• Cristina (9/5): Breathtaking views of the mountains - Very nice place, beautiful views of the mountains. Comfortable bed , nice rooms, nice restaurant. Helpful staff, polite. Breakfast was good, large and served with a view :) The road! Access road is tricky with a small car or with a begginer driver. You will be at the top of a little mountain, so you can see up close Piatra Craiului and Bucegi - a bit further. Best to call ahead and the owner will explain better which road to take.
• Alex (7/5): It was a nice place but we will not return, as there are better and cheaper options around. - The location is very good, on the top of the hill. The place is well-maintained, clean. The food is good. There is written in the description that the access is difficult in the winter, however, we got there in the middle of the summer (so perfect conditions), but the last 2 km of the road is a forest road. And that's not a problem in essence, we can go a km or two on a forest road without issue. The problem is that the forest road is very steep in a few places and you can't safely climb it with a normal car. Also, the attitude of the host is not helpful at all. We certainly didn't expect to be mocked about for not managing to get to the property safely. Another issue that we faced is that in the description it says that you pay at the property, however, when we did the booking (more than a month in advance) the cash was withdrawn from the card directly on the spot. Also, we did not receive the invitation to take the spare change from what we consumed during the stay. To sum up, the location is nice, but the people managing it could do a better job.

• Daniel (7/5): Pleasant stay but a bit under expectations - Clean, nice views, generous and very good breakfast, comfortable large bed, friendly staff. The road is quite tough, the spa is not free, it is 100 RON per day, which was disappointing, the room/facilities are not really worth for a 4 star pension, the play room wasn’t heated and it was quite cold and the views weren’t as spectacular as everyone said :)

• Staicu (10/5): Nice location on the top of the hills. - The guest was extremely hospitable and really cares about the well-being of the tourists. The building is located in a very nice spot and has extremely good scenery around, the location is very quiet and the night sky is marvelous. If you have a capable car you can go around and explore the nearby villages. If it's dry any car can reach the location, but I imagine in the winter this will be a little more challenging. Bonus points: The restaurant offers a wide-variety menu and the food is very tasty, so you won't miss the fact that the restaurants and shops are far away. Nothing. Everything was up to par, but as booking requires this field I will write here some suggestions! I think that more activities around the property would be nice (for example: short off-road trips, zip-lines, etc) . I won't suggest to improve the road since this is part of the adventure :).

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great Place, terrible way to get to it. - This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4 it'll make it a whole lot easier to get there.
