• Anne-Lie (8/5): Nära till allt. - Hotellet ligger på stranden och solstolar ingår. Nära till allt. Altanen var väl inte jätte kul. Titta in i en vägg.
• Ve… (7/5): - Hotel ist einfach dafür direkt am strand. 2min umkreis ist ein 7/11. Diverse Bars und restaurants. Zimmer sind sehr einfach und zweckmässig. Die unterkunft liegt echt gut. 15 min zu fuss zum plane spotter strand. Für 3 bis 4 tage ok. Check in könnte ein bissi professioneller ablaufen. Die mädels an der rezeption sprechen kein einziges wort englisch. Die tür schließt nicht gut. Es ist ein grosser schlitz frei zwischen boden und tür.

• Torsten (7/5): Maximal für 12h vor einem Abflug - wir versuchen es hier zu vermeiden - - nettes Personal - direkter Strand - wir waren mit unseren vorherigen Unterkünften unglaublich verwöhnt, da fiel der Unterschied schon stark auf - die Ausstattung, Zustand und Nachbarschaft noch gut und ca 10-20€ zu teuer, auch wenn man in 7 min mit einem Taxi am Airport ist - Strand teilweise unglaublich dreckig - Restaurant auch überteuert und überbewertet

• Franz Maria (9/5): Urlaubsfeeling pur - Natürlich die Lage direkt am Strand 🏖️ und die Ruhe Nachts . Sehr sauber mit immer hilfsbereiten Menschen . Das beim duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht aber ist eben eine Zwei Sterne Unterkunft da kann man sich nicht wirklich beschweren !

• Horst (2/5): Die Ausstattung und Aussicht rechtfertigt den Preis nicht. - Die Lage des Hotel ist gut d.h. an einem nicht so überfüllten Sandstrand gelegen jedoch an beliebter Straße mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Badezimmer sehr einfach ohne richtige Duschwanne d.h. Bad "schwimmt" nach dem Duschen. Keinerlei Aussicht da rundum nur Betonwände. Das Zimmer rechtfertigt auf keinen Fall den angefragten Preis und die Bewertung des Hotels ist viel zu hoch.

• RomanBogachev (8/5): - Прямо на пляже, у отеля своя зона с лежаками, то есть из номера до моря идти пару метров всего. Рядом есть все что нужно для ленивого отдыха - разные ресторанчики, массажки, магазины, прокат скутеров, и конопля для покурить. Идеальное место переночевать после прилета или перед отлетом - очень близко к аэропорту. Также подойдет, если хочется никуда не ездить и просто валяться на море - пляж комфортный, чистый, песочный. Номера староваты, кондиционер доживает последние дни и еле справляется. Дурацкая система с ключами, про это уже писали. Никакого вида из большинства номеров нет, потому что соседние здания расположены вплотную. В целом, номер только для того чтобы в нем переночевать. Хотя и чисто. У нас не работала пара ламп, показалось неудобно расположение розеток. В общем, простенько, зато прямо на пляже

• Mikhail (10/5): - Отличное расположение (5 минут на такси от аэропорта. Можно даже пешком прогуляться если вы без большого багажа), первая линия, замечательный пляж с мелким белым песком. Рядом супер-маркеты 7-11 и Tops, много кафешек (от бюджетных до дорогих).

• Janice (9/5): Beachfront paradise - Fantastic beach front location, beautiful clear water, gorgeous sand, easy walking distance to many restaurants, fruit stands and street food. We also liked that there were always (free) sunbeds available for guests and it's a small quiet resort. Great staff. No view from our balcony as there are tall walls from the property next door right up against our building. Also the air con unit on the balcony throws off so much heat you can't comfortably sit there.

Man verlässt den Gang und steht am Strand - dieser war ruhig, sauber und das Wasser wirklich toll! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service wirklich mega! Wir waren positiv überrascht. Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber in Thailand normal. Das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Dusche nicht abgetrennt ist. Das weiß man aber bereits beim Buchen!

