• Grace (10/5): Unforgettable and Awesome Experience. - We had a wonderful stay at Sand Lily Villa in Mykonos! The location is excellent—just a short 5–10 minute walk to town, where you’ll find charming restaurants and winding alleys full of life. Stephanos’s dad kindly greeted us and waited up for our late arrival at 11:00 p.m., which we really appreciated. I recommend taking a taxi from the airport (around €25). The villa can be a bit tricky for some taxi drivers to find, so make sure you have Stephanos’s phone number handy so the driver can contact him directly. When we arrived, Stephanos had thoughtfully prepared some bread, cheese, banana, and cold cuts for us in the refrigerator—perfect for making a simple breakfast sandwich the next morning. There’s also a supermarket nearby, just a 5-minute walk away. It’s called “AB,” which is all you really need to remember since that’s what everyone calls it! The view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking. You wake up to endless shades of blue—the sky and the ocean blending into one. It’s the kind of view that makes you forget anything you were ever upset about. You can watch seagulls flying overhead and see the cruise ships and tour buses bringing visitors into town, all from the comfort of your quiet spot above the bustle. But for me, the most memorable experience wasn’t strolling through the town—it was the evening we cooked a simple dinner of ramen and salad, poured a glass of red wine, and watched the sunset together. As the blueness of the sea slowly faded into darkness, I felt completely at peace. The uphill walking was bit exhausting for me. But that is a price I must pay for the breathtaking views.
• darecca (10/5): Amazing views, location, and comfort - the location is the highest point on the cliff that overlooks all the water on both sides of the island with super easy access to walk the town, all the shops, and the restaurants.

• DEL TUFO (10/5): Vacances avec Sand Lily ❤️ - La villa est un havre de paix, nous étions presque pressées de rentrer pour en profiter. Terrasses avec vue, grand salon. 2 chambres lumineuses et confortables. Tout était propre avec plusieurs linges à disposition. Climatisation partout. 2 salles d'eau et cuisine agence avec un joli assortiment de nourriture pour les petits déjeuner. De l eau dans le frigo et gourmandises également. La vue et l emplacement était incroyable, je la conseille vivement.

We were touched by the extra touches like some complimentary snacks and waters, help arranging transportation, and slippers/beach towels. The house is absolutely beautiful and the sunsets are unmatched!! The location is absolutely amazing and a very short walk to all of the best spots downtown. Nothing- the stay was perfect

• Micaela (10/5): Relaxing retreat after the party - The views! The whole property is very cute, relaxing and beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s about 0.5-1mile “above” downtown- but keep in mind, it is uphill and the weather In Greece is generally hot- may be more challenging to walk during summers. We didn’t get a chance to stroll to downtown from the property as it’s our first time here and we wanted to hit all the beach clubs/ parties so we took a taxi everywhere. I would definitely come back and stroll to downtown from this villa. FYI, on sat/fri night - you can faintly hear the music downtown, below the hill. So I could not imagine staying near down town! This was nice, tucked away and quieter. Close to AB market where you can get your groceries at the first day of your stay. Just a thought, I would say fitting more than 5 People here would get a little crowded. We were 4 Girls with M-L luggage each and our carry ons and it was just right.

As pointed out in other reviews, there is a 15 minutes walk from downtown to the top of the hill. Nothing. All went well, we had a good support from our host.

Pleasant decor and thoughtful house features - extra towels, plentiful hooks in toilet, scented cupboards, welcome snacks, many bottles of water and coffee etc. very responsive host with personal reception from host’s parents who greeted us and did a quick intro of the house and features. The ascent up from the town to the property is tiring but cannot be helped if one wishes to have a good aerial view like the one this property offers.

The only minus for this house it’s far from the beach and restaurants, you have to take a many stairs to go to the beach and down town , and then come back with climbing stairs . Very good for young people, but not over 55. Specially I would like to thank you owner and his parents ! They are wonderful people ! There is no car access to the beach and restaurants

• David (10/5): Special. We’ll never forget Sand Lily - The location was great with an amazing view of Mykonos’ Old Town. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to the center of the town but the walk back up is fairly steep so it’s not for everybody. Our hosts, Stefanos and his Father were great, always responsive & welcoming. Really can’t think of anything. We enjoyed it all!

• Istvan (10/5): - What a hidden gem in Mykonos! The location of the house with its postcard views of the town, port and sea below is already magnificent! Then you add the quality and cleanliness of the house inside and out, and you are guaranteed a perfect stay! To top it all off, Stefanos and his family were wonderful hosts, stocking the kitchen with water, coffee and snacks, professional and quick with their communication and going above and beyond everything to forward our passports to us on Santorini that we left behind in the house. I would give Sand Lily and Stefanos my highest recommendation!

I am not sure if one can find a place with a better and wider view..The home is spacious, well-maintained, clean, peaceful.. has a great yard, garden and seating areas.The location is very good, safe..about 7 minute walk to the main town..the uphill climb can be a challenge for some..we looked it as a workout at the end of the day, after eating all the great food! Finally, the host Stefanos and his parents are wonderful people...extremely hospitable, kind, pleasant and helpful, including with booking shuttle services. Very prompt responses , thoughtful with having water bottles, cookies, storage after checkout etc. Overall an incredible value..Would not at all hesitate to return here. Nothing really.

• Theodoros (10/5): Amazing stay-quiet, clean and close to everything. - Perfectly equipped little house, very comfortable beds, plush pillows, clean sheets, spotless bathrooms, ample parking space, thoughtfully stocked pantry and fridge. Stefanos' mom was there when we arrived to welcome us, she was very sweet and accommodating. There are a half dozen little corners around the house and the back yard to relax throughout the day. The view is to die for. The prperty is very close to Mykonos town and all the nightlife, and yet incredibly quiet at night -there are a couple of loud bars within a 3' walk, but we couldn't hear a thing once we closed the windows and turned on the AC at night. We will definitely return! Thanks Stefane Absolutely nothing! This house is perfect.

Bien située, près du centre ville et des commerces,(attention ça monte dur pour revenir du centre à pied) Et un grand merci à Stefanos qui a été très attentionné, il a répondu à toutes nos attentes et nous a facilité la vie sur place en s'occupant de nos transferts.
