- Rachelle (10/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar! - Een oase van rust in het drukke Ubud, voor de 2e keer terug gekomen naar dit paradijsje! Heerlijk ontbijt met geweldig uitzicht (de onderste kamer aan het zwembad) en vooral super vriendelijk en gezellig personeel. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden! De badkamer is behoorlijk gedateerd, douchekop kan niet heel praktisch opgehangen worden. Airco maakt veel geluid en ook de buitenunit van de airco van de bovenburen zoemt hard. Bovenburen kan je ook goed horen lopen.

- 匿名 (10/5): お部屋と景色はとても良い。 - 朝食無しのお籠りステイでも十分楽しめました。 こちらの宿は何かとサービスをしてほしい方に合っているところ。お子様連れや手伝いが必要な方には準備が整っています。 チェックインの時に、私に許可なく知らない間にパスポートの写真を撮影されていたのでショックだった。クラウドからも本当にデータ削除してくれたか今も心配。（バリ島は宿泊客の個人情報がWhatsAppに流出しているという噂があるので。。） チェックインの時に目の前に大きなチップボックスが置かれていてストレスを感じた。（ブッキングドットコムの予約で既に施設サービス料を90万rp.払っていた。） ホテルとは関係無いですが、ホテルの入り口にある両替所は3軒全て、詐欺をします。必ず2人で行くか、最後必ず数えて下さい。手口は「お釣りあるか?」です。探すその隙に抜かれます。

Good proximity to Ubud attractions (walking or riding). Comfortable beds, good aircon spacious room (we had the 2 bed apartment). It's a solid 3 star accommodation. small pool , didn't make use of it

From the comfy rooms and tranquil pool terrace, to the complimentary afternoon tea included daily, we couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for the ideal stay in Ubud, call off the search. A special shout-out to Jos and Khobot, but all staff members were brilliant. Nothing.

- Silvia (10/5): Paradisische Villen - eine Oase mitten in Ubud 🥰 - Ein Paradis mitten in Ubud. Es ist herrlich und liebevoll angelegt, sowohl die Villas, wie auch der Garten und Pool. Sehr zuverlässiges und superfreundliches Personal, die alles dafür tun, das der Aufenthalt besonders und angenehm ist. Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder einchecken. Wir fanden alles super.

- Ernesta (10/5): - Most of all the staff is just amazing. Always helpful and friendly. I liked quiet and piece even though it's in the noisy center of Ubud. Breakfast was also incredible, they bring it to your terrace. The place has a bit too little facilities for the price. It's mostly for staying and the pool. For the food, drinks you have to go to the city.

- EGKaz (9/5): Beautiful oasis in the heart of Ubud - This boutique hotel was exceptional in location, comfort, and service. Off a busy main road, it is a quiet oasis of calm; just perfect for relaxation. The path to the hotel is approximately 150 metres, and there are a series of steps if you are staying in rooms nearer the pool. With their old Bali charm, the rooms are lovely and spacious. The pool is small but adequate. Breakfasts were excellent with a good choice, and afternoon tea is included each day, should you wish it. There was a mini-bar, but it was empty. Travellers should know that although there is a "mini-bar" listed in the room description, the hotel does not place any items, for purchase or inclusion in the room rate, in it.

- Vedrana (4/5): Staff is nice, but the hotel old and unclean - Staff is really nice. Breakfast is good. Little garden I had in the room was super nice. I dont understand why it has an exceptional score - it is old and needs refurbishing. All the towels were dirty, the bedsheets as well had some stains. The airconditioning only has on and off, I couldn’t ajdust it. The room smells. You can’t blind the room, there is too much light - also you can’t fully close the door.. On booking it says it has spa and wellness - it doesn’t, it’s in a sister hotel 20min away..

Die Anlage an sich war sehr hübsch. Kein 4-Sterne Hotel! Fehlerhafte Beschreibung bei Booking.com, d.h. es gab weder ein Spa noch ein Restaurant oder eine Bar, noch war die Unterkunft barrierefrei. Auch hätte es für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sauberer sein müssen. Frühstück war langweilig und wenig originell! Außerdem wurde das Hotel bei Booking.com viel teurer angeboten, als auf der eigenen Webseite. Schade!

