• Rinata (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Die Lage war hervorragend und sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Teilweise war es Nacht etwas laut draußen. Aber da kann ja keine was dafür.

• Susanne Mølbak (10/5): Super godt sted. - Morgenmaden var ok, men vi spiste der kun 1 gang, derefter gik vi ud i byen og købte morgenmad, fordi vejret var så fint. Beliggenheden er helt i top. Vi kunne gå rundt til det hele. Louise som var der hver formiddag, var meget sød og hjælpsom. Der blev ryddet op og redt senge hver dag. Vi var 3 veninder afsted og der var en fin dobbeltseng med en god madras og så var der en drømmeseng med en tyk madras, men den kunne have været bedre. Vi havde vinduet stående åbent om natten og så var der en del larm af biler og mennesker, selvom det ikke ligger ud til en stor vej. Men det var kun et problem, når vinduet stod åbent.

• Ingrid (9/5): Ideale locatie vlak bij de Trevi Fontein! - De accommodatie is zeer centraal gelegen in een mooi oud gebouw. Het ontbijt wordt verzorgd door de eigenaresse, zij is elke ochtend aanwezig en maakt het ontbijt persoonlijk klaar. Wij hebben alle bezienswaardigheden van Rome lopend gedaan vanaf de accommodatie, ideale locatie! Het bed had wel iets breder mogen zijn, maar ik verwacht dat de meeste accommodaties in Rome erg krap zullen zijn qua ruimte.

Il gestore è stato disponibile ma il fatto ci ha creato molto problemi di lavoro. Non poter lasciare il bagaglio, in modo sicuro, dopo il check out ritengo una mancanza rilevante.

El desayuno muy completo, con una mujer encantadora atendiendo todas nuestras necesidades. Por poner una pega, nuestra habitación no tenía persianas ni contraventanas y se colaba la luz. Por otra parte, las habitaciones no parecen estar muy aisladas, por lo que se oye mucho el ruido de la calle.

La signora ( delle pulizie immagino) era alquanto scocciata dalla richiesta di poter fare colazione ( servizio offerto e pagato) Scelta pressoché nulla di prodotti solo confezionati. Alla richiesta di un caffè si è ulteriormente innervosita. Una volta che ci ha dato il caffè abbiamo chiesto un cucchiaino ce ne ha fornito uno solo per due persone e lungo 5 volte la tazzina. Una volta che ci ha fatto il caffè, è andata a pulire i servizi. Forse sarebbe il caso di aspettare un attimo tra la colazione e la pulizia del wc.

• Cormac (8/5): Just what we needed when our travel plans changed and we had to spend two nights in Rome. - Elisabetta and Stefania were hospitable, helpful, efficient and friendly, which made our visit most enjoyable. Nothing comes to mind. We weren't expecting a swimming pool.

• Emanuele (9/5): Struttura ottima per chi vuole visitare la capitale! - La struttura è in una posizione ottima e strategica, alle spalle del Pantheon. Una volta arrivati abbiamo lasciato le borse e ci siamo buttati subito sull’itinerario organizzato. La camera è molto carine e ordinata, con un bagno grande il giusto. La colazione offerta dalla struttura è servita dal bar sotto casa, dove cornetti e cappuccino sono molto buoni. Finestre poco isolanti dai rumori della strada. Siamo stati svegliati all’alba dalla pulizia della strada e in piena notte da schiamazzi. Il bagno é privo di finestre e la ventola che permette il cambio dell’aria non funzionava.

The room was more bare-bones than I expected from the pictures, and the shower had some problems (broken door seal, slow drain). There was no one to let us in despite arranging our arrival time in advance, and it took some messaging on Whatsapp to get into on how to get in.
• Max (10/5): The staff was super nice and helpfull, the location was amazing. - The location was amazing. We walked everywhere. It was in the center of Rome. Within 1 minute walking you are at the Pantheon. Upon arrival someone from the staff talked to us about Rome and gave us tips on where to go for dinner and how to reach locations like the colloseum/Vatican by foot/metro/bus. It was quite noisy at night. However, that is comletely understandable because the room is in the centre of Rome.

Big thanks to our host Stefania - she was very welcoming, helped us with suggestions when we planned a day. Very weak noice cancelation through windows. Several times it felt so loud, like windows would be still open. But at night its quiet on the street. :) Hot water in shower has no pressure. Sometimes it runs out and have to wait 1min, till cold watee is changed back again to hot one.

• visangeli (10/5): Z racji rewelacyjnego położenia wróciłbym do tego apartamentu - Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Czysto. Lokalizacja petarda! Gospodyni bardzo elastyczna i wspolpracujaca. Okna słabo wygłuszone i pisząc słabo mam na myśli naprawdę słabo a wystarczy zmienić uszczelki 15 min pracy. Niestety jest tez problem z wodą. Jezeli ktos lub sie okąpac po calodniowym tripie to tu bedzie problem. Albo woda lodowata albo gorąca lecąca takim strumieniem ze umycie sie to sztuka sama w sobie.

