• Maria Inês (8/5): Muito agradável! - Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e as condições são as que se esperam de hotéis deste tipo (não é um hotel de 5 estrelas, mas também não paguei por isso). Em geral muito bom! Acrescenta muito a disponibilidade para nos receberem a qualquer hora para fazer check-in e entrada no hotel (independentemente da hora da noite) O barulho que se ouvia do quarto era um bocado excessivo e perturbava o sono. Recebe muitos grupos de jovens (não é necessariamente um defeito, mas algo para se ter em conta quando se reserva uma estadia)

• roberto (4/5): Mai più - Solo la posizione, vicino alla metro Se Bruno Barbieri entrasse in questo Hotel gli verrebbe un infarto Bagni senza bidet, cuscini con aloni gialli, pulizia pessima, il bagno pieno di calcare,ho aperto una finestra e mi è rimasta la maniglia in mano... l'ascensore sempre fuori servizio. Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due singoli...... Struttura vecchia e trascurata. Ok che è una stella ma.....

• Marcela (10/5): Perfeita! - Simples, porém nós atendeu muito bem durante a nossa estadia em Roma, localização excelente. Ficamos o dia todo fazendo passeio e conseguimos descansar tranquilamente. Falta um suporte para colocar shampoo e sabonete dentro do box. Para nós não foi um problema, mas o elevador está em reformas, pode ser que alguém que tenha dificuldade com locomoção não seja tão adequado.

• Agnese (4/5): Personale eccellente, struttura non appropriata - Personale ultra gentile, disponibile e competente, che fa passare in secondo piano la struttura, purtroppo, fatiscente con lavori da terminare (spero per loro presto) e un po di manutenzione da prendere in considerazione I letti sono molto comodi. Lo consiglio, sapendo sin da subito che dovete apprezzare il personale e il sonno su un letto confortevole (ho trovato, in passato, hotel all'apparenza più rinomati ma con letti sfondati) piuttosto che l'estetica. La mancanza di manutenzione: finestre che si aprono male, soffiatori bagno che avrebbero bisogno di un giro di vite per rientrare al loro posto, tv mal funzionanti, assenza di una pulizia con anticalcare Credo che con un poco più di attenzione al particolare, per gestire meglio il tempo che inevitabilmente passa per oggetti e materiali, la struttura sarebbe al pari dello splendido personale.

A acomodação informa que se pode deixar as malas antes do horário de check-in, mas a senhora recepcionista tratou-nos muito mal quando chegamos, e praticamente precisamos implorar para ela guardar as malas. Banheiro bem pequeno e box mofado. Durante a estadia informamos sobre a (não) limpeza do box do banheiro e o problema no ar condicionado, e não houve melhora ou resolução. Cobertor manchado.

• Gabriela Alejandra (7/5): Amabilidad por parte del personal pero deja un poco que desear la habitación. - La amabilidad La verdad un poco elevado para lo que es el hotel en sí, el baño fue lo que no me gustó, es una ducha vieja y oxidada y al final eso resta un poco en la experiencia. Y también no se parecía como en las fotos.

• Timothy (9/5): Great for short stays - Very clean and suitable hotel with helpful 24-hour staff, located in an ideal transit location. Good WiFi let us work when we needed to, and we were stocked with fresh sheets towels, etc. daily. Had a private bathroom but be informed not all rooms do have one. Though we booked a double room, our mattress were two single mattresses pushed together, making it a bit uncomfortable. Not many power outlets for charging either.

We also enjoyed the breakfast accessibility and the latte made by the staff members. The room was small and the furniture very outdated. That would have been fine, but the bathroom was so tiny that it was nearly impossible to take a shower.

• Noel (1/5): Cervia Hotel...absolute dive! - Nothing! The fact the room looks nothing like the photos on Bookings.com. The "hotel" is an old hostel or boarding house and the room we had was nothing like the photos. The hotel does not have a lift so requested a room on the 1st floor to save having to carry 3 suitcases up more flight of stairs. We were given the option to view 3 rooms for size & convenience. We ended up in 3 bed room for size but had to carry the bags to 2nd floor. We then had to go & ask for toilet paper...then towels...then the wifi password. This was all after a long day traveling & sightseeing before we checked in. The shower was a broom closet....the shower curtain stuck to yo & the tap handle stuck in your back! The shower was hot & pressure was good...the only thing going for it. The toilet was ridiculous....your knees hut the wall in front when you sat down. To use the toilet you had to turn side on to use it. The noise at night from the hostel/bar around the corner was still going strong at 1am with music & girls screaming & yelling out!! So based on this experience I would recommend noone stay here unless there were no other rooms left in Rome. We are travelling for a month in Europe with nearly all being 3-4 star....this hotel was less than 1 star. Very disappointed for the money we spent.. Bookings.com should review this hotel & delete it from their site!
• Ilhama (4/5): Disgusting and disappointing! - Location It was dirty and uncomfortable. There even weren’t any shampoo left for us, towels were dirty, bathroom was disgusting. In description there was written that in the room they have double bed, but in fact it was two beds, that was very uncomfortable. Moreover I have left my earnings in the room, nobody told me that some cleaning staff will come to our room, that’s why I left my things in the room. When I came back the room I couldn’t find my earrings, that were very expensive and dear to me, reception couldn’t help me with this awful situation. Also I would like to express our dissatisfaction about the air-conditioner. The receptionist told us that they won’t turn it on for us because it isn’t hot for them. So what? It was hot for us and we are clients and came here to have some rest, however they did everything to ruin our holidays. Never come back there!

The walls were thin and because of that I can hear things from other rooms. The shower leaked from time to time. Although the hotel is situated near to the touristic places the neighbourhood isn't very pleasant - you have to be aware of the fact that you might meet some scums.
• Kübra (4/5): Rome - The facility location is close to many things you will need while traveling. staff are friendly and helpful. Inadequate place to stay with family. There is no refrigerator in the room. It's incredibly noisy outside at night. It may be suitable for young travelers.

No remote control for AC so tried to phone reception, phone didn't work and as no lift had to go down to reception. All in all the photos for this hotel are deceptive, looked good so I booked, end result very dissapointed. No facilities in the room for tea or coffee

• Martyna (8/5): The corridor door will not let you sleep… - - Nice and friendly staff, late check in and very early checkout wasn’t a problem. - Clean rooms and daily housekeeping The noise of the closing door of the corridor! They were so noisy when they were closing down, it was impossible to sleep! We had room just next to it… The hotel should really work on fixing this issue as it has a really big impact

The room wasn’t like the photo, more aged and minimal, The bed was two foam mattresses, and the air con not running at full potential.

Of course its expected that a lot of drunk people yell at 2. am but during our stay there was a crazy drunk guy who decided to press the car horn during 40 minutes without any logical reason.
