• miners (2/5): very disappointed with accomodation - the bed was comfortable. outside of motel was clean and neat. We had paid for a deluxe room with a sofa and extra room. got a small basic room carpet was threadbare with holes in it. bathroom had peeling paint, and hot water didn't work in the shower, toilet didn't flush properly, dirt and stains in corners of room
• Nicole (1/5): Very disappointing - Bed was soft. Location was good. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There was food left in the freezer part of the refrigerator by previous occupants and was full of icy build-up. The back of the toilet leaked badly when you did a full flush, and the water ran all over the bathroom floor. Only one light worked in the room, and there were 2 lights not working - 1 because there was no bulb and the other one the bulb was blown. The overall room was clean, but I'd rather have paid a few extra $ and been able to stay in comfort.

• Shamse (7/5): I enjoyed my time with my grandkids and they loved visiting me at the motel. - I like the location. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was too soft for me and had very little sleep.
• Ali (4/5): Dissapointed - The shower had good strong pressure bed comfortable The room is small ,cleaners need to up there game cause round skirting boards n top of bedhead dusty.in the bathroom cobwebs on window.nowhere to boil kettle except on bed side table nowhere to plug toaster in rooms were better before ..very dissapointed.

• Marc (8/5): We stayed 2 nights for an unplanned trip , it’s what I would expect from the most affordable place in town - It’s what you expect, nothing fancy but if you are just looking for a bed then this place does the job If I have to pick something I didn’t like it would be that the family room is very tight but again it’s doable for a short stay

No plug for bathroom basin, and difficult to plug in kettle due to position of power points and microwave

We apologise also because as we were checking everything was done before we left and drove out we noticed the key box near the Office, anw we shut the door before leaving. Apologies for that, sorry. • Paul (2/5): Very poor - Small room, nowhere to sit comfortably. 2nd floor, inconvenient as we are not young and struggled to get our luggage to the room. Asked for a ground level unit but told we had to pay more, the motel was not full, not good.

• Paulene (4/5): If I have to go back to Cootamundra, I would prefer to camp - The best thing I liked about the property was the cleaner Jill. She was absolutely wonderful as for anybody else I spoke to not so good I pre-booked. I had to pay an extra hundred dollars to have my show Dogs sleep in the car as they normally do on any other trip. Had to argue to get a spot to park another car when a van took up three parking spaces. If it wasn't for the cleaner who was absolutely lovely I would've just said give me a refund. I'm going the room was extremely small for a family room. There was no milk in the fridge. Shower dripped all night.

Location was excellent - close to shops, cafes, train station. Nothing really. A little dated but, for the price, to be expected.

• John (4/5): - Handy location budget priced room. On entering it is very run down and has clearly never refurbished in 50 or 60 years. I’m sorry that I can’t recommend this place although it isn’t so bad, that if it was the only place available you’d rather sleep in the car but it’s a close run thing. If you book here with low expectations you won’t be too disappointed.

• jant338 (10/5): Location and clean - Friendly service, very efficient, clean room, nice linen and clean bathroom. Tea and coffee supplied plus a toaster. You can request plates and cutlery from the office. Great position as parking at the door and walk everywhere. The motel rooms are not big as was built in the 1970s and has many original features. This is all about position as centrally located.
