- Saša (10/5): Odličan - Lokacija perfektna. 3 dana nisam palio auto. Bukvalno je na 10-15min hoda sve oko apartmana. Garantovano mjesto u garaži je spas. Iz garaže lift ide do apartmana. Cijena i kvalitet odlično uklopljeni. Jedno osvežavanje zidova i podova bi bilo potrebno za 10/10

- Zakharov (7/5): The value is good but not the most comfortable place and the owner is not a pleasant person - Relatively cheap, close to city center The owner was not responsive, warned about accepting payments only in cache only last minute in the day of check in, causing us inconvenience and when I asked if we can pay a part now and the rest later, he was rude demanding the whole amount in an hour like some gangster. The place is really dark, and hot water didn’t work on one night. WiFi was not stable. They don’t replace the toilet paper for you unless you catch the cleaning person and ask them.

Vízforraló, poharak és teáscsésze. Korábban is elfoglalhattuk a szállást, és délig maradhattunk. Van lift. Az ágyban a matrac középen mindkét oldalon besüppedve, ezért kicsit kényelmetlen

- Stefan (7/5): - Apartament bine compartimentat, complet decomandat, aproape de zonele de interes ale orașului. Gradul de finisare și curățenie este destul de aproximativ. Utilitățile pot fi îmbunătățite. Mobilierul este vechi și degradat. În living nu există spațiu de depozitare, cei ce dorm acolo își pot ține lucrurile doar pe jos, pe scaune, sau în valiză. Canapeaua este antică, incomodă și plină de găuri arse de țigară. Odată ce a fost strâns patul, nu există loc de depozitare pentru lenjerie și așternuturi, decât în unicul dupal din dormitor. Dacă acesta este ocupat de alte persoane, nu există alternativă. Toate scaunele de pe terasă sunt rupte. Există o mașină de spălat vase, dar nu am găsit un cuptor cu microunde sau un expresor de cafea. Lenjeria este veche, iar cearșaful pentru pilotă are alte dimensiuni decât cele ale pilotei. Bucătăria este prea mică pentru a putea servi masa. După câteva zile de servit masa în living, am vrut să mătur, dar nu am găsit o mătură. Există doar un aspirator mare, vechi și foarte incomod.

- Elizaveta (1/5): Not satisfied at all - That my family fitted good there. The shower has problem with draining water, it just stays there. All bathroom has mold and fungus everywhere, first of all it’s very dangerous for people having respiratory problems. The kitchen was fully covered with oil and fat, the kettle had a lot of scale inside, we could make even a tea. The parking is very small in the entry and exit. We had a multivan and it was veeeery hard to come inside and out of the ground parking.

- Alain (5/5): Akzeptabel - Unterkunft war eher heruntergekommen und nicht wie auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer Aufteilung war nicht wie angegeben. Wir bekamen daher ein zusätzliches Zimmer 2 Strassen weiter. Unsere Voraussetzung ein Appartement für alle zusammen zu haben war durch dies nicht mehr gegeben. Das Gepäck konnte am letzten Tag nicht gelagert werden und musste direkt mitgenommen werden.

- Alexander (7/5): Нормальна ціна, хороша квартира, готуйте готівку. - Гарний ремонт. Хороша велика кровать. Було тихо. Ніякий проблем не було. Поруч цікавий молодіжний бар "Guvernanta" з всякими концертами та стендапами. 1. Власник в чаті наполягав на розрахунку готівкою (ніби зломався термінал), хоча букінг був підтвержений карткою, мені це було не дуже зручно. Я розумію, що в Сербії готівка всюди — але він міг би взяти відповідальність на себе, а не робити вигляд, що це нормально. В кінці він подякував за розуміння, тому претензій не маю. 2. В квартирі спочатку було прохолодно, і стояв калоріфер (кімнатний обігрівач). Потім було тепло. 3. Підʼїзд в достатньо вузькій темній вулиці (хоча сама квартира норм). 4. Ще скляні двері в ванну кімнату це гарно, але зранку я врізався в них лобом — довелось вішати мокрий папірець на рівні глаз що бачити чи зачинено :D 5. Якщо вам важливий вид з вікна, то він достатньо індустріальний ) 6. Є чайник, але не було кружек (лише 2 стакана), цукру, чаю, ничого такого.

Finding the place and the check-in process were very easy. It is recommended for everyone. It is located next to the Moskva Hotel. English translation: Everything was fine, but the double bed in one of the bedrooms was extremely squeaky. It’s time to replace it. It’s hard to sleep because of the noise.
- Katiuscia (7/5): Pensavo meglio! - La posizione è centrale. A pochi passi da tutto. Il proprietario ci ha permesso di lasciare gli zaini anche dopo il check out. È stato gentile. Purtroppo la casa non era affatto come da descrizione. Io ho scelto quell'appartamento proprio perchè colpita dalle immagini. La casa è spaziosa ma molto semplice. Non c'è riscaldamento ma ci sono due stufette a riscaldare. Il box doccia non ha un vetro per chiuderlo. Purtroppo nell'appartamento c'è un cattivo odore di fumo. L'ascensore per due giorni non ha funzionato, è al quarto piano ma come se fossero 6. Accetta solo contanti ma anche in euro.

- Irena (1/5): - Lokaciju bi istakla...zapravo kao jedinu prednost ovog apartmana Prilikom dolaska javljam da sam blizu objekta, uzimam ključeve iz sandučeta i dobijam uputstvo da prilikom napuštanja apartmana ostavim novac u kešu na stolu. Uljudno kažem da to nije navedeno na bookingu gde dobijam odgovor " AKO VAM TAKO ODGOVARA ODGOVARA AKO NE NE MORATE UZIMATI APARTMAN". S obzirom da sam poreklom iz Srbije poznata mi je komunikacija sa ovakvim profilom ljudi. Naredni dan bivam kontaktirana da bi platila apartman, ja sam na odmoru, dakle ne provodim vreme u apartmanu, vlasnik ili ko već mi kaže da ima rezervni ključ i da jednostavno ostavim novac na stolu da će doći da pokupi isti. OK...nije mi normalno da mi osim čistačice u resortima ulazi neko zarad "skupljana novca." Na zapadu ovo može biti smeštaj sa 3 zvezdice, nikako 4. Vonj iz kanalizacije je nepodnošljiv, pod se očigledno ne riba jer papuče koje sam koristila izgledaju kao da sam vani hodala u njima. Grejanje je na klimu koja je stara minimun 25 godina.
