Im Wellnessbereich gab es 3 Saunen welche extra für uns in Betrieb genommen wurden!! Ein sehr schönes Hotel, klein und fein und wunderbare Mitarbeiter!!!

Mégis tiszta, minden ki van készítve és folyamatosan feltöltve. Parkolási lehetőség hiánya. Egy hosszúhétvége a hotel közelében levő parkolóban egy kisebb vagyon.

- Richárd (10/5): Hévíz legjobb szállodája - A Zena egy kiváló ár-érték arányú hotel Hévízen. Minden rendelkezésre áll, amire szükség lehet. Külön előny, hogy lehet dohányozni az erkélyen. Nagy, tágas, tiszta szobák állnak rendelkezésre. Emellett a személyzet hozzáállása egyedülálló! Profi csapat gondoskodik arról, hogy felejthetetlen élmény várjon itt. Több hévízi hotelben is megfordultam, de eddig ez volt a legjobb.

- Beatrix (10/5): Alapvetően minden nagyon igényes és szép volt. Megkedveltük a helyet. - A reggeli finom és bőséges volt, minőségi alapanyagokból. Nagyon izlett, változatos volt. Túlságosan központban van és nincs saját parkolója. Az autót a városi parkolóban tudtuk letenni, ami fizetős volt. Hétvégén is fizetni kell érte. A másik ami rendkívül nem tetszett, hogy a szaunában a szabályzat engedi a törölköző nélküli használatot, ami kellemetlen lehet annak aki ezt nem szeretné. Néhány ember ezen a területen kívül is ruha nélkül mutatkozott. A szálloda recepciósának jeleztük a problémánkat, aki próbált segítséget nyújtani, de szerintünk a szabályzatot kellene módosítani, hogy ilyen többet ne forduljon elő. Esetleg gyermekes családokat is rosszul érinthet ez a jövőben.

Номер был прекрасный — чистый, современный и уютный, в нём было приятно отдыхать после насыщенного дня. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный, всегда готов помочь и создать комфортную атмосферу. Отдельно хочется отметить, приятный и уютный спа, вкусные завтраки — разнообразные и свежие, они задавали отличное настроение на весь день. Также порадовало удобное расположение отеля, благодаря которому всё было рядом. С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова. ---
- Josef 2 (7/5): Lieber NICHT!... - Frühstück war reich und mit verschiedene Produkte erstattet. sonst nichts besonderes.... Das Zimmer war auf die Erste Etage direkt ueber der Eingang. Ganze Nacht und Tag haben wir immer Lärm von die automatischen Türen. Von Rezeption bis zu unsere Zimmer war überall Chloride Geruch von das Pool. Wir haben mehr bezahlt als wir in unsere Buchung bestätigt wurde. Nie wieder in dieses Hotel...Die Lichter mussten wir mehrere Schalter drücken und keiner war fuer die richtige Lampe.

- Johanna (3/5): - Es waren leider die Betten nicht sauber weder am Anreisetag noch am letzten Tag (Haare, Flecken und Löcher im Polster), der Kühlschrank war voll mit Dreck, der Boden hatte weisse Flecken und die Dusche war nicht dicht - somit hatte man immer eine schöne Überschwemmung im Bad. Oberhalb vom Bett lag Staub und von der Fernbedienung fange ich gar nicht erst an … siehe Bilder. Die betten wurden irgendwie hergerichtet also das schafft mein blinder Opa sauberer und schöner herzurichten. Wir haben dem Hotel natürlich die möglich gegeben zu reagieren und haben unsere Bemerkungen geäußert 2 Mal, jedoch wurde kein Rabatt angeboten geschweige denn sonst irgendwas unternommen, dass man den Gast noch glücklich stimmen kann beim Check out. Die dunkelhaarige Dame an der Rezeption, die auch das Frühstück betreute nahm die Kritik auf - das war’s dann aber auch. Der Mülleimer steht neben dem Bett - hatte ich noch nie erlebt 🤣 Das Frühstück war okay. Der Wellness Bereich war schön.

- Vigh (9/5): - Nem rég újított szoba volt, nagyon szép és igényes volt. Mint a kényelem és tisztaság is! Mint a személyzet is mindig segítettek amiben tudtak, illetve a takarítók is nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak! A wellnes részleg is nagyon kellemes volt😊 A hotelben már nincs masszőr, de pár méterre arrébb hegyén hátán megtalálhatóak, választék van bőven. Ajánlom mindenkinek aki kikapcsolódásra vágyik! A minibár nem jól hűtött, megkérhettük volna mondjuk a személyzetet tegye el nekünk egy külön hűtőbe az aznapi vacsoránkat. Sajnos másnapra megromlott.

The room was comfortable, modern, and spacious, exactly what you want after a day of exploring. The spa area was a real highlight, with beautiful pools, powerful jets, and four different saunas to choose from. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day right. The location couldn’t be better. Everything is within easy walking distance, including Lake Hévíz, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. - Sandra (10/5): - Unutrašnjost hotela je lijepa, kao i soba u kojoj smo boravili. Sve je uredno i čisto. Jacuzzi odličan, nije bilo gotovo nikoga pa smo se mogli opustiti. Bicikle smo mogli ostaviti u predvorju hotela. Doručak bogat i ukusan, za svakoga ponešto. Osoblje iznimno ljubazno i uslužno. Naziv i vanjski izgled hotela nije baš osobit.

- Sternenhimmel (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft - wir werden wieder kommen! - Wir hatten ein Komfort Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Es war groß, im Bad gab es Pflegeprodukte, im Kühlschrank 2 Flaschen Wasser und eine Nespresso Maschine mit ausreichend Taps sowie Tees. Das Zimmer ist modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Das Frühstück war himmlisch - es ist für jeden was dabei. Super Wellnessbereich! Lage: Top Zentral und fussläufig zum Thermalsee. Wir werden wieder kommen! Mini Manko: Der Wellnessbereich schließt bereits um 19:30 Uhr und sperrt morgens erst um 08:30 Uhr auf.

- irina (9/5): - Попала в отель случайно, не было мест туда, где обычно отдыхаю. Была приятно удивлена тем, что отель прямо скажу хороший. Чистый, комната стандарт больше чем в иных отелях, тихо. В итоге, мне отель понравился и я уже посоветовала его своим друзьям. Цена и качество отдыха просто ВАУ! Надо заменить прокладку в унитазе, подтекает.
