Mi dispiace perché il personale è gentile e il posto è carino ma fosse il mio mi concentrerei molto sulla pulizia.

- Joanne (8/5): Family run rustic home, great value, good food. - While the room was basic and the bathroom needs some updates overall this was a very enjoyable stay. The family that runs the farm house like facility take pride in their work and especially the evening meal on the terrace which was visited by many locals while we were there. The fixed menu was 4 courses of home made food that was very enjoyable and great value for money. We felt like part of the family while still having our own private table with a view over the landscape. Felt very remote but parking available on site.

- Po Yuk (10/5): A very unique house in the rural tranquil environm - I love to stay in this house. It is located at the hill top surrounded by trees and rural areas. I like they have a restaurant so i took half board at the house. I enjoyed the tranquil environment and the food. I must come back again. Thank you all the staff.
- Guido (10/5): Un ottimo B&B all'antica - Struttura tradizionale per il luogo (casale in pietra) con ristorante. Personale alla mano e simpatico, la nostra stanza era accessibile tramite una scala abbastanza erta e senza ascensore, ma credo abbiano anche camere al piano terra per chi avesse problemi. Il letto avrebbe potuto essere più comodo, ma la stanza era bella e larga anche per 4 persone. Bagno buono. Al ristorante, una delle migliori ariste al forno che abbia mai provato, buono il vino autoprodotto. Peccato non aver potuto provare al pizza alla brace. La mattina la colazione con scelta limitata, ma ottima: ciambellone, torta di mele e crostate, tutto fatto in proprio con marmellate credo autoprodotte. Una buona esperienza, dovesse servirmi di nuovo di fermarmi in zona, non esiterei a tornare.

We brought our dog and there was no problem about that, it was very welcome and there was no extra fees for bringing it.

The breakfast was maybe traditional for Italiens but as a foreigner we could have used some variations of bread and some good cheese. There was lots of different variations of cake that tasted good. We brought our dog and there was no problem about that, it was very welcome and there was no extra fees for bringing it.

- lorenzo (6/5): - Il luogo è grazioso, compdo al parcheggio e distante una ventina di minuti da orvieto, sulle colline. Il personale gentile e la colazione ottima, purtroppo ci sono cani di grandi dimensioni in branco liberi che stanziano davanti alla porta delle canere che sono a piano terra. I gestori non ne danno garanzia. Per questo non è indicato per chi ha paura dei cani o ha un cane come noi, che abbiam dovuto organizzarci per entrare e uacire da stanza e macchina senza far scattate incontri. Nonostante abbiamo segnalato la cosa ci è stato risposto che sono di un vicino e non ci possono fare niente ( anche se sono in proprietà privata)

All’arrivo non si capisce da dove entrare, non c’è un punto indicato per il check in, si entra nella sala ristorante per cercare qualcuno che ti accompagni. Poca organizzazione. Wi-Fi presente, ma non funzionante. Camera non troppo calda. Cena abbastanza buona, tranne la braciola che era piuttosto secca e asciutta. Ottima colazione.

Camera molto calda con condozionatore con tubo che fuoriesce dalla finestra , molto molto rumoroso impossibile riposare con aria accesa. Bagno un po datato ma con qualche accorgimento si potrebbe rendere piu carino.... rubinetteria piena di calcare , lavandino un po intasato e scopino per pulite il wc marrone in quanto molto datato. Materassi assolutamente da sostituire (mio marito ha dormito per terra ). Colazione servita in un unico piatto al centro tavolo senza piattini solo tovaglioli di carta.....peccato perche il posto è davvero incantevole

Telefonando per chiedere quale fosse il costo della stanza ci hanno comunicato una cifra superiore di ben 16 euro rispetto a quella proposta sul sito. L'unica cosa positiva è la cordialità dei proprietari.

- Caterina (2/5): Peggio di così nn si può. - Ho prenotato la camera vista in un annuncio di Hotels.com. La camera che mi hanno assegnato non aveva nulla a che vedere con la prenotazione. Sporca,un solo comodino, una sola lampada, senza tende,letto con 2 materassi. Il bagno con la porta rotta, doccia con tendina, perché rotte anche le ante, senza asciugacapelli, e senza asciugamani da bidet. La colazione era inclusa nel prezzo. Torte confezionate, affettate in in piatto e portate al tavolo. Succo di frutta anche quello servito in un bicchiere, e malgrado il caldo di agosto, caldo pure quello. Tutto pessimo.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Di passaggio - Il posto è immerso nella campagna e si può contare solo sull'educazione altrui per poter dormire in tutta tranquillità. Nel bagno sarebbe stato utile un tappetino per la doccia, anche perché filtrava acqua e il pavimento si è bagnato non poco. La camera rustica con travi e pianelle a vista è bella eseticamente, con il minimo indispensabile ma senza climatizzatore è risultata davvero molto calda! Non c'era il phon, in effetti non è menzionato, ma il proprietario molto gentilmente me ne ha procurato uno. Colazione abbondante con dolci di propria produzione.

La stanza orribile, nel senso che il bagno era inidoneo a qualunque uso e sopratutto era sporca. In camera 3 ragni e una libellula morta. Polvere. Il costo è contenuto ma i servizi essenziali come la pulizia devono essere prioritari
- Katelyn (8/5): Quaint place, a little rough around the edges - They were okay with us checking in late. The GPS didn’t take us right there, so be careful to keep your eyes peeled for the property. It was a little hectic to check in because there was a large party at the restaurant. The room was pretty decent. Overall, it served its purpose. The room was hot, but there was a fan. Once the fan was propped on some towels, it stopped smacking the floor. Check out started at 8 (couldn’t leave before then). With that being said, the owner was very sweet and accommodating and the food in the restaurant smelled delicious.

La habitación era básica pero cómoda, aunque le hace falta una mosquitera en la ventana. Lo peor era la ducha que tenia la puerta rota y con una cortina demasiada usada, que daba un aspecto feo y descuidado. El desayuno justo pero rico, con un buen cafe. Wifi solamente en el edificio principal, pero no habia cobertura en la habitacion.

- Verified traveler (8/5): A real taste of Italy! - We stayed here on our way from Rome to Arezzo. It is an authentic place - perfect for a real taste of Italy. The supper was a delicious and filling 4 courses served with wine they produce on site. We had a family room with a double bed and bunk beds, it was basic but perfect for 1 night.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Avoid it - Mosquito bites & breakfast was the joke - Not happy with my stay, the location was amazing - lovely scenery but the room was not comfortable, in fact spoiled the whole trip. No exhaust system in the room, no air conditioning and the mosquitos kept us awake all night even came back with serious mosquito bites. The breakfast was a serious joke and the dinner provided wasn't as per the order and it was seriously over priced. I regret going there, angry actually.
- Edwin (10/5): Great food, friendly family, beautiful setting - The family was very welcoming and helpful. Their restaurant is excellent. The area is lovely. The room was comfortable, although there were a couple of small maintenance issues. Wifi was only in the restaurant, and was pretty slow. They accommodated our last-minute change of room (due to our needing to be on the ground-floor).