• TAISIAYa (7/5): - Первая линия. Лежаки входили в стоимость номера. Расположение прекрасное. Рядом рынок, магазины и кафе. В номере уютно. Понравилось, что два выхода из номера, один из них на собственную трассу. Есть сейф. Есть пляжные полотенца. Во время нашего пребывания произошёл инцидент, будте осторожны! После оформления документов на заселение, нас проводили в номер, открыли дверь ключем и ключ оставили на столе и женщина вышла. Мы поставили сумки и вышли следом, ни прошло и минуты, вставили ключ в замок и он сломался. Соответственно пришлось заплатить 100 бат за поломку ключа. Но больше, до нашего выселения нам ключи от номера не давали! Сказали, когда вам надо будет открыть ваш номер приходите на ресепшен и мы вам откроем или оставляйте его открытым. Приходилось ходить с ценным вещами и документами на пляж и повсюду, на свой страх и риск оставлять номер открытым со всеми нашими вещами. 2. Это постель она застиранная. 3. В номере нет чайника, есть термопот, который нагревается воду минут 30-40. 4. Нет завтраков, но мы знали при бронировании. 5. В душе нет шторки, пол весь мокрый, унитаз тоже.

• Elena (10/5): Близость к морю потрясающая😀 - Месторасположение отеля просто отличное. До аэропорт около 10 могут, до пляжа 1 минута, до магазинов 1 минута. Сам номер у нас был маленький, но чистый. Мы бронировали номер специально перед полетом, тк рейс был ночной. Очень хороший персонал. Мы не смогли вызвать такси до аэропорта через bolt, все водители отказывались из-за количества людей и чемоданов))) и нам оперативно организовали трансфер, за что отдельная благодарность. Очень вкусная еда в ресторане на берегу моря!

We could buy breakfast and bring it to the (free) sunbeds, and we could go swimming every morning without worrying about getting a taxi to the beach. Absolutely wonderful! We’d love to come back.

• Michael (7/5): Average hotel in a great location on the beach - Location is literally right on the beach. Rooms are big. Wet toilet so shower and toilet share the same floor. A little sandy and not that comfy. Staff don’t seem to be happy.

Next to the airport and the beach and restaurants around were amazing for a day and night trip We were 3 and we just got blanket and towels for 2. I had to ask reception to get more but communication was difficult. We managed at the end.
• Joseph (9/5): Superb - Great location and the room was fine. The staff were friendly. The shower was part of the bathroom with no door, curtain or small lip separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. So every time someone took a shower the entire bathroom floor was soaked.

• Edward (6/5): You can't trust their booking confirmation - The location was good on the beach. We had booked and had been confirmed, for three nights but when we arrived we were told that they only had a room for the first two nights and we couldn't book in until 5 pm instead of 2 pm. The people in the room were still there even though check-out was for 12 noon. It felt that they had been given a late check-out, probably paid some cash for it, and ownership didn't care that it affected us at all. As for the 'only 2 nights', the person at reception claimed to have sent a message, but it was sent at 10:58 am on the first day we had reserved while we were still flying in, we didn't get the message until we arrived at the hotel. Also, the hotel had already confirmed our reservation a few days earlier. They pawned us off to another cheaper hotel a few doors away for the third night, which made it difficult for us because we had a tour booked for that whole day.

The wifi is weak sometimes during the day, just needed it for local search. Probably not so important as people here are very helpful, unless you need wifi for work.

• Rosche (10/5): Beautiful Naiyang Seaview Place Resort 😍 - EVERYTHING! What an amazing way to end off our 12 day thai holiday. The location of this resort is amazing. If you are looking for convenience, beautiful scenery on your door step and peace and quiet. This is the place for you. The establishment does not have a kitchen or restaurant but there are so many places in walking distance and right next door to grab a bite to eat or a drink. There is no pool, but who needs a pool when you step out of your room onto an amazing beach! The staff were amazing and accommodating and after having cleaned the room you could feel and smell that they did an amazing job. We will definitely be back and stay longer. Only suggestion we would have is a rack/cabinet in the bathroom for toiletries.
