Ζητήσαμε διπλό κρεβάτι και μας ένωσαν δύο μονά και μας έδωσαν δύο μονά παπλώματα. Τα κουφώματα δεν έκλειναν καλά με αποτέλεσμα να μπάζει κρύο και θόρυβο. Χαρίζει ανακαίνισης.

• Michal Šotola (7/5): - Really nice hotel, spacious room, nice bathroom and balcony to inner garden. Reasonable price and calm location near former Jewish ghetto. The name of the hotel may be confused with the one right in the centre of the city. We saw the receptionist just once during our 3 day stand. It wasn't obvious that the breakfast is served in another hotel (Xerion) and it's Tinctura restaurant some 1 km away. The restaurant at the ground floor is serving breakfast but not to Boutique hotel customers. The Tinctura restaurant looks fine but the staff is so young and poorly trained. The coffee machine sucks and the food is not refilled that often. Another chapter is the staff at the reception desk at Xerion hotel. They are so slow. To get our luggage back from the luggage room it took them ages and one suitcase was forgotten and we had to request it again.

• Sean (9/5): A lovely stay in Stare Podgorze - The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Our room came with a balcony which overlooked a lovely square. It was also in the perfect spot to start exploring as well as being in front of a lovely park. The comfort, price, and location made it a perfect stay.
• Emmanouil (6/5): Comodo per dormirci, ma con il condizionatore rotto è insostenibile nelle ore calde. - Posizione fantastica, facile accesso a tutti i servizi pubblici. Aria condizionata non funzionante (appariva messaggio di errore sul display) e finestre che davano sul lato dove batteva il sole il pomeriggio, per cui il pomeriggio la stanza diventava un forno (T 32.5 C) senza possibilità di rinfrescarla prima della sera. Avvisata due volte la reception, mi ha consigliato di aprire le finestre. Spero che riparino il condizionatore al più presto per i prossimi clienti.

Person teuer, aber Bäcker mit guter Auswahl 100m vom Hotel entfernt Reinigung nur sehr oberflächlich, insbesondere die Sanitäreinrichtungen wurden während des Aufenthaltes ausgespart - hier besteht echt noch deutliches Verbesserungspotential
• Julia (10/5): Polecam! - Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje świetna lokalizacja – wszystko było w zasięgu ręki. Pokój był bardzo czysty i zadbany, a przyjemny, świeży zapach od razu zrobił dobre wrażenie po wejściu. Dodatkowo na plus jest to, że w pokoju znajdowały się wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, dzięki czemu pobyt był komfortowy i bezproblemowy. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.
• Leon (8/5): A very pleasant stay and the Plaza Boutique offered excellent value for money in a very good location. - The location was great with good local amenities and very easy access to the Jewish quarter. The hotel had a very slick automatic entry system. The room itself was a good size with an excellent bathroom. Cleanliness was excellent. The beds weren’t the best but comfortable enough, although the pillows definitely could have been better.

Hotel deklaruje restaurację na miejscu i całodobową recepcję, podczas gdy w rzeczywistości śniadania serwowane są w innym hotelu, a obsługa działa w systemie self check-in, z recepcją w innej lokalizacji. Rezerwacja była dokonana specjalnie dla mojej 94-letniej babci i mamy, przyjeżdżających na mój ślub. Konieczność przemieszczania się do innego obiektu na śniadanie, oraz brak ewentualnej pomocy recepcji na miejscu była w tej sytuacji niedopuszczalna ze względu na ograniczenia mobilności. Alternatywa w postaci płatnych boxów śniadaniowych (= śniadanie jedzone przy biurku, plastikowe "naczynia") nie stanowi adekwatnego rozwiązania. Opis oferty był niezgodny ze stanem faktycznym i miał bezpośredni wpływ na decyzję o rezerwacji. W związku z tym obciążenie mnie kosztami anulacji uważam za nieuzasadnione i sprawa powinna zostać ponownie rozpatrzona

Although there wasn't a person on reception all questions were answered immediately by text. Although not having a reception was ok, we did miss the personal contact that you would have in a hotel. You are basically renting a room. This was particularly evident when we had questions about how to use the public transport system, book a taxi or we were looking for recommendations in the area etc. I am sure that all questions would be answered by text but nothing replaces an actual person that you can interact with.

