We had a booking mishap so we needed a place to stay for one night and we were so happy to have found this place. We didn’t want to leave to go to the other place! The courtyard and plants makes you feel like you are in a little paradise of your own and the friendly dogs and cats was icing on the cake for us! We would stay here again for sure.

Animal lovers Tamas and Gabi are the most gracious, accommodating hosts one could ever imagine. A warm, safe, inviting home environment is provided for you while staying in playa del carmen. Nomad is situated on a quiet street , just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of 5th avenue , where there is endless shopping , restaurants and bars to visit but is far enough away that you will not be disturbed by noise! The accommodations are immaculate. The outdoor spaces are plentiful, open and peaceful. Nomad is a nurturing space where you are allowed to “just be you”, where you can grow and evolve spiritually, if you choose. This is the ONLY place I choose to stay when I travel to Playa Del Carmen. Thank you for the love and acceptance that is provided here. It is TRULY a home away from hom
- Robert (10/5): - What an amazing value, checkin was easy and the management was incredibly helpful and kind. My suite was very clean, beautifully furnished with all the amentities I could want and more. The common areas on the property are stunning. Well designed with lots of natural elements and a trendy boho feel. There is a relaxed spiritual vibe all around the property. It’s very welcoming and I felt very safe during my stay. I made several new friends with the other travellers on the property lounging around the pool in the garden. Our hosts welcomed us like we were family and went out of there way to insure we were all happy and all our needs were met. The neighbourhood is safe and peaceful and everything you need from restaurants, the shopping district and the beach is only a few minutes away by foot. My biggest complaint is I didn’t have enough time to stay long enough. I travel a lot for work and from time to time get to settle down for a month or two in one place. Next time I get a repreave from work I’m gonna stay here for a few months. From the dozens of boutique hotels, air bnbs, hostels and shared accommodations I’ve stayed in over the last year for work, this one tops my list for value, cleanliness and amazing hosts. I will definitely be back to the nomad deluxe. Hopefully for a much longer stay next time!

Thank you so much again!!!! I loved the area because it is very close to 2 big local grocery store til open at 11 pm for sure.) The beach is walking distance. The money exchange is 2 blocks away.

Fine details, the designers did excellent job, paid attention to all details. Gabriella did welcome me personally and was very nice, showed me around, explained all the details. The room was comfy, with all the amenities needed, lots of personal touch. She invided me to her home made kombucha - as a welcome drink. Best kombucha of my life... The place is located close to everything. The neighborhood is typical mexican, but very safe, walked by day and night around, no problem. Thank you again to make my stay in Playa del Carmen so nice, and this was specially by the nice owners.
- HG2103 (2/5): Pseudo Spiritual & Rude Owners - Was meant to spend 4 nights at this hotel, but left after only one night. Got chewed up by owners for smoking outside my room when it was pooring rain like crazy. Them stating my confirmation email from Expedia is stating clearly that their entire property has a non-smoking policy and I if I want to smoke a cigarette, I would have to leave their entire property, no matter what the weather conditions are. No non-smoking signs anywhere, confirmation email states non-smoking room only and on arrival I did not get any information about this either. I have been chewed up by owners twice based on false statements and their full incompetence to make it clear to their clients or put signs out everywhere if it that important to them. Left the property, asked for a refund as Ive made it clear that i do not appreciate such a treatment as a guest and absolutely no reaction. Worst experience ever I had in a hotel booked via Expedia. Never ever again!!!!
