• Massimo (5/5): - Un B&B vicino a Santa Maria Maggiore e alla metro. Rapporto prezzo/qualità non adeguato. Abbiamo prenotato una tripla per stare un po’ più larghi ma ci è stata data una doppia. Si tratta di un appartamento riadattato a B&B, piuttosto antico, con arredi approssimativi e poco funzionali (es. il rotolo della carta igienica era appeso ad uno spago). Nella camera erano presenti dislivelli del pavimento e gradini che rappresentano un rischio per la sicurezza. Le foto sul sito non corrispondono al reale stato delle camere.

La amabilidad y agilidad de comunicación con los host. Viaje con mi bebé e hicieron todo para que me sienta cómoda. Incluso nos regalaron un detalle por mi cumpleaños. Nada, todo súper.

Você recebe um ticket para tomar o café da manhã em uma café próximo e caso não possa utilizar pela manhã (assim como eu não pude pois fui bem cedo a audiência Papal), pode utilizar em outro horário. Próximo a facilidades como mercado e lavanderia. Nada.

• Boris (6/5): Ubytování doporučuji všem, Kterým nevadí jednoduché zařízení s velmi pohodlnou posteli, úklidem kazdy den včetně rucniku - Líbila se mi a lokalita. bylo blízko na nádraží Termini, asi 5 min., autobusová zastávka asi 200 m a také zastávka Hop On busů, což jsme využili na dva dny a doporučujeme. taky metro byla nedaleko, Na nádraží. Ke Koloseu asi 800 m přes park. Měli jsme taky objednanou snídani, v kafe naproti, byla to crosssan a cappuccino, možná to nebylo nutne, v okoli bylo mnoho malých i větších bister a cukraren. Asi 200 m byl supermarket s potravinami, kde bylo všechno. A přímo naproti opravdu několik malých obchůdků. Nemohu říct nic co by se mi přímo nelíbilo. Bylo to velmi jednoduché ubytování, které ovšem splnilo svůj účel, protože když jedete do města, Tak neplánujete užívat hotel ale město. Takže v hotelu jsme opravdu jen přespávali. Postel byla velmi pohodlná a dost velká.

Завтракать нужно было ходить в кафе, которое было в метрах 400 от места проживания. Очень шумная улица- но ведь это РИМ)))

Hay un elevador central que la parte baja es el nivel cero que no lo han limpiado desde tiempo y da un poco de mal olor y aspecto. Es mandar a limpiar esa área.

• Pablo (9/5): Alojamiento cómodo y muy bien situado - La ubicación del alojamiento, a un paso de la estación de Termini, pero en una zona muy tranquila y segura junto a la iglesia de Santa María la Mayor y muy cerca de una estación de Metro. La amabilidad del propietario, pendiente en todo momento y resolviendo las dudas que le plateamos. La cama muy cómoda, el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones diario y eficiente y valoramos mucho al viajar con un niño poder contar con una cuna de forma gratuita y poder usar el microondas y el frigorífico que hay en el hall de entrada. La estancia fue muy tranquila, no escuchamos ruidos ni molestias. El desayuno se toma en una cafetería cercana y aunque solo tienes la opción de tomar un café y un bollo es suficiente y además como abren a las 5:30 no tienes problema si un día quieres madrugar más. Quizá la única pega que se le puede poner es que pagamos un precio muy elevado aunque era fin de año y los precios de los alojamientos en Roma estaban disparados. El edificio es algo antiguo y algunos elementos de la habitación también, pero bueno estaba bastante limpia.

Avevamo scelto questo posto per la vicinanza al luogo di lavoro ma ci hanno fatto spostare in un'altro appartamento in una via vicina ma solo per una notte. La mattina dopo abbiamo dovuto, con grande nostro disagio organizzativo, traslocare nell'appartamento inizialmente prenotato ma che non era ancora pronto! E Abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora abbondante che la signora delle pulizie sistemasse la stanza prima di per andare in bagno e cambiarci !! La stanza comuqnue vecchia, sporca e rumorosa (affaccio direttamente sul marciapiede della strada) non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative.

As we arrived early we were able to leave our luggage to the appartment before check in later on. A bit of dated but good for a short accomodation. TV did not work well due to bad connections in the room I guess. Breakfast option is cup of coffee and croissant in a cafe close by, It's ok if you don't need richer breakfast.

Struttura in un vecchio palazzo con ascensore ma essendo al primo piano rialzato non è necessario prenderlo. Fatto tutto tramite whatsapp ....i gestori non li abbiamo mai visti, cmq tt perfetto senza intoppi. Camere grandi e letti comodi. Bagno grande. Da ritornarci Un piccolo suggerimento....metterei un mobiletto o una mensola nel bagno perché non ci sono appoggi per un beauty e nemmeno x una crema

Central and close to Termini station (literally a 5 minute walk), surrounded by wonderful little shops and restaurants, a very comfortable bed and a lovely host who was super helpful and accommodating during my visit. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone stopping through Rome.

• Aline (9/5): Je recommande ! Le quartier est en passe de se développer avec le Pape François qui repose ici. - La proximité de la gare, des transports le quartier est calme et commerçant. La disponibilité de la guest pour une arrivée à l'horaire souhaité. Suggestion positive, il manque une tablette dans la salle de bain pour poser les trousses de toilette. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas sur place mais dans un bar un peu plus haut dans la rue...mais au final nous avons découvert la basilique Santa Maria Maggiore, lieu de dernier repos du Pape François.

Durch die Lage ist man gut angebunden und kommt schnell in die restliche Stadt. Es war ziemlich dunkel, weil die Fenster waren wie so ne Art "Tür" und entweder macht man sie komplett auf (dadurch kommt leider auch die Hitze rein) oder man lässt es sein und sitzt im dunkeln.

• KölscheKA (9/5): Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mitten in Rom - Ich bin immer etwas skeptisch, wenn man einen Code erhält, um in die Unterkunft zu gelangen, aber, es hat alles ganz hervorragend geklappt und unser Vermieter hat auf Anliegen umgehend reagiert. Die Betten waren bequem, die Klimaanlage und das WLAN funktionierten gut. Eine UBahn-Haltestelle befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Colosseum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Obwohl man zentral wohnt, war es nicht laut und wir konnten ruhig schlafen An der Duschwand klebten nach unserer Ankunft noch ein paar Haare (kann passieren), ansonsten war es weitgehend sauber. Das Apartment lässt sich nicht wirklich gut lüften. Man muss wissen, dass das Frühstück "italienisch" ist (im nahe gelegenen Cafe bekommt man für einen Gutschein einen Cappuccino und ein süßes Croissant, das aber wirklich lecker ist)

• Raik (6/5): An "ok" apartment near Termini train station - The breakfast was a coffee and cornetto a few hundred meters from the apartment. It wasn't very private. There were other people in the beside our room. The entrance was shared and each room had a separate key.

• G_yo (3/5): Wonderful stay in a miserable accommodation! - Sejur superb intr-o cazare jalnica! - Good location for trips. The pictures on booking do not reflect reality. The walls in the bathroom are dirty. The room is cold. The room is on the ground floor and there is a lot of noise day and night. You can hear everything from the neighbors. You can't open the window because you can be seen in the house. There is a step in the room between the hallway and the room that we kept blocking until we put something to make it visible. There is no wardrobe, just a poor support. The lock on the door is from World War II. Breakfast = just a croissant and a poor coffee and that in another location about 5 minutes walk away. It's basically a dark studio in an old block of flats. In the evening, all kinds of shady people in the area. In the end, they made us pay an extra 5EUR/person/day. To be avoided with all honesty! We mention that we are not pretentious people!
