- Andrea (1/5): PESSIMO - Nulla Casa popolare fatiscente, appartamento puzzolente di deodorante scadente, appena entrato era freddo e senza acqua calda, ho telefonato per 10 volte più messaggi all’host ma senza ricevere risposte, ho dovuto smontare la valvola della caldaia e fare re fill dell’acqua per ripristinarla sa solo. Di notte e’ arrivato un secondo ospite e ho capito che il bagno era in comune, non ho dormito previo rumori in casa, biancheria e lenzuola vecchie, mobili di recupero, brutta esperienza per 68,00€. Da evitare.

Pulitissimo, carino, letto molto comodo, zona tranquilla.In frigo ci sono oltre ai prodotti per la colazione ( inclusa ),acqua, bibite e birre a prezzi più che onesti. Proprietario gentile, ci è venuto subito incontro per recuperare una cosa dimenticata in appartamento dopo il check out. Arrivare in centro con i mezzi pubblici richiede un po di tempo. La colazione consiste in tutte cose già presenti in appartamento ( divise nel frigo per stanza) cone brioche confezionate , yoghurt, uova, biscotti, cereali …per i miei gusti mancava pane o fette biscottate …

- Alexander (9/5): - Es ist eine Wohnung für 2 Parteien. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Die Besitzer sind sehr-sehr freundlich. Es wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt und Nachschub an Eier und Säften gebracht. Wir hatten schöne Zeit.

- Roberta (9/5): Clean comfortable B&B in a quiet leafy neighborhood - A clean and comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a good bus route into the centre of Bologna. A well equipped kitchen that lends itself to self catering and a great shower. Owners were responsive to questions and I would recommend this B&B No washing up bowl or plug in the kitchen sink.

- Simona (10/5): Molto bello - Bellissimo posto estremamente tranquillo. Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Supermercato a due passi. Centro città raggiungibile in 10-15 minuti auto o bus. Bagno comune tra due camere potenzialmente affittate a coppie che non si conoscono (per noi non è stato un problema reale, in quanto eravamo in 4 e abbiamo affittato tutto l'appartamento).

- Emanuele (10/5): Soggiorno eccellente in un ambiente pulito e accogliente, con una proprietaria attenta e disponibile - L'appartamento è davvero carino e curato nei minimi dettagli, con spazi comuni puliti e ben organizzati. La proprietaria è stata eccellente: disponibile, cordiale e mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie in modo chiaro e semplice. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate, ho condiviso gli spazi con altre due coppie e l'esperienza è stata piacevole e rispettosa. La colazione è semplice ma completa. Ottima l'idea del frigo con due spazi riservati per ciascuna camera più un'area comune con bevande extra a pagamento: una soluzione pratica e ben pensata. Nulla di negativo per quanto mi riguarda, mi sono trovato benissimo. Però è importante sapere che sala, cucina e bagno sono condivisi con gli ospiti dell'altra camera: chi cerca privacy assoluta o non è abituato a questo tipo di sistemazione dovrebbe considerarlo prima di prenotare per non trovarsi spiazzato.

There were two bedrooms, we had the key to one, the other was locked. There was some confusion whether or not there was a second guest staying with us, but we were alone in the end, so all's well that ends well.

- Diane (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a quiet part of Bologna - A beautiful Tuscany style apartment in a quiet area of Bologna. It was very spacious with everything that you could possibly need. The host was so helpful before, during and after our stay and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was set up in the kitchen when we arrived and was plentiful, with a big bottle of milk and water also provided. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. Nothing - Everything was perfect

The owner was kind and friendly, always available and ready to help for any questions. Overall it was a great stay.

- Jarle (6/5): Pleasant - This is not traditional "Bed & Breakfast", where breakfast is served. More like a standard Air B&B appartment with coffee, toast and some drinks waiting for you in the kitchen upon arrival. Didn't appreciate the video surveillance inside the apartment.
- Carlos (8/5): - I chose this location because it was close to where I needed to be. This is an apartment converted into a B&B. It’s great inside but the surrounding residential area has little to offer. It works best if you’re driving through and need a place to stay (and park). To its credit once inside it very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The rating badges are prominently on display. The self check-in procedure is at odds with Expedia’s guidance and policies. I wasted too much time in trying to reconcile what Expedia told me to do vs what the minimally staffed location asked of me. Ugh.

The building is surrounded by greenery and parking is availability for free. the apartment is on the third floor, there is no elevator, so it is inconvenient to carry suitcases. the camera is in the living room, it creates discomfort for the guest. the location is quite far from the city, about 20 minutes by car to the old town. Tv is too small,like screen of computer.

- Daniele (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay. - Interiors are very nice and rooms are not cold. Personally speaking, I don't like the the "Self service" or "Do it yourself" concept. To access the premises and the room you have to use codes given by the manager remotely. If you have no experience with videogames you won't get in! Imagine people who are not familiar with this system or aged people who get lost very easily.

- Jason (7/5): Good - The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The host was friendly. It is a very nice apartment. The neighbors are very friendly. Parking was easy. So, this is basically a small apartment that is being booked as 2 rooms. It says shared bathroom and shared space but it is VERY close quarters. I had some trouble getting in initially because the codes sent to me were not up to date. While this was frustrating, the host was helpful and did resolve it. I was arriving and booking very late, so I can take some blame for not giving the host enough time to prepare. However, as I was very late, at 9pm, there was a couple in the b&b who clearly were not expecting another visitor. The woman seemed extremely uncomfortable, and I was also a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, I was leaving very early, so I didn't run into them again. My suggestion to the host would be to maybe rent the room out as a larger unit for more money, rather than 2 small units. Or perhaps charge a little less. Maybe for some people this is okay, but I could see a couple being very disappointed to be stuck in a room with a stranger. The price is much higher than a hostel, and only maybe 10 or 20 euros less than a normal hotel.
- Adina (10/5): One of the best places to stay👍🏻 - The apartment was super tidy and comfortable😊 The breakfast was nice. We had eggs, coffee, fresh milk and fruit juice, etc. It was more than enough for us🤗 The instructions were clearly written on the email, so we didn’t have any trouble of finding the apartment. Also, the owner answers very quickly to the messages if there’re any questions🥰 The apartment is a bit far from the city center, but you can easily reach it by bus, and the bus station is really close to the apartment

- Warren (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and had all we needed. Having the washing and drying facility in the apartment was great. Breakfast was good with a good selection. One of our members was gluten free and this was not catered for even when I asked. In the information provided they said eggs but there were none. This would have been good for her and a piece of fruit.

- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were very easy to reach and responsive. Very clear check-in instructions given beforehand. The room came with a folder with all the information we would need. Lots of free on street parking right outside. Clean and comfortable apartment. Shower was very good. Breakfast was included which had a nice selection. Beware there is no lift up to the apartment which is on the second floor but this didn’t bother us too much. There is space to stop after each flight of stairs to take a rest in needed.

Everything we needed was there, and the owners are very thoughtful and nice, providing comprehensive information on how to access the property. I checked out a bit late and the owner lady told me to take time and no rush, definitely will be my first open if to visit Bologna again.
