- Rosablanca (10/5): La puerta a lo tipico de Cholula - El desayuno fue bueno. La cercania al parque San Pedro de Cholula y los comercios. Colocar luz en la mesa de noche o al menos la opcion de tenerlos para quien los necesite para leer;y que los colchones no fueran tan durosLa. Fue dificil dormir comodamente en ellos.

Y te cobran 150 pesos la noche por dejarlo en una bodega. Nos dieron una habitacion distinta a la que rentamos y no nos hicieron caso. Nos dijeron que todas eran igual y que pues ni modo. Muy groseros en general. El hotel en buena ubicación.

- CARLOS (8/5): Gran ubicación, instalaciones y servicio - El hotel esta en una ubicación privilegiada, instalaciones nuevas y bonitas, habitaciones amplias. Tuvimos 3 situaciones que opacaron un poco la estancia. 1. Cobro extra por estacionamiento (no venia indicado en la reserva pero es accesible). 2. Una cuestión de higiene en la habitación que fue atendida en cuanto la reportamos y 3. Estábamos en el piso 2 y todos los ruidos de la habitación superior se escuchan mucho, tuvimos la mala suerte de que había niños que jugaban y corrían, entonces una de las 3 noches que nos hospedamos no pudimos descansar, las otras 2 noches todo muy bien. Recomendable sin duda, personal atento y buen servicio.

El desayuno a buen precio y muy rico también. Súper ubicado. No tiene estacionamiento pero cuentan con servicio de parquímetro que en recepción ayudan a pagar, y en realidad es muy económico.

- Damien (10/5): - The WiFi and the air conditioning was great. The room and bathroom were small and a little rustic but for its location and price the it’s well worth the visit. Spanish is definitely the primary language but we were able to survive with their limited English skills.

El edificio antiguo está cuidado con esmero y ponen atención a un sin fin de detalles: luces interiores, tapiz, decoración y el ambiente en general es muy grato. Una combinación idónea entre clásico y moderno.
- Ingrid (9/5): Quaint boutique hotel with fantastic location. - The location is fantastic. The view from the rooftop is incredible with views of the Popo volcano and the churches. Hotel is wheelchair accessible with a ramp up into the lobby and an elevator. I appreciated that there were 2 complimentary bottles of water delivered to the room every day. The staff was very nice and helpful. The blankets on the bedding need to be replaced. Old balled up blankets. The sheets also need to be replaced and they were balled up and had holes in them. Also the rooms need extra lighting like lamps next to the bed and also need luggage racks for suitcases.

- Mauricio (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The building itself is beautiful and has a great view of the pyramid and the volcano, Wi Fi was not great. Kind of noisy in the mornings.

The only thing that was surprising was that there were no windows to the outside in almost all of the rooms in the hotel, except on the third floor - only a small window into the courtyard. But that also meant that the room was very quiet and dark for sleeping.
