- Bogdan (10/5): - Totul a fost perfect. Camera curata, spatioasa, personalul foarte atent si amabil. Locatie superba.
- CRISTI (7/5): LA POMUL LAUDAT,SA NU TE DUCI! - Era unul dintre putinele hoteluri ce se doreste cu pretentii,unde nu am stat in Nisipuri(ma refer la zeci de cazari). Personal,nu mi-a placut nimic in mod deosebit,chiar am fost dezamagit. Chiar de la inceput,am remarcat lipsa parcarii(parchezi la 100 mai mai sus,in parcarea publica),atmosfera agitata data de spatiul mic din zona lobby bar si foarte multi copii,evident galagie. Dar nu acest lucru era cel mai deranjant. Am remarcat foarte repede raceala in priviri si gesturi a personalului,recunosc ca face exceptie echipa de la receptie si tanarul manager. Camera este clasica,dar este pentru prima data cand nu am gasit un simbol care sa marcheze Pastele,sau macar un mesaj(fac precizarea ca eram cazat in statiune,vezi postarea de la hotel Sofia si am preferat petrecerea Pastelui aici).De remarcat,ca la un hotel de 4 stele cu centru SPA, ai doar 2 sapunuri mici si un recipient cu lichid universal.Remarc lipsa halatului si a papucilor. Cireasa de pe tort a fost lipsa telecomenzii TV,fiind acuzat de femeia de serviciu ca am ascuns-o in bagaje! Asa ne trebuie,pana si personalul de serviciu care are salariu de pe urma romanilor isi permite sa eticheteze romanii(nu-mi permite spatiul pentru amanunte)!!! Piscina interioara este mica si apa rece,dovada ca nu era deloc aglomerat asa cum se intampla in aceasta perioada la alte hoteluri. Restauranul la fel,nu exceleaza cu absolut nimic in mod deosebit. Spectacolele cu care eram obisnuit in aceste perioade festive,au lasat de dorit( foarte minimaliste). In concluzie,pretul este similar cu hotelurile vecine dintr-un cunoscut brand,deci raport sevicii- pret,foarte slab,iar daca vreti sa platiti bani multi si sa fiti dezamagiti,IGNORATI aceasta postare.

- Ioana (10/5): Un sejur relaxant - Camerele arata exact ca in poze. Am apreciat: -Paturi confortabile. -Curatenie zilnica -Personal atent si amabil Piscina era curata si ne- au placut: salina si sauna umeda si uscata. Prosoapele pentru piscina se dadeau în baza cartonaselor primite la check in si as spune ca e un plus al hotelului. Seful de sala de la restaurant foarte prietenos si respectuos. Curatenie la restaurant. Cofetaria avea dulciuri delicioase si inghetata la discretie Mancare buna si diversificata alta in fiecare zi si combinatiile de mancare rafinate. Restaurantul chinezesc ne -a surprins placut Animatorii au fost de nota 100 din 10. Victor si JJ ne-au antrenat in activitati amuzante si interactive facandu- ne sejurul mai placut. -

- Adriana Tudorache (9/5): Paste 2026 - Locație frumoasă, curat, personal amabil, vorbitor fluent de limba engleza, până și domnul de la parcare ! Apa din piscina interioara cam rece, la fel și în camere, dar aici s-a rezolvat cu o aeroterma.
- Razvan Bogdan (10/5): - Locație superbă, mâncare pentru gusturile tuturor, accesul la plajă rapid( exista disponibilitate la șezlonguri, în caz ca erau oameni care ocupau la prima ora cu lucruri personale și plecau, personalul de pe plajă urmărea acest lucuru, iar după o oră în care nu era nimeni prezent li se îndepărtau lucrurile) Noi nu am avut minibar, asta pot să zic ca a fost singura neplăcere. În caz ca voiam orice după ora 23:00 trebuia să ne cumpărăm de la alte magazine și nu pot spune ca am plătit o suma mică pentru această vacanță. Unele camere aveau minibar, la noi a fost mereu gol

- Julia (8/5): - Gute Lage, gutes Essen auch für Menschen mit Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten. Für jeden was dabei. Der Spa-Bereich hat uns nicht gefallen. Das Wasser im Innenpool war sehr kalt. Hier konnte ich mich nicht entspannen, weil schon sehr kalt war, auch im Ruheraum. Sehr schade. Der Strand war schon sehr verschmutzt.

Some staff at the bars was not very welcoming, the quality of cocktails was not the best. The handle in one sauna in the spa was broken and the clients could hurt themselves, but the staff seem did not care so much about it
- Mantas (9/5): Nice - Very clean!!! Meals are good, drinks also! Good location. large parking area (not free of charge). Evening program, animators average. Swiming, kids and main pools are good. Waitresses doesn’t bring drinks for the table. Need to change umbrellas and chairs, didn’t look nice by the pool.

- Viktor (10/5): - We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. Thank you, Astoria team! A saxophone was being played in the lobby, and I really wanted to listen, but there were too many people and nowhere to listen properly.

- Tzvika (9/5): One of the best choices in Varna - Location is great, food is perfect, many combinations and very creative. Staff are special. Overall i can recommend it. Room wasn't cleaned but just arranged. Even after we complained about it. Pool water were very cold.

- Kolev (10/5): A very solid 9/10 - Everything was really amazing. I am sure they can make it even better! The gym is a little simple for what it could be. Easiest upgrade is a little dumbell rack snd it would be perfect. Personaly a pool table would be a great addition as well.

- Andreea (10/5): - Mâncarea a fost foarte buna si diversificata, aranjata elegant, in cantitate potrivita si cu acces facil. Camera a fost de dimensiuni generoase si aranjata cu gust. Paturi confortabile, baie spațioasă si potrivita pentru familii. Personalul a fost suficient, bine instruit si amabil. Apa din piscina a fost foarte rece ceea ce a creat disconfort. Plata suplimentara a parcării nu era necesara având in vedere costul sejurului. Asta a creat un efort financiar.