Obiekt nie powinien być skategoryzowany jako hotel, a na pewno nie 4* Najbardziej nie spodobał się bycie oszukanym w ofercie, ponieważ obiekt nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach, nie jest hotelem, sauna jest czynna w godzinach 10-16 :)))) czyli wtedy kiedy przeciętnego gościa hotelowego tam nie ma. • f10f586565ae732f29ab7d89879f10b3 (4/5): Misleading information on Booking.com, this is more AirBnB than a hotel, but without facilities - I chose this hotel because it had good reviews on TripAdvisor and elsewhere but I think a lot has changed. I opted to pay in advance a non-refundable fee as it appeared good value given the great reviews. However a few days before I arrived I received an email from the hotel that they no longer had a reception or restaurant at the hotel. My room was on the 1st floor and was pleasant enough. The carpet looked a bit worn but it was quite clean. There were plenty of sockets for charging although no USB ports. There was a desk and chair but no mirror over it so not that useful as a dressing table. There was a small hanging area and shelves for storage. No hooks in the room for coats which was a disadvantage. In the room was an iron and ironing board, kettle, cups, safe, TV and fridge. This was not working. To get any kind of service you have to ring another hotel about 5 minutes walk away and someone did come and change the fridge for one that worked. There was a decent size shower with a rain shower and hand held shower which I like, with great water pressure, and the towels appeared very new. I did hang up the towels to indicate that I did not want them changed and they kept giving me clean towels. I also put some clean towels in the cupboard so they didn’t accidentally get wet and they still kept giving me more towels!. Not a complaint just an observation. As a solo traveller I deliberately do not choose AirBnB-type accommodation as I like the security of a 24 hour staffed reception. I also like to have a lock on the inside of the door if I am in. This all worried me a lot before I arrived but I had already paid and it was non-refundable. Access was remote by keypad with the same code for the front doors and room door. There was no way of securing the room door from the inside either, which worried me. The bed had two huge pillows, no normal size pillows, which were fine if you were sitting in bed watching TV but not fine for trying to sleep. The bed was two singles pushed together rather than an actual king size bed. I might have slept better if the workers working on what I think had been the breakfast restaurant did not start work before 8 am when I was there. I think they are turning it into an entirely separate restaurant but were quite noisy quite early. I do have a couple of complaints, the main one being a weird orange light, or rather a string of orange LED lights all around bed that didn’t ever go out! When you pressed the switch they became dimmer, but were still a little illuminated all through the night. The second complaint was about the heating or air con - I set the air con as per the instructions but don’t believe it ever worked. Event though it was set to 19, whenever I checked the room temperature was 26!! And I had to open the window to cool the room down. I would not stay here again if I visited Krakow because of my concerns about personal safety but if you are in a large group then it would be fine, the location is convenient for trams and it’s not too far to walk to the city centre.

I didn't find a reception and the welcome was disappointing. The TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work. Breakfast was moved to another hotel (Xerion), and to top it all off, I was robbed (probably by Italians staying there) right during breakfast (I had left my jacket on the chair). I asked to see the internal cameras, but they said they didn't see anything. Overall, a very negative experience.

• lrs892019 (8/5): Good hotel - I stayed here on my solo holiday and this hotel has some pros and cons Pros - it’s in a good location with easy tram access and walk into old town was about 35 mins The area is very quiet The rooms are large and very clean minus some stains on carpets You don’t have cleaning people bothering you and making noise early hours The shower was very good Tv in the bedroom had Netflix / prime etc Cons - There is not reception staff and no where to store baggage so you have to walk up to sister hotel I had a maintenance man turn up at my room and come in unannounced not long after I arrived which I wasn’t made aware of which could of been a very awkward situation as I was about to get undressed. So it would have been nice for someone to have contacted me before sending him over. The aircon and heating units were both broken but I didn’t need to use them so that wasn’t a big deal The tv in the bedroom had a glitch but again was still watchable so not a big deal. All in all if you want somewhere quiet then I would recommend here but obviously if you want the whole hotel vibe with breakfast and everything then this isn’t the right hotel for you. You need a code to get in the main door , reception door and your room door and they are all the same code - this was sent via email and text. It’s basically an online check in rather checking in at reception which wasn’t an issue for me. Plenty of food places around and grocery stores there is also a really nice park and church just around the corner which is a lovely walk. I would stay here again :)

