• Tomás (10/5): Muy agradable estadía en Roma - Muy agradable el lugar, Paula muy atenta desde el principio se anticipo a nuestra llegada. Fueron muy amables ella y su marido Piero. La habitación es comoda y con un baño muy grande, la limpieza se hace todos los días. El desayuno super completo. Nos dejaron dejar las valijas el último día hasta la salida del vuelo. Recomiendo absolutamente para cualquier persona que quiera visitar Roma.

• Lucie (10/5): Location. We had everything needed for a short city break. It was clean, spacious and bathroom had a bidet. - Great location. Paola helped to answer all our questions. Breakfast included also some fruit, tomatoes, ham, cheese…It worked as a semi buffet and you took it into your room in a tray. The room was serviced everyday, which is nice as you were not allow to throw toilette paper in the actual toilette. Great location. Great pressure in the shower. Everything as described. Metro A just around the corner. Only some street from Termini are with trumps hanging around, but apartment is in safe area. We only used this smelly street once on the way from Termini. Otherwise you walk completely opposite direction to the main sites.

• Renata (8/5): Výborná lokalita pro poznávání Říma - Skvělá lokalita, blízko k metru a všechny hlavní památky na trase metra. Docházková vzdálenost k nádraží Termini i ke Coloseu, blízko k centru a přitom naprostý klid. Velmi vstřícná a milá paní domácí. Možnost připravit si kávu, čaj. Pohodlné postele. Dobré snídaně, ale 4. den již stále stejné... Nějak jsme si neuvědomili, že se jedná o ubytování v soukromí, název je trochu zavádějící. Nejsme na to zvyklí, ale nakonec jsme si pobyt užili.

• Zimová (9/5): Pokoj s vlastní koupelnou a WC je jedním ze 3 pokojů v soukromém bytě, kde bydlí majitelka s manželem a dětmi. Záleží po - Úžasná paní majitelka - přátelská, ochotna kdykoliv pomoci. Lokalita - 20 minut pěšky ke Koloseu, stanice metra za rohem. Vynikajicí káva a snídaně. Postel vrzala při každém pohybu + vrzající dveře do koupelny. (Věřím, že majitelé seřídí a vše bude perfektní; možná jim to doposud ani nikdo neřekl).

• Radosław (9/5): Bardzo Polecam! - Pokój był bardzo czysty, w połowie naszego tygodniowego pobytu została wymieniona pościel i ręczniki, a pokój został posprzątany. Zaangażowanie i elastyczność Paoli zasługują na wyjątkową pochwałę. Śniadania, chociaż powtarzalne były smaczne i stanowiły miły początek dnia. Łazienka, pomimo że była bardzo czysta i w pełni sprawna zasługuje już na remont.

• Dana (10/5): - Cazarea este aproape de metrou ,această informație este utilă pentru că aproximativ toate obiectivele ,nu toate dar aproximativ se pot vizita cu ajutorul metroului , sau pe jos(care este minunat de parcurs ).Metroul face legatura cu trenul ,aeroport !Gazda minunată ,de menționat că locuiește acolo ,curățenie , mic dejun minunat ,recomandăm cu drag ! Cazarea nu are balcon fiind foarte util fumătorilor 😄,am fumat jos la scara !

Paola, gazda, te ajută cu toate informațiile despre cum ajungi la obiectivele turistice, îți recomanda restaurante bune și e deschisă la orice discuție. La orice colț din Roma se vede si se simte istoria ei, așa ca recomand tuturor sa o viziteze macar o dată in viață! -

The room was wonderful: clean and cozy. The hostess is a lovely person, always in touch with us and ready to help with any questions. We really enjoyed everything. -

Pokoj byl krásný, čistý s vlastní koupelnou. Snídaně byla připravena vždy v 8:00 a skvěle zorganizovaná, velký výběr pochutin. Lokace naprosto ideální - kousek od nádraží Termini, kousek od metra Manzoni a hlavně kousek od Kolosea.

• Anca (9/5): - Ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione Manzoni dove si possono trovare metro, tram e bus. 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Nella struttura vivono anche i proprietari di casa, sempre gentili e disponibili per ogni informazione o richiesta. Nella colazione c’è tutto l’essenziale e viene consumata nella propria camera. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

