared for 5 guests. Then we were told to come to the office to get the 5th towel which would have been a 40-minute round trip walk. I asked that they bring us the 5th towel and pillow. At that point all communication from them stopped. We were ignored. Every afternoon there was a strong urine smell in the hallway of the building- not necessarily the agency’s fault. There’s a fold-out couch that apparently sleep 3 and that’s why it qualifies for 5 people. My 3 children had to sleep sideways with their feet hanging off. The TV and box are difficult to use and there are no instructions. The coffee table in the picture is in pieces, taped up, sitting in the corner of the room. Some good things about this place are: excellent location to city center and a near-by parking garage. I would not recommend this property
• Steven (4/5): A big mistake - Not the best lodging experience. In the fine print if you arrive past 10pm there is a $50 fee. Delayed train and misconnection cost $50. Then the toilet seat was broken . Took two days to get fixed. My Polish friend in Gdansk made multiple calls to get it fixed. Then the shower door rollers are missing parts or have loose parts so the doors are ready to fall off. Worse part was housekeepers must not have an easy way to wash duvet covers because they don't. The bedding smelled of body odor and perspiration from previous guests. Fortunately found some bedding in the closet that didn't stink. Unfortunately, the weather here was wet and cold 11 degrees c over night and the heat was off. Had to use smelly bedding to stay warm. Didn't really use the kitchen. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy my own. Oh, did I mention in the fine print a $30 cleaning fee. Place is a rip off. Just go stay in a proper hotel, get good service and save some money. The owners of this apartment are trying to use it as a hotel but run it like an apartment. Should just stick to long term leasing.

Kaiken lisäksi pääsimme varaamamme huoneiston sijaan toiseen, Szeroka 97 osoitteeseen. Tämä asunto valmistui juuri samana aamuna eli olimme ensimmäiset asiakkaat upeassa huoneistossa.
