Overall every thing was good but bed was bit dusty, bed room wasn't vaccumed properly, found hair strands of people who stayed before. And the curtain in TV room was not working. But have to say excellent rooms for that price..

- Charles (7/5): A weird attitude towards paying guests… - High floors and quiet. Attitude of demanding payment 48hours before arriving AND THEN THE ATTITUDE OF DEMANDING MORE MONEY AS A DEPOSIT because other guest have damaged things on the room. ALTHOUGH I PAID THE $150 IMMEDIATELY I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND/ A RETURN OF MY MONEY. Will not stay again.

Great location, so close to teams and Queen Vic markets Room a bit tired and bland. Could do with a couple of prints on the walls to brighten it up a little. Room was very bland with no pictures anywhere. Bedroom blinds had no edge trim and looked very tatty. Could do with a detailed clean (corners, windows etc) Shame no ice tray in freezer. Lack of drawers or shelving in wardrobes was inconvenient as we didn’t want to live out of suitcases for a week. Not all clothing can be hung up.

Very modern and clean - We had a sky room on the 59th Floor, great views and excellant value for money Can't complpain about anything, apartment was as discribed, location was on a tram line so city access was easy. - Jeswant R.V. (7/5): Overall good. - Location was very good. Came down to Melbourne for work. Easy Tram access nearby. Gym was okay. Pool and steam facilities were great! Friendly and accommodating staff. Gym was okay. It’s pretty small and gets crowded if there’s more than 3-4 people. Also a few machines were broken. Hopefully they fix it. I initially was staying in the 11th floor and there was constant noise from the vents and hydraulic shoot outside the room. Staff kindly changed my room when I raised the issue up.

Comfortable compact appartments, efficient design, adequate in room facilities. I should probably have been alerted by the name, but for someone born in the previous century, the ground floor and reception area are a visual challenge. Be prepared.

- Ane Katrina Cox (10/5): - Our flights had been changed so we arrived at Imagine Lighthouse at 11.30am. We were greeted by a lovely staff member, did not get her name but she was from NZ. She checked us in gave us our key and was so loverly. We meet a couple of other staff who were equally as nice including the secuirty guard. Honestly the only thing I could say there is that we would have liked better cooking implements in the room.