• Hunor (9/5): Összességében melegen tudom ajánlani a helyet a remek lokáció és a jó ár-érték aránynak köszönhetően - Tiszta, rendezett szoba és fürdőszoba. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, 5p-re a metró és busz megállótól, 15p-re gyalog a Colosseumtól. Fél óra gyalog a Termini állomás, mi első nap így érkeztünk meg. Metróval is csak 2 megálló. Apróságok, a TV távirányítón a gombok többsége nem működött, a WC tartály elég zajos lehúzás után, reggeli lehetett volna picit több a cornetto és a felvágott mindig nagyon gyorsan elfogyott :)
• Silvia (6/5): - Posizione ottima, appartamento molto carino, in posto tranquillo, molto caratteristico se piace il genere appartamento con "spazi condivisi" e colazione da fare necessariamente in camera. Sarebbe utile, per orientare la scelta dei clienti, specificare molto bene su Booking che le 3 stanze sono in un appartamento dove vive la famiglia dei proprietari e che la zona giorno è in condivisione con loro. Mi sono sentita ospite a casa di estranei e non mi è piaciuto. Non mi era mai successo prima. Molto caratteristico sicuramente per chi cerca una esperienza in famiglia, ma potrebbe non essere gradito a tutti, poca privacy dal mio punto di vista. Quando ho prenotato la camera pesavo, dalle foto, di aver prenotato una camera angolare con due finestre e il bidet, ma la stanza assegnatami non corrispondeva alla camera nelle foto, era più piccola e non c'era il bidet. Non ho detto nulla perché la camera accanto, quella della foto, era già occupata e sarebbe stato inutile protestare. Ho trovato spesso acqua fredda nella doccia, bisogna aspettare molto per quella calda, e la ricarica dell'acqua dello sciacquone è molto rumorosa. A mio giudizio nel complesso sarebbe adeguato un prezzo inferiore per la tipologia di sistemazione. Mea culpa aver pensato di poter fumare fuori dalla finestra e a tende chiuse per non scendere in strada dato che non c'è un balconcino, mi sono scusata e mi scuso ancora con le proprietaria, che durante una imbarazzante telefonata mi ha fatto notare l'errore (mai successo nemmeno questo). Questa volta ho decisamente sbagliato tipologia di sistemazione per le mie necessità.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Also loved the location nearby to the metro, restaurants and easy walk to main attractions including Colosseum. Breakfast that Paola arranged each morning was excellent. Shower over bathtub was a bit narrow but still quite manageable.

Snídaně moc dobré. V pokoji je vše co potřebujete. Řim jsme navštívili již po čtvrté a věřím, že ne naposledy, je moc krásný. Výběr ubytování za nás je jasný. Moc děkujeme za vše Vše bylo super

Le quartier agréable avec plein de bons restaurants et proche du centre. Douche un peu ancienne, avec l'eau qui ne s'écoule pas immédiatement du bac et l'eau chaude qui met un peu de temps à venir.

Everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The place fully matched the description — and even exceeded our expectations. The location was very convenient, with everything close by. Paola was incredibly kind, always available, and ready to help with anything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended — we’d gladly come back again!

• Romano (9/5): Great location to explore Rome in a calm & beautiful area. - Paola was super friendly, responded immediatley, and prepared a nice breakfast. The apartment was in a calm area but still very central, with bus and train was everything easily available (it was too hot for walking). Many good restaurants were around and we got good recommendations from Paola.
• Alexia (10/5): Perfect distance betweek Termini and Colosseum - It is within 20min walking from the Colosseum, but also close to Termini, although not as close as to be in the shady dangerous area. We had a 2min walking supermarket for a few things we needed and bus or metro in less than minutes walking distance to go to plenty of other farther places. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well, even though it was hot, the trees in the yard were creating shades in the afternoon and windows closed well so that the school nearby noise not to be an issue. Paola was very nice and mindful, gave us info and recommendations and she speaks several languages 😊 We had some issue with the shower cap not working properly and we appreciated the host fixing that one of the days without us having had the time to share it with her.
• Rodrigues (9/5): Great location, nice hosts and comfortable room. - Paola and Pietro were incredibly nice and welcoming and made sure we felt at home and even gave us tips about restaurants and places to visit. The property is very well located, close to the Manzoni Metro Station and a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The room is quiet, the bed is super comfortable, and despite getting super hot in the summer, there is a fan that you can keep in silent mode through the night. We just wished it had a mini fridge in the room to store some bottles of water. Everything is super clean! The breakfast had more variety than we expected, it’s not an English breakfast but there’s enough to chose from and the hosts try to have different things every day. There is nothing to report.

• Janet (9/5): If we went back to Italy we would definitely stay here again. - We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Included breakfast was great and the bed was amazing compared to other venues in Italy. Host Paola was very helpful anytime we needed to ask for her assistance. Location was really good as it was only a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum. We had Chinese food for dinner on the first night and Italian food the second night which were both recommended. • Niamh (8/5): Very good - Paola was a brilliant host, so friendly and welcoming! the room has everything we needed for our 4 days in Rome. Location was also good, 15/20 mins walking to colosseum and in a cute neighborhood with metro, shops and restaurants nearby!