- Teodora (8/5): Convenient stay in Ubud - Excellent location, walking distance to a lot of places in Ubud. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness. Comfortable beds. Personally didn’t like that there is no common area or a restaurant where one can have a coffee or breakfast. They do however offer breakfast at your balcony or by the pool and complimentary coffee and tea all day long. Pool is quite small and was at one end of the property so felt like it was more for the people staying next to it, so I didn’t end up using it.

Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Le personnel était top et toujours à l’écoute de nos souhaits. Nous avons eu un chauffeur grâce à l’hôtel pour chaque destination que nous souhaitions visiter en dehors d’Ubud. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et c’était parfait.
- nicosia (7/5): Ottimo per Ubud - Struttura molto bella, vicina al centro di ubud ma distante dal caos della città. Staff gentilissimo e colazione meravigliosa servita sul proprio terrazzino. Nota dolente, l’aria condizionata che durante le ore più calde del giorno non funzionava, rimanendo sempre a 30-29 gradi. La sera poi la temperatura riusciva a raggiungere i 24-25 gradi e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Ulteriore piccolo accorgimento è un po’ il mantenimento della struttura. Un po’ vecchiotta e tenuta male. Ci sono alcuni spifferi tra le porte e le mura della camera e del bagno. Il bagno pulito ma con macchie vecchie o incrostazioni visibili.

Friendly, helpful staff create a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful exp - Very convent to the restaurants and shops of Ubud but tucked away and exceptionally peaceful and quiet. Staff were outstanding and went out of their way to help me. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. I also used the spa service at the sister property Alam Shanti which was outstanding. There was nothing I disliked about the property. However there are many stairs so accessibility may be an issue for some people. You can request a ground floor room though.

The garden and pool al great, the silence lovely, considering it’s central location and the breakfast is yummy! Nothing at all!

Very close to the center, the monkey forest, etc. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. They could have more light on the entrance pathway, but that’s just a detail.

Un endroit magnifique bien situé pas très loin du centre historique de Ubud à pieds (15/20 mns) et très calme. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon. Même une collation à partir de 16h !! Je garde un merveilleux souvenir et envie d'y retourner c'est parfait !!

Calm location when you know what traffic is 130 m from your room. Morning drilling from the construction site nearby and the 'va et vient' on scooters of the workers of the construction site as early as 7 a.m

- Sandra (10/5): Lovely villa by overlooking the pool. - Lovely property that only has I think 7 rooms, we had the room at the bottom by the pool, huge patio area to look out on and have your breakfast that was delivered each day which was nice. Room was lovely and big bathroom. We were away from the noise of Ubud as a long path leading down to the property, yet we could walk straight into the hussle and bustle which was ideal. Loads of massage places nearby that were very cheap that we took advantage of. I was surprised how many restaurants were empty , however I think it was the end of the season. Monkey forest was not far and lots of nice restaurants around us. Quite a lot of high steps to reach to the bottom on the villa, so just be prepared if you are not very mobile, however it is very private. also no safe in room.
- Catherine (7/5): Peut mieux faire - La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel la chambre était bien mais la salle de bain pas très bien entretenue et une odeur d’humidité. L’hôtel est à côté de Monney Forest mais loin du reste de ubud. Si vs allez au ubud palace et au centre stratégique avec le ubud market et the street market, vs en avez pour 1/2 h au moins à pied…sinon il faut prendre un grab L’emplacement la salle de bain pas très bien nettoyée
- Sven (8/5): Goed verblijf met goede faciliteiten en fantastisch personeel. - Er was vriendelijk personeel, we zijn hartelijk ontvangen en onze vaste gastheer Robot was er elke dag met een glimlach om te helpen. Daarnaast hadden we een groot balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad en een lekkere bank. Op het balkon werd ook het goede ontbijt geserveerd. Er was niet echt iets wat ons niet beviel. Als we een punt moeten opnoemen zouden ze nog een keer naar de houder van de douchekop kunnen kijken.

