Felt secure with different codes for main entry and room entry. Hosts left welcome packs for cleaning and drinks etc, nice touches. Washing machine, iron, hairdryer, safe - everything covered. Very small bathroom, and lots of dark hairs in there which made us question if the floor had been cleaned at all… Noisy in bedroom, even with shutters down and curtains closed I had max 4.5/5 hours sleep each night. No luggage store on weekends.

• Danyel (8/5): Nice location but poor customer service. - Very clean. Comfy bed. It was very expensive compared to all our other stays around Europe for 2 months based on the value. While it was cheap and location was good I did not feel like the value for money was good. There are no staff to help you evenings and weekends and a few things didn’t work and I couldnt get help. I even used their WhatsApp number and no answer even after they were supposed to be back in the office.

• Fen (9/5): Great bolthole for a long weekend - Clean, bright and spacious apartment. Cosy bedroom, fresh bathroom. Great location for tourist activities. The host company was great to deal with, too. The apartment is on a really busy street, so is pretty noisy throughout the day.
• Polymnia (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια και η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη. Ο χώρος ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές, όπως πλυντήριο ρούχων και πλυντήριο πιάτων, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο άνετη και πρακτική. Ιδιαίτερα θετική εντύπωση μας έκανε το γεγονός ότι υπήρχαν προσωπικά σετ για κάθε ενοικιαστή, καθώς και καινούριο σφουγγαράκι, κάτι που δείχνει πραγματικό σεβασμό προς τους επισκέπτες. Επιπλέον, υπήρχαν διαθέσιμα βασικά είδη όπως καφές και τσάι, που έκαναν την εμπειρία ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για έναν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως οργανωμένο και φιλόξενο χώρο, τον οποίο θα επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

• Angéla (10/5): Imádjuk ezt a várost! - Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a tömegközlekedés, üzletek, kávézók. Könnyű a kódokkal a mozgás, nem kell kulcsra vigyázni. Tágas apartman, jól felszerelt. A személyzettel online tartottuk a kapcsolatot, minden érthető volt. Ami az előnye, hogy központi helyen van, az lehet hátrány is, hogy kissé zajos. Igaz, egy nagyvárosban élőnek semmi extra probléma.

Excelente detalle el de proveer de café, azúcar y aceite. Además cuenta con un buen lavasecarropas, muy útil y necesario y viajes donde uno prioriza el andar ligero de equipaje. Fue una gran elección. En general estuvo todo perfecto.

Puntos de Mejora: 1- El acceso al WiFi, debe ser menos complicado. 2- Ayudaría también tener conectores USB Tipo C o tipo B.por lo menos cerca de la mesa de noche para conectar los celulares, en caso de que los huéspedes no cuenten con los adaptador europeos. 3. El tomarse 4 días para devolver la garantía económica. (Eso es mucho tiempo)

• Bravi (8/5): Viaggio in famiglia - Ottima posizione per visitare la città, vicina a tutti i trasporti pubblici e ben collegato all'aereoporto dal servizio Aereobus. Appartamento molto accogliente, molto ben arredato, due camere con due bagni nuovissimi e letti comodissimi. Lavastoviglie, lavasciuga, ferro da stiro, c'era davvero di tutto. Molto gradito il kit con caffè, tè, zucchero, sale, sapone per le stoviglie e spugne. Supermercato Carrefour molto vicino, circondato da bar e ristoranti. Davvero il massimo del comfort per chi come noi viaggiava con due figli. L'appartamento aveva un ottimo isolamento acustico, pur essendo in centro non sentivamo per niente il traffico. Ma la metropolitana un po' la notte disturbava.

• Isabel (9/5): - Este apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de todo; incluso del autobús al aeropuerto y del metro. Es muy cómodo, actual y limpio. Todas las instrucciones de la empresa se siguen por Wassap. Pasamos un poco de frío. El programador estaba bloqueado y no permitía cambios, es decir, subir o bajar la temperatura.

It’s very well furnished, with a comfortable wide bed, Smart TV, a lovely kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a large shower. Very comfortable overall. The street is quite noisy, and the window sound insulation is not sufficient to fully block the street noise.

I have been unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and I was told that the issue had been reported to the technician and that I would receive an update. It has now been 2–3 days, and I have heard absolutely nothing back. Because of this, I’ve had to spend an additional €120 to top up my roaming package—an unexpected cost I should not have had to cover. Wi-Fi is clearly included in the accommodation I paid for, and this level of service is completely unacceptable.

Al precio de Booking hay que añadir 200 euros de fianza y tasas turística por cada persona alojada. Inflexibles con la.hora.de check in y check out. Dejan 1 pastilla de lavavajillas para toda la estancia. Muchísimo ruido de la calle.y se notaba un temblor cada vez que pasaba el metro de la estación más cercana.

Hay ruido de la calle incluso con todo cerrado, pero usamos tapones y hay que entenderlo al estar tan céntrico. Faltaba una cafetera de cápsulas para mi gusto. La wifi va bien, pero no es una pasada.

A funcionária insistia em dizer que estávamos no apartamento errado. Conseguimos abrir um apartamento em outro andar, mas vi que não correspondia a descrição do nosso apartamento. Depois de muita confusão, conseguimos o código correto. Ficamos preocupados depois dessa confusão, pois o nosso apartamento não possuía travas na porta de acesso
