- C400OVmarian (8/5): Business stay - We have been with our colleagues 2nights in this hotel. I have stayed on 12th floor it was very much noisy I was not able to sleep at all. The second they forgot to clean room properly or I don’t know bath was too dirty. Anyhow reception girl I don’t remember her name she was soo professional and kind changed my room. FB 8out of 10 I can say.Service is great
- bassemp2023 (6/5): It was one of the worst experiences. - For the city could be one of the good options, but as a hotel and services, maximum 3 stars. The reception team has no clue about front office or customer services.they do not care when to contact the clients if they forget to scan your entry stamp. They may call you at 6.30 am. Or during your meetings on the registered number and continueslly calls. Literally, zero the front office. Breakfast is good, not bad, not good. The room seiz is OK. AC is apperaently fixed by hotel and they cannot make it more cooler, in case you want. I am lucky was only one night.

- Evgenii (10/5): Отличный отель - Отличный отель, новый, современный, с отлично обученным персоналом. Хороший, но небольшой спа-центр, великолепный завтрак. 2 ресторана. Очень понравился грузинский на первом этаже, но абсолютно разочаровала Терасса на третьем, где накосячили просто по всем пунктам от блюд до официанта. Возможно, просто был не наш день. Большая и просторная ванная комната с качественной сантехникой. Единственное, что лично мне непонятно- ну как можно делать в ванной тропический душ так, что невозможно постоять под душем и не залить весь пол водой. В остальном все на отлично.

- Roman (10/5): Отличный отель для релакса. - Отличный сервис. Персонал вышколен на высшем уровне. Приветливы на все сто. Чистота. Бассейн маленький. Шестеро детей и четверо взрослых ощущались как столпотворение, особенно в части того, что все ломились в сауну, в которой фактически 3 места и хамам, там 4 места. Лежаков 5 штук. В общем стоит задуматься прежде, чем идти в час пик. В остально же очень чисто. Водичка стоит в бутылочках. Полотенца и халаты в изобилии. Завтрак очень хорош. Красная икра, рыбка, шампанское brut и полусладкое. Официанты наивежлившие и наиприветлившие! Отличные шампунчики и гель для душа в номере.

Very good gym and pool. 5. Friendly reception. Cons: 1. No daily vacuum cleaning of the room. 2. For two months I continue asking to bring me a second tall glass. It is even written in the system. 3. Hamam (wet steam sauna) had been working just for a week. Since beginning of July 2019 it is permanently closed. In general I am satisfied with the service, however, there are still some subjects for improvement.

- Ksenia (10/5): - Останавливаемся уже в третий раз, и каждый раз немного хуже предыдущего :) Уже появились пятна, то на шторах (от губной помады), то на халате. В этот раз дали номер как будто на одного (полотенца и зубная щетка были на одного, при том для второй зубной щетки там даже нет места теоретически), вид непонятно куда, хотя у нас был ДР (раньше всегда давали с видом на Волгу). Очень странная история со шкафами, раньше в других номерах были обычные шкафчики для одежды в прихожей, открывались и туда можно было сложить одежду, а в этом номере это был шкаф-муляж :)

From checkin, to restaurant, bar and breakfast were all the staff very supportive, motivated and extremely dedicated to do a professional job. Als in case of issues (lost luggage at airport) the help and assistance was first class. At my next trips to Samara, I’ll choose definitely in this hotel. The price is worth it. Restaurant serves a delicious high class food, all on good international level. Combined with great service.
- Olga (8/5): Приятный уикенд)) - Второй раз выбираем этот отель из-за прекрасного СПА- комплекса. Элегантные номера, красиво украшен холл к Новому году. В нашем случае была небольшая проблема с уборкой при заселении (в итоге всё равно остался чужой неприятный мусор в прикроватной тумбочке, повторно обращаться не стали) Общее впечатление хорошее, вернёмся однозначно!

- BRIAN (10/5): Outstanding service - I have stayed in a number of hotels in Russia, sadly in most of them the service has been somewhat disappointing to say the least. I was astonished and greatly appreciative of the levels of service I received at the Lotte Hotel, they could only be described as outstanding. I arrived before the check in time fully expecting to have to wait but was informed that my room was ready and I at liberty to use it as soon as I wished. Whilst all the staff were excellent, special mention must be made of Ekaterina Latypova, the Guest Relations Manager, nothing was too much trouble and all requests were dealt promptly and efficiently, thank you Katy! This was my first visit to Samara and I really enjoyed it, if you want excellent service stay at the Lotte hotel.

L'équipement de la chambre est à parfaire : le confort de la literie est limite, le design du lavabo est recherché mais pas du tout commode par manque d'espace pour déposer les outils de salle de bain, etc...