- A.W.P. (7/5): Aardig hotel, maar aan de prijs. - Prettige kamer in een oase van rust in het chaotische Ubud. Bovendien vlakbij Armamuseum, waar we 5 dagen workshop hadden. Door onachtzaamheid was de toilettank vol, zodat we moesten verhuizen voor de laatste 2 nachten naar een ander hotel van het bedrijf, veel verder weg. Dat hotel was overigens goed. Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen en was naar balinesische begrippen behoorlijk aan de prijs. Dat maakte de totaalprijs voor een nacht wel te hoog voor het gebodene.
- FRANCIS (8/5): Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles - Les points forts de ce lieu est la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel . L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Ubud à pied . Très bon petit déjeuner balinais en terrasse Possibilité de dîner sur sa terrasse privative avec un repas préparé par l’excellent café Wayan . Les chambres sont assez rustiques mais le gros point noir est la douche complètement verdie par de la mousse du fait du manque de ventilation . A ce titre , les photos sur le site de Booking ne reflètent pas du tout ce côté insalubre de la douche .
- Renan (7/5): Décevant - Bon emplacement et très bon petit-déjeuner Le logement est globalement correct mais nous avons été assez déçus car nous en attendions beaucoup eu égard aux photos et au prix. Les photos laissent penser que le logement est bien plus joli, nous avons trouvé l'ensemble assez vieillot, la salle de bain sentait très mauvais (les salles de bain ont souvent des problèmes d'odeur à Bali mais là c'était le pire que nous ayons eu). Nous avons eu des logements bien plus satisfaisants pour beaucoup moins cher, le rapport qualité/prix ne suit pas.

- Gerardus (10/5): - Hele mooie sfeervolle accommodatie met supervriendelijk personeel. Elke ochtend een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt op je eigen terras. De locatie was top, in het centrum van Ubud, net buiten de echte drukte. Niks!
- Sylvana (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf gehad een aanrader - Het is een kleinschalige accommodatie waar het persoonlijk contact voorop staat. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en altijd vrolijk. De locatie is top. Je loopt zo een straat in met veel restaurants en de kamers zelf zijn heel rustig gelegen. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd bij de kamer waardoor je lekker rustig kan opstarten. Het geeft het gevoel alsof je in de jungle verblijft met alle mooie planten om je heen.

Excellent pool almost amongst the green. Afternoon tea provided, a nice touch. Kindly stored our suitcase for the day. Best to order breakfast the night before if want it there. Plenty of alternatives close by.

- Julie (10/5): A little Ubud haven. - As usual, from the greeting upon arrival to the assistance upon leaving, the Kebun Indah staff excel in their hospitality, friendliness and efficiency. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this tranquil haven, that still remains so, despite a now very developed Ubud that surrounds it. It's a great place to be based as you can easily walk anywhere and don't have to be in the never-ending traffic, the breakfasts are excellent and served on your terrace or balcony, the pool offers a welcoming dip, the complimentary afternoon tea is always yummy and staff friendly and informative. They still have the little shrines outside each room that are refilled and blessed each day and mosquito coils lit outside your door before sunset. The list of positives could go on ... Love this place.

- joel (10/5): - I’m not gonna lie. The place is old and in need of some love. So if you’re used to brand-new high-end luxurious comfort then this place is NOT for you. If however you wanna step back in to Bali’s not so distance past an experience a more authentic and traditional Balinese hospitality experience then this place would be a great option. Very centrally located, it sits away from all the noise and traffic in a lush and peaceful oasis near a cascading creek….and luckily at least on my stay….NO monkeys. Again there are fancier and more luxurious places to stay, but for me I really loved its old world charm and sincere hospitality. Whilst old the place was perfectly clean and lovingly maintained. The staff were all warm and genuinely cared for you like a personal guest of theirs. I will be back. Makasi

- Eva (10/5): wonderful❤️ - We were assigned a wonderful room! The accommodation in Bali is excellent value for money, and the location is perfect — right in the city center, yet wonderfully quiet. The staff were incredibly generous and warm, always ready to help us solve any problem (like forgetting our keys). Their service was truly impeccable! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious drink 🥤 full of love ❤️. The afternoon treat, a green coconut dessert, was absolutely amazing! I don’t even know what it was, but it was so delicious it brought me to tears! I just wish they could tell me where to get it again. When they found out it was our birthday the next day, they surprised us with a warm pancake — so thoughtful and heartwarming. What an absolutely wonderful experience! nothing！

- Benedicte (9/5): Loved the atmosphere and location - I loved the gardens with the many Buddhist statues and ponds and the spiritual feeling it brought. The location is perfect at the centre of Ubud yet very peaceful. I went every day to Lumeria for yoga and sound healing. It’s an easy walk from the hotel via the main road. Staff are fantastic in this hotel. Ubud traffic is very congested. That said as long as you hang out in the hotel and the bars and restaurants around it as well as the yoga centres and spas it is not a problem.