O pequeno-almoço não compensa juntar a reserva, o melhor é optar comer noutro local. A gestora do alojamento sempre disponível a todas as nossas perguntas. Reservou transfers para aeroporto. Foi mt atencioso podermos deixar as malas até a hora de ir para o aeroporto. Eu não gostei muito das almofadas mas a minha família gostou.
• johnjbarry (7/5): Great location, nice apartments. Maybe a bit noisy sometimes. - The location was fantastic, a short walk from the Pantheon, walking distance to the Forii. The beds in general, but especially the pillows, were very comfortable, I was given clear directions to find the location and had no issues getting into the apartment. The room is on a street and the windows offer practically no sound protection. I woke up a couple of times (once per night there), but it's not a main thoroughfare, so there wasn't constant noise.
• carolin (8/5): - La zona centrale vicino a tante cose così si può spostare tranquillamente a piedi. Host è molto disponibile e risponde subito ai messaggi. L'appartamento è poco insonorizzata così si sentono molto i vicini (noi eravamo fortunati ed erano poco rumorosi) e anche la strada fuori che è molto trafficata anche se è stretta.
• Beatriz (4/5): No volvería nunca ahí - La ubicación muy bien Resulta engañoso cuando ves las fotos del alojamiento que parece que es un apartamento turístico pero en realidad es un piso compartido en el que compartes zonas comunes y tienes solo acceso a una habitación pequeña con un baño más pequeño aún. Cuando lo vimos desde luego fue decepcionante, para nada pensaba que era eso lo que había reservado.

• Brigitte (7/5): Bien pour la chambre et sa localisation , moins bien petit déjéuner et bruit nocturne extérieur - La chambre était idéalement située pour visiter le centre de ROME Chambre très propre ainsi que les parties communes (cuisine) - Par contre pour le petit déjeuner nous n avons pas eu droit à ce qui était annoncé (boisson chaude, croissant et jus d'orange). En réalité, le tenancier du bar situé en bas de la location a refusé de nous servir du thé. Pour lui, c'était café ou rien. - Le bruit nocturne extérieur (musique, passage de voitures, conversations..) nous a quand même un peu dérangé.

• HALEY (4/5): Central location, but lacks comfort & hot water - This room was centrally located to all the site seeing we wanted to do, but it was severely lacking in person. It had a nice table for us to set our bags on. It had a private bathroom for relieving yourself & getting ready. The window opened to the lively street below. The wall unit was nice to create fan noise for sleeping. Met all our basic needs. In person, the furniture was very cheap & lots of scuffed up marks on that & the walls- maybe darker furniture/paint would hide wear & tear. Very small room with just space for the bed, I imagine the scuffs are from people trying to maneuver luggage in there. The bed felt like a futon cushion, stiff, some kind of drop down in the middle & uneven between the two sides. Sheets were very thin. The shower did not have hot water. The lock on the door sticks & is super frustrating on the initial arrival, but once you figure out the trick to pull the door up first, it unlocks/locks fine.

• Karin (4/5): Eine preiswerte, aber ausbaufähige (Kommunikation und Frühstück) Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. - Die Lage war sensationell. Man hat die Unterkunft/Eingang sehr schwer gefunden (nur nach telefonische Rückfrage beim Vermieter), da die Hausnummern in dieser Gasse auch nicht gut ersichtlich sind und unten beim Eingangstor steht kein Schild mit dem Namen der Unterkunft! Die Unterkunft gibt an, dass ein Frühstück angeboten wird, man bekommt lediglich einen Gutschein für das Kaffee daneben. Der Vermieter hat uns nicht darüber informiert. Durch Zufall haben wir es von einem anderen Gast erfahren. Warum wird das nicht im Küchenbereich beschrieben? Und wenn man nicht weiß, was bei diesem Frühstück alles inkludiert sein sollte, bekommt man nur einen Kaffee und ein Croissants. • David (9/5): Immersion totale au cœur de Rome - Idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pieds du Panthéon. Il est possible de tout faire à pied. La propriétaire est très réactive et de bons conseils. Le principe du petit -déjeuner au snack en bas de l’immeuble. La personne qui nous recevait n’était pas des plus souriantes et des plus aimables. Nous avions l’impression de l’embêter.

• MYRIAM (1/5): Una estafa - Es una estafa: De lo que aparece en las fotos a la realidad no se parece nada. Llegamos al alojamiento y no nos instalamos: Sucio y deteriorado. La cama supletoria rota, y en el colchón no podría dormir ni un fakir. El baño asqueroso..... Y lo peor es que BOOKING se desentiende absolutamente, por lo que también son parte de la estafa ya que las fotos y la venta del alojamiento la hacen ellos. Es muy fácil decir que le reclamemos a la propietaria. La atención por parte de BOOKING, que es parte de la estafa
• Antonella (8/5): Roma d'agosto... - La colazione è al bar sotto il b&b con bevanda calda, cornetto e spremuta. Per cominciare la giornata, può essere sufficiente. Non ho incontrato l'host, con la quale comunque ci siamo scambiate esaustivi WhatsApp per ogni aspetto del soggiorno. La posizione è ottima per vicinanza alle maggiori attrazioni di Roma e abbastanza vicina ai mezzi pubblici. Il condizionatore senza unità esterna è molto rumoroso e di notte non si può usare... In bagno aggiungerei un paio di porta asciugamani, soprattutto per i teli grandi, e una mensolina dentro la doccia, per appoggiare i prodotti.