- Daria (2/5): можно остановиться, если нет вариантов получше - Плюсы: расположение, еда на завтраке вкусная, есть из чего выбрать, наличие бассейна. Неприятные моменты: - контингент отеля составляет местная молодежь, отмечающая первую брачную ночь, а также местные состоятельные мужчины с эскортницами - на завтраке попросили зеленый чай с жасмином, принесли просто черный - шампанское на завтраке конечно есть, но лучше бы постыдились такое наливать - на территории спа редко убираются, грязно - в душевой спа нет ни шампуня, ни бальзама для волос, только очищающая пена. для отеля такого уровня это недопустимо - портье взялся проводить до номера, но не удосужился предложить донести багаж - самый большой минус ждал при выезде из отеля. Как оказалось, на территории отеля перед входом паркуется кто попало. Кто-то заблокировал нашу машину, ресепшн и охрана не следят, кто паркуется, поэтому не помогли ни найти владельцев машин, ни выехать. В одной из машин был номер. Оказывается, местные любят там парковаться и уходить гулять по центру, очень удобно.

- MiucciafromUAE (6/5): Great new hotel, but unfortunately extremely poor service - Stayed in Lotte Samara for 24 hours during an intense business trip. First impression upon group arrival - no bellboy, group leader was carrying our luggage himself. Lobby is beautiful and impressive, however reception staff is unexperienced and not friendly at all. Check in process took much longer than should, even though they new that we are in a hurry before event. Checked in to my room to finally take a shower and found out that shower head is not working. It took me almost an hour of stress and no apologies from hotel (!) to move to another room, as shower needed some serious reparing. Had to force the non smiling guest relations manager to give me complimentary ironing, as I simply had no more time to get ready for the event. At least, after a shower I decided to order some food from room service, which took me some time to reach over the phone. They did not have the salad I wanted, so I ordered another one. The order was served on time, however there was no avocado in avocado salad... I honestly didn’t know whether I should laugh or cry! When server came back with atm machine for payment, I told her about salad and she just took it like its normal. Apparently apologising for mistakes in not this hotel style. All in all, the only reason I am writing this review is because as a hotelier I feel so bad for this stunning brand new hotel, where unexperienced, untrained and unfriendly staff spoils the entire impression. Hoping that management will take it into consideration and improvements will follow.
- xAKxRUSx (6/5): Good hotel, can improve easily - A luxurious hotel in a great, central location in Samara. The hotel is new with great facilities. The staff is welcoming. The fitness center is modern with top of the line machines. The restaurant is also good, with a worthy breakfast. Free parking. Since the hotel opened in May, it still had a certain smell to it - a bit of wet cement. I am sure this problem will go away soon. Also even though I understand that feather down pillows are expensive and nice, but some are allergic to them and it seems odd that they are standard there. Either way, they have a pillow menu, and you can pick from 8 other pillows.
- Ksenia (10/5): - Отличный отель, все новое, хорошее обслуживание. В зоне Спа есть хамам с музыкой, сухая баня с талассо туманом, душ впечатлений с разными программами, джакузи, бассейн. Всегда в доступе питьевая вода, зеленые яблоки. Завтрак просто нереальный, помимо стандартного набора (яйца, хашбраун, сосиски, сыр, рыба, хлопья, йогурты) есть всё, даже лапша, икра, шампанское. Всегда можно выйти на красивую открытую веранду. Единственный момент - были немного пыльные полы, на носках оставался какой то ворс :)

The staff vas super friendly and did indeed go over the top to deliver a good service and help us with anything we did want and needed. A jewel of Russian hospitality and style. I will get back to Samara just for the pure experience!
- Charliejohnson65 (10/5): World Cup visit - I am visiting this hotel with my son for the World Cup. We are here for 5 nights and think the hotel is good value for money based on other hotels we have visited during our World Cup stay. The rooms are large and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Although the service is a little slow in the bar area the staff are extremely helpful and do all they can to please albeit some struggle with English. I cannot really fault the hotel with gym and pool really nice. All in all a great stay here and a good choice as close to the river embankment.
- Stefan_of_the_world (8/5): World Cup 2018 - This brand new hotel is nice, but parts still under construction. Breakfast was ok with sparkling wine as a nice addition. The lobby restaurant was not ready to handle a crowd and the food was not up to par. Rooms are big and nice. Beds very comfortable.

- Jaime (10/5): New modern w/Best Hotel's Gym I have ever seen - Good rooms, Ksenia at the reception and Nadia made my trip. The Gym is amazing+Insane for an Hotel..perfect for any Sport Fan or Sport Team in Town.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice Hotel, Poor service - Good facilities. Breakfast is good. I had problems with room air conditioner. Room , lunch and lounge service were delayed and taste was not good. The hotel service in general is disorganized.

Security a little over the top and staff need training in hospitality as it is a very newly opened hotel and restaurant and bar staff just do not really know what they are doing. Will get better with time. During World Cup there was construction going on so I complained many times for them to stop hammering and drilling. Will eventually end up a top class establishment Thank you so much to Katrina who helped so much