Notre chambre était sombre, la terrasse manque d'intimité (num 1) et la salle de bain sent l'humidité. Les chambres à l'étage vue piscine et jungle doivent être bien mieux.

- Greg (7/5): Traditional charm - We stayed 4 nights at Kebun Indah in June. We chose it because we like small boutique style accommodation with special character. We chose the Cepaka pool view room which was spacious and loaded with traditional charm. The bed was the comfiest we had on our whole trip. Oddly, there was no safe in the room, which is a pretty standard fixture of any hotel room today. There was also no tea & coffee making facilities, but our hosts happily provided a kettle and cups for that morning cuppa. We chose not to have breakfast included, because there are so many great eating options nearby. Kebun Indah is 130 metres from the road so it’s nice and quiet, and we didn’t even see any other guests during our stay, which some people would love, but personally I found it a little too quiet and too isolated. All in all, a lovely traditional property with nice staff who provide good service. A little too isolated and quiet. No safe, tea making facilities or TV in the room.

- Laura (9/5): Lovely hotel with jungle vibes - This hotel has a unique charm and essence, making you feel like you’re right in the middle of the jungle. It’s a place with history, so the property has its years, but it’s very well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. You do need to walk a few minutes from the main road to reach the hotel, which might be a bit inconvenient if you’re carrying large suitcases (we had backpacks, so it was fine). Our room was next to the pool, which also meant going up and down stairs — not an issue for us, but something to keep in mind. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The pathway to get to the hotel it’s quite dark at night

It felt so authentic and personal, the food was amazing, the pool was clean and refreshing and the rooms were comfortable and clean too. The staff were so friendly and generous, they were so helpful organising day trips, drivers and transfers. This meant you could properly switch off- miss it already.

- Yuri (9/5): 部屋は快適だったので良かったです - 部屋はとても広くて清潔でした。スタッフもにこやかで親切丁寧です。 滞在2日目にお湯が出なくなり､対処してくれましたがほとんど水のようなシャワー。3日目には戻りましたが、疲れて帰ってきて1時間ほど待たされ夜中になったのでそれは残念でした。

Die zentrale Lage in Udub ist super! Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück und der Afternoon Tea werden auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert. Relativ weite Wege zu den Bungalows und zum Pool, was aber zu sehr viel Privatsphäre führt

- Noémi (10/5): Tradicionális dzsungel hotel Ubud központi mégis csendes részén - Szuper a szálloda elhelyezkedése! Tradicionális stílusú, mi direkt ezért választottuk, központi helyen található, minden ott van a közelben,ahogy kijövünk a hotelből rengeteg étterem, masszázs, pénzváltó, kisebb és nagyobb szupermarketek, pénzváltók. Viszont az úttól kb 200 méterrel beljebb helyezkedik szóval egy igazi eldugott csendes hotel a forgalmas út közelében amire mindenki vágyik. Szerintem a legjobb szobatípust foglaltuk le, óriási teraszunk volt, pálmafás igazi dzsungeles kilátással. A reggelit meg tudtuk választani melyik nap mit szeretnénk, és ezt a kért időben felszolgálták a teraszon, az is teljesen rendben volt. A személyzet kedves, érdeklődő jól beszél angolul. A szobánk mindíg tiszta volt. Szívből ajánlom a hotelt minden szempontból! Nagyon kevés a konnektor, olyan alig található amibe nincs bedugva semmi. Ha sok elektronikai eszközt szeretnétek tölteni akkor nem fog tetszeni. Mi is egy-egy lámpát kihúztunk a telefonok töltéséhez, mert egy konnektort mindenképp fenntartottunk a szúnyogriasztónak, bár nyáron nem is nagyon voltak.
