• Chloé (1/5): Décevant, je ne recommande pas. - L’emplacement est top Séjour très décevant chez Casa Bella Pantheon. Nous avions obtenu la confirmation pour récupérer le logement à 10h, mais en arrivant aucune aide sur place et la chambre n’était finalement prête qu’à 14h. Le logement n’était pas propre : énormément de poussière, ce qui a aggravé mes allergies. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas et nous n’avions presque aucun réseau. Le support de douche était cassé et le lavabo bouché. Pour le prix payé, les prestations n’étaient clairement pas à la hauteur. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Llenamos el formulario que nos enviaron y durante la comunicación avisamos, al llegar nos encontramos con que departamento no estaba listo hasta las 14.30 hs. El día de ingreso casi llegando a destino nos avisaron.

Il giorno dopo abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli nella casa, perché portarceli tutto il giorno sarebbe stato un problema, mentre questa disponibilità ci ha fatto molto comodo. La stanza con tutto l’essenziale.

• Rachel (8/5): - The location is perfect and the price was really good. The room is basic and a bit dated but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear any street noise at night. We didn’t meet any of the staff, it was all on email. When we first got there I hadn’t received an email giving me instructions to get in the room so we called the phone number provided. This wasn’t answered which had us a bit concerned. However, when I checked my messages on booking.com, everything was there. I’m not sure why I hadn’t received this by email and whether I dialled the correct number but all was fine. The shared kitchen area was new to us but we never saw the other guests so there was no problem with sharing. We’d stay here again when visiting Rome.

Despite the lively surroundings, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The building itself is a bit old, but that seems to be typical for the area. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Le pulizie non erano state fatte in modo adeguato, abbiamo trovato tra le pentole la confezione di affettato vuota lasciata da ospiti precedenti. Spugna e porta spugna sporchissima! La finestra di una delle due camere non si poteva aprire era rotta ma già da tempo data la quantità di polvere presente sul davanzale Il bagno cieco ,spazioso peccato con un odore costante di fognatura Nel water polvere marrone, l’hanno giustificata come polvere igienizzante ma non è un bel vedere!!

• Rosangela (2/5): Appartamento puzzolente - La posizione La non disponibilità e poca educazione della signorina contattata telefonicamente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l’appartamento tutto sporco e con un’odore sgradevole, anche se abbiamo avvisato che saremo arrivati prima. Ho chiamato il numero indicato per spiegare il tutto e per capire dove lasciare le valigie (possibilità che ci era stata offerta) ma mi sono trovata a parlare con una persona che evidentemente non é stata formata per fare il servizio al cliente e a chi ho dovuto insistere per aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione. Dopo la pulizia dell’appartamento il brutto odore non se ne andò mai. Un altro dettaglio che vorrei dire è che i muri delle stanze non arrivano a tutta altezza, quindi non c’è molta privacy se si viaggiano 3 coppie.

The bathroom ceiling had visible mold, and there was an unpleasant sewer odor that made the space quite uncomfortable. In the twin room, the beds were not properly prepared, the quilt had not been placed inside the duvet cover and was simply laid on top, which felt careless and unhygienic.

• Roberto (8/5): Buena ubicación, relación calidad precio está bien para unos días en Roma - La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta estás a pie de todo para moverte por el centro de Roma, en mi casa estuvimos en la una habitación triple la cama supletoria es demasiado pequeña para un adulto grande. La cama principal cumplía su función. Tienes nevera en la habitación y una sala fuera con mesas y una cocina la que puedes prepararte lo que quieras. La cama supletoria demasiado pequeña, y bueno el edificio es antiguo pero por relación calidad precio cumple expectativas no se puede pedir más.

Le plafonnier ne fonctionnais pas . La salle de bain commence à être vétuste . Les photos ne montrent pas la réalité . Et surtout notre chambre était loin d’être prête à 12h alors avec un enfant et le voyage nous étions plus que déçu !

Es sencillo, pero tiene lo necesario. Lo único que tuvimos problemas fue por el aire acondicionado, costaba un poco de que funcionara tanto para dar aire como para calefacción.

Lo que menos me gustó era el acceso a la cama de arriba, era casi imposible bajar de esa escalera tan empinada, el baño de al lado del dormitorio no tenía tapón del desagüe del lavabo, los cubos de los baños para tirar los papeles y desechos estaban muy viejos y una luz del baño mayor tampoco funcionaba, las fundas nórdicas eran pequeñas.
