- Natalya (2/5): - Roof was leaking everywhere,curtains rod fall on my baby while she was sitting in a tub ,while I was sleeping the rain drops start leaking on my face and we had to move the mattress , our check in time supposed to be at 2 pm but we only get access at 2:30pn ,staying at that time on a stairs with 3 suitcases and crying baby
- Yulia (10/5): Рекомендую этот отель - Апартаменты очень понравились. Чисто, есть все самое необходимое. Красивый вид из окна, были в курсе новостей - напротив дом ТАСС. Все достопримечательности рядом, метро даже не пользовались. На ресепшн по адресу пер.Скатерный 13, девочки все подробно обьясннили как пройти. WiFi - работал хорошо.

- Gianluca (2/5): Worse experience ever.. - it was the worse experience ever since I'm a member of Hotels.com.. Service people for the hotel speaks a very poor english which means a really difficult communication for any needs you may have during your stay...The first apartment was totally different from the picture showed.. I asked for a better one which was given after a long discussion.. the TV in the new apart was broken (I did not notice it at the beginning) and the following day I was forced to pay more than € 300 to restore the TV which I did not watch at all.. I could not even explain my reasons given nobody speaks english and I understood the service manager aurguing they want to call local police.. My suggestion: Don't stay there..if they will find a space they will cheat you.
- David (4/5): - 1. The hotel does NOT reply to messages sent to them. Wrote 4 times without a single reply. Even though its stated as they are prompt in their reply. 2. Hotel reception is 5 mins away from apartments so CHECK IN is troublesome. 3. The counter staff does NOT even have a Map showing where is the apartment. To make matter worse, she's unfriendly and were not able to direct us correctly to the apartment. 4.The appartment is not equipped with a house phone so if whenever any need arises, we need to walk to the reception.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Очень долго искали отель, поскольку ресепшн по другому адресу. Номер с понорамными окнами, но жалюзи не работает. Номер "потрепанный". Пахнет канализацией. Окна грязные, некоторые даже разбитые. За такую стоимость ожидали лучше. Плюс- центр города, метро рядом.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Раз на раз не приходится - Останавливались здесь два раза, в разных квартирах, первый раз была отличная квартира, даже идеальная, второй раз попали в квартиру с очень маленькими окнами, попросили пересилить, нас пересилили в аппартаменты на самом высоком этаже, с первого взгяда-красота, панорамные окна, но, стойкий запах канализации ( администрация в курсе, но ничего не предпринимает, свечки ароматизированные пришлось покупать т к иначе невыносимо), панорамные окна не закрываются, штор нет и с самого восхода солнца спать невозможно, так же не работает отопление, стоит обогреватель, но метраж аппартаментов большой и прогреть помещение им нереально. Все зависит в какую квартиру заселят, все квартиры новые и в приятном стиле, однако останавливаться здесь больше не будем, запах канализации испортил всё впечатление. Так же хочу отметить очень высокую слышимость, если планируете заселяться-захватите беруши.

- Hege (8/5): Fin og sentral leilighet - Leiligheten er stor, fin og velholdt, med bra beliggenhet. Den har alt du trenger. Litt uklart hvor man skulle sjekke inn, og litt dumt at det ikke er heis i første etasje. Den ene morgenen skrudde de av vannet fra kl. 10 til 11, uten å gi beskjed på engelsk, det var ganske upraktisk. Døren var ganske vanskelig å lase og låse opp.
- Hazzel (10/5): - The room was beautiful, the windows really made everything seem bigger and breath taking. I Paid the extra money for that since me and my husband were going to have use the pull out sofa and it was worth it. The pull out sofa itself was comfortable which is saying something since I have back issues. Everything was clean, customer service was amazing. We walked to this building on our own, and once we arrived to the area it got confusing. One of the workers spotted us out, asked, "Arbat House?" in the little English he knew and personally walked us all the way into the building and called the elevator for us. Super kind of the man!
