• Deborah (10/5): Great townhouse for what we needed. - Everyone had their own lovely room. The downstairs is great . The extra toilet is a help. Tight to reverse in the garage. Cleans were delayed but very polite.

• Matthew (9/5): Great spot for a quick getaway with a lot of people. - Good location if you want to be in the western part of Newcastle, quiet location, 3 bedrooms very convenient for a family and upstairs with the loungeroom downstairs so it feels like a lot of space. Nice wide garage that's easy to fit one car of almost any size in (not height though). Not the property's fault but roadworks happening on the street make access a little more difficult. Only one car space so others need to find street parking which can be a little tough at times.

• Matthew (4/5): Average and disappointing - Location was great for proximity but not great for noisy traffic Noisy traffic, steep staircase, there was a hammer under one of the pillows, door handles loose, car couldn't fit in garage, small living area with only 4 dining chairs for 6 guests. Plus the gardener started trimming bushes at 7am

• Naomi (9/5): Lovely place, clean and well furnished. Great base for our short stay. - This is a beautiful place, clean and has everything you need. Great for our party of five adults but would also be good for kids. The garage parking is very tight, I'd recommend backing down the driveway past the garage and then driving in forwards...very tight to get out otherwise. And for our second car parking was down the street a ways, so that wasn't great.

• Lok (8/5): Very good - large bed rooms, clean and spacious bathrooms. provide nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I like the soap. the garage space is very small, our Kia Carnival just able to fit in. when we unloaded our stuff, we need to keep our garage door open.

• Emma (7/5): Great place, neat and tidy. - Great place to stay. Could use baby gate option as stairs are steep for kiddos. Only issue we had is constantly having to watch our 2yr old at the stairs. They are quiet steep and could easily fall down.
• Emillie (10/5): Fantastic accommodation - Great location, clean and very comfortable beds. The ducted air conditioning was a godsend during the heat of the day. Will definitely stay here again! The driveway was tight squeeze and really only suited to small vehicles and we couldn’t find a garage door remote which would’ve been handy.
• Sally (8/5): I would recommend this unit as it is well cared for, in a great location, and offers a fantastic set-up for catching up - This is a beautiful unit with very comfortable bedding and a great layout for our extended family catch up. Wallsend is central to what we were doing so a perfect location. Despite being on a busy road it was very quiet. We only had an overnight stay but really enjoyed our time. Unfortunately, we had two important things not working. I am sure these are being addressed and hope they will not impact others. The roller door to the garage had been damaged and so there was limited parking off street, which being busy meant having cars a reasonable walking distance. The ensuite shower was not working, meaning more careful planning to get everyone showered before going to a concert.

• Jessica (8/5): Perfect for 1 night, we stayed locally for an early hospital appointment. - The layout was great for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, location was central and easy to find Property is on a main road so we heard cars and trucks throughout the night. The kitchen faucet was also broken but still worked.

This place was very clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rain fall shower head had great pressure.

The house smelled of curry, probably from the previous guests. We lived in the house closest to the street, with a lot of cars passing by, which affected our sleep at night.

We loved that everyone had a bed, and that all the comforts of home were provided. Eg. Washing machine, bathroom supplies, kitchen accessories. Nothing!

There was no space at all for getting a small car in the garage which was very disappointing. This needs to be rectified!

The flooring between the hall and main bathroom were different levels.. my daughter stubbed her toe several times on the tiles when walking into the bathroom. It was similar, not quite as bad in the walk in robe to the en-suite.
• Kym (9/5): Great location for visiting family and going to the football. - Spacious , very Comfortable, clean had everything we needed. Couldn’t park in garage as very tight, had a Rav 4 and tried to park and found it too difficult.

• Amy (8/5): A great family unit and very spacious. - It was spacious and very welcoming. It was clean and presented well. We were not told that the garage was broken. We couldn’t contact anyone as it was after hours when we discovered the garage as faulty and not deemed urgent. Parking on the street wasn’t ideal.

• Donna (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in Newcastle but accommodation was disappointing due to cleaning not done properly - Facilities were good It really needed cleaning properly, the carpet was filthy, the microwave had dirty food prints all over the front, hair in the bathroom, skirting and stairs not cleaned in a very long time, filthy walls, a shame as it could be a nice place, would not go back.

A short drive from a shopping centre and an 80 metre walk to a lovely little fish and chip shop. Would definitely stay here again. Driveway was a little narrow and we couldn’t actually park in the garage, but we have a Kluger. We just parked on the street overnight.

• Erin (6/5): Good but highly annoying - The space inside and the full kitchen The cleaners made the beds with the bottom half of the bed uncovered with a sheet (it’s like they started making the bed and realised the sheet was too small and then went ahead and continued to make the bed anyways) so our feet were on the mattress protector at the bottom of the bed

Two bathrooms were great for sisters travelling together The property had very few incidentals like nice teas and coffee pods very mean.. Didn't have a tea pot as I like to travel with my special tea and were unable to drink them which was disappointing. Also totally rude that I was called to give a credit card number for a security deposit and if I didn't pay it they wouldn't have given me access to the property. Felt totally held to ransom.