• keithgF7935PE (2/5): Not a Hotel, just an Airbnb really. - To be honest - this is more of a review of issues caused by Jet 2 than it is of the Hotel. That said, the current facilities leave this nowhere near the 4* is is advertised to be. We were informed 5 just weeks prior to the break that the hotel restaurant was closed for refurbishment and breakfast would be at the sister hotel 400m away. The opportunity to change hotels was given, with any difference in cost being due. However having booked in sale season, no other properties (even this one) could compare in price. In addition we had booked pick up at this address on pre-paid excursions - so moving was not really a viable option given the late notification fromJet2. So we were advises that the restaurant closed and BREAKFAST would be at the sister hotel.- what was not mentioned was that the hotel also had no reception and upon arrival we would have to call the sister hotel for door code access to the hotel. So after a few attempts, with number busy or not answered, some 20 minutes later in the rain and cold we were finally sent by text a code number to enter. PS- There is also now no bar available at the hotel which Jet 2 did not advise... Breakfast began at 7:00am - however our excursion pick up time was 7:30am meaning we were unable to walk to sister hotel and back in time for breakfast on that first morning. Breakfast delivery to room was not possible at all before 7:30. On check out we were informed that whilst the hotel provided a luggage room (standard) - this was only at the sister hotel too. So 400m with suitcases over cobbles, in the cold/rain was the only option. of course -then back again for airport transfer pick up later that day. This property is no better than an unmanned airbnb and certainly nowhere near 4* due to the lack of facilities. I believe Jet2 would have known of the refurb prior to our booking and should have amended their site to reflect this. THE HOTEL IS STILL BEING ADVERTISED AS B&B today with no mention of the sister hotel breakfast/no receptionist/no bar/no luggage room on site. If the advertising had not been mis-leading and had reflected this we would have avoided this property.

As they did - Friendly staff, nice breakfast quiet Well I didn't actually stay at this hotel!! As they did not have 24 hour reception as advertised on booking.com and I was not going to arrive as a solo female traveller after mid night in below zero weather and not speaking the language to a key card check in! so they moved me to their sister hotel. The manager was very nicesnd said it related to technical problems but it was still showing as 24 hour checkin on booking.com.

Trafiliśmy na naprawdę duży i bardzo komfortowy pokój – przestronny, świetnie urządzony i bardzo czysty. Widać, że hotel dba o detale i wygodę gości. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, a cały pobyt przebiegł bez najmniejszych problemów. Lokalizacja również na plus – spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do centrum i Kazimierza. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Krakowie. Polecam! nic

• Patrol (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja do eksploracji miasta. Ładny czysty i przestronny pokój. Ciężko z parkowaniem auta w okolicy, jedyna możliwość to parking wielopoziomowy w cenie 50zł doba. Bardzo zaniedbana siłownia, mam nadzieję że trafiłem akurat na remont i nie wygląda to tak na codzien. Brak sauny, choć w opisie widnieje że jest w obiekcie. ;) Bardzo brudne okna dachowe ! Mam nadzieję że się poprawicie, piękna okolica i świetny park obok polepszył ocenę więc daje 8 na zachętę. Napewno jeszcze wrócę.

• Danuta (4/5): Szkoda, że wprowadzono zmiany - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja Korzystałam z hotelu po dłuższej przerwie, pamiętałam to miejsce jako wygodne i przyjazne. Bardzo zaskoczył mnie brak personelu zastąpionego przez kody cyfrowe do drzwi , jak dla mnie bardzo pogorszyło to klimat miejsca. Na dodatek odpływ umywalki był zapchany a drzwi do windy miały problem z działaniem.

• Ira Nissel (10/5): A week in Krakow - The size of the room and bathroom, balcony, rain shower, and housekeeping. The local is in close proximity to everything ... malls, restaurants (even Michelin guide) supermarkets. A great bakery around the corner for breakfast and all the trolly stops to get to the center. The hotel is now humanless... February 1st was the last day they had a reception. Now it's just a code. The advertised gym is a joke... (equipment). The advertised sauna that didn't work is like a bus for one individual and standing room only...if you aren't familiar with this riddle then the sauna is about the size of a small phone booth.

