• Anna (7/5): Noisy. Bed sheets should be changed. - Location is convenient there is a fantastic supermarket at the same building. Room floor and bathroom were clean. Restaurant food is good. The reception staff is not always polite. The bedsheets weren’t clean, should be changed after each guest, it is an absolute must! We got very small rooms despite the type we booked, with no window and no small table (otter rooms have it). My room was near some big noise source (water pomp?) making a horrible noise at night disturbing the sleep. The hotel is built in such a way that the echo is there so you hear people talking in the corridor wherever. Unfortunately the hotel does not enforce night quiet time. Both guests and staff go or sit on sofas in corridors for hours shouting and some guests have their room doors open with TV blasting as if they were not in a hotel where other guests would like to sleep. It should be explained clearly that such a behavior is not acceptable in a hotel.

• Bart (6/5): - Hotel ligt vlak bij hoofdstraat. Parkeergarage prima om de fietsen te stallen. Prima ontbijt. Mix van continental en Indias Douche water koud bij aankomst, fan in kamer had maar 2 standen, voluit en uit.

• Ragunath (9/5): A peaceful stay gave us the perfect chance to unwind, and the delicious breakfast was a highlight - Clean and spacious room, clean and neat fresh towels, above all wonderful breakfast. We would love to stay here, if in future we cross pudukottai for the breakfast spread. Safe environment. Nothing that I dont like, May be a suggestion - It will very helpful if your staffs are aware of current affairs(like any political party meeting/time/place of the function ,etc) in and around pudukottai, routes, tourist places(Some unique spot) around pudukottai

• Chandrasekar (7/5): Not great memory as my entire noon sleep was spoilt - Spacious rooms, aesthetic color combination for interiors. Power cut & Genset switching meant sleepless noon on day 1 of my stay. Every switch taker few seconds and that throw off my sleep. Also AC doesn’t come back when power goes & return also. Rooms design not great use of space could have been better. No USB charging ports which is common these days. Bath fittings are damaged so flushing was difficult. Bath area neither separated nor levelled lower so on bathing whole bathroom becomes wet and water logged. Access card didn’t work properly and every time I had to call some staff to open (who had a knack of tapping and opening but even they failed twice 😂)

The management really need to look into this especially being a hotel international cards should be accepted.

Location is good and the nearby Supermarket was a good place to shop . Room had no fridge and the coffee/tea making facilities and bathroom amenities are very limited. The bed covers are torn and need replacement.

Clean rooms, hygienic. There needs to be a shower cabinet in the toilet. The whole bathroom gets wet. A three star hotel should have a bar. At 9.30 am there was nothing at the breakfast buffet. Fortunately they arranged some Dosas and juice.

God mat, både relativt enkel frokostbuffet og annen mat som vi prøvde. Hyggelig personale i restauranten. Three negative things: 1. That it was impossible to pay with any non-Indian credit card. Great surprise and contrary to information given on booking.com. Daily withdrawal caps of 10000 INR from local ATM was also a surprise. In addition, some ATMs didn’t work. 2. That some noisy lift (?) was operating from early morning (not the regular lift which wasn’t near our room). It stopped with a bang, shaking the walls. No explanation offered by the reception. 3. That the wi-fi was weak in our p and non-existent elsewhere. Had to log in again every time I returned to the room.

Bad - the staff (and some guests) shout all night, banging plates, moving heavy objects (???) at midnight and then again at 5.00 morning. Little sleep. The bed sheets had stains, fresh one, like from food, not just discoloration. Disgusting. Bed sheets should be changed after each guest, it is a basic hygiene rule! The hotel staf should not wait Until the guest requests a change.