La pulizia della camera era impeccabile e il personale della reception si è dimostrato molto ricettivo e disponibile. La posizione è comoda, a pochi passi dai principali punti di riferimento. La qualità del sonno era eccellente, i materassi sembravano di casa. Consigliatissimo

Staff on reception very helpful Tram stops outside so a little noise from that otherwise it would have been 5 stars , my son stayed on back of hotel and no noise so if this would bother you ask for a room at the back Easy to get around on trams and just located outside of Jewish quarter so a good 40 mins walk to the main square World definitely book again Had bed and breakfast, breakfast was lovely hot and cold choice and good coffee

• jonjo0789 (10/5): Highly recommended - Our check in was great the young lad on reception was very helpful and recommended a couple of good bars for our first night. The hotel is lovely, warm and clean with good free WiFi . Breakfast was very good lots of choice both hot and cold. The hotel is situated just 10 minutes walk over the bridge to the centre of the Jewish quarter. We can definitely recommend this hotel
• Dawn (8/5): Lovely hotel and very clean. A bit further out but great transport links - Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t for us. We needed something to eat before going on an excursion and thought it was fabulous that there was eating facilities, so had an English breakfast which was not too our taste and thought that it was expensive for what we received. The only really big downside to our stay. The bed was rock hard!. I am glad that we were only staying 4 nights and by the last night I was struggling to sleep. Also for better comfort and extra curtain would be great idea for a light blocking point of view.

• Leona Jatinder (5/5): Bra städat och fräscht - Att det var väldigt välstädat på rummet. När jag kom fram till hotellet möttes jag av en manlig receptionist som skulle hjälpa mig att checka in. Jag fick börja med att vänta minst 30 minuter innan han kom tillbaka till receptionen. Han hostade rakt ut och verkade inte alls må bra. Nu, två dagar senare efter att jag kommit hem, har jag blivit smittad och ligger sjuk.

• Yonathan (10/5): Very good value for money - מלון שבו הValue For Money מן הגבוהים בקרקוב. מלון מסודר ונקי, חדרים גדולים, מעבר גשר ואתה במרכז העיר. הצוות תמיד חיוני ושמח לעזור. מדרגות רחבות ומעלית נוחה. מלון בוטיקי עם מעט חדרים. מול המלון בימי שבת יש גם שוק בהפתעה (לא שומעים אותם בהקמות).

The cleaner, cleaner by room exceptionally well, the front door staff were so nice, I didn’t catch his name, but I needed assistance booking an UBER, and he gladly helped me out. When I return to krakow, I will come back to this hotel for sure! Thank you :) Nothing I didn’t like.

• LUIGI (10/5): La struttura è elegante, il personale è molto discreto e disponibile e la posizione è ottima - L' albergo è elegante e il personale discreto e disponibile ma il vero punto di forza è la posizione. A pochi passi dal ponte sulla Vistola e dal caratteristico quartiere Kazimierz con la sua storia i suoi ristorantini, dove potete assagiare le imperdibili specialità polacche, è un ottimo punto di partenza per conoscere la città e la sua storia. Il castello del Wawelu è raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti e la piazza centrale in 30. Per i più pigri, comunque, la fermata del tram, efficientissimo ed economico, è difronte alla piazza dove si affaccia l'albergo. A 10 minuti di cammino troverete anche la fermata del 304 che in 28 minuti vi porterà alle miniere di sale di Wielizka. Non è trascurabile nemmeno la posizione rispetto all'aeroporto, potendo scendere con il trenino che vi porta alla città non alla stazione centrale ma a quella di Krakov Zablocie, trovandovi a 5 minuti a pidi dal vostro albergo. Inoltre, anche il quartiere in cui si trova l'albergo è interessante purché conserva le memorie del Ghetto di Cracovia e del suo riscatto con la piazza degli Eroi del ghetto e la fabbrica Schindlera.

• Raffaele (10/5): Un soggiorno impeccabile, caldo e confortevole come sentirsi a casa… ma con una vista e un servizio da sogno. - Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto. La stanza era splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e silenziosa. La posizione dell’hotel è strategica e comodissima, mentre la vista ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. L’atmosfera è elegante ma allo stesso tempo calda e rilassante. Nonostante fuori ci fossero -10 gradi, all’interno dell’hotel si stava benissimo: una temperatura ideale e costante, senza alcun sbalzo nemmeno in bagno. Un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza. Apprezzatissimi anche il bollitore in camera e l’ottimo caffè, perfetti per un momento di relax. Nulla: tutto bellissimo, oltre le aspettative.
