• Δαναη (9/5): it is definitely a value for money property - It was well equiped and spacy. There was even a tiny washing machine. the location is not ideal. and there was a lot of noise from children playing in the morning like there was a school or a football field at the back of the property.
• Wayne (9/5): Very pleasant. - Old medieval building, but with all the modern conveniences. Fun, to think people lived in this building in 1200’s…. Too cold at night inside building. Got in 40’sF outside. Heat turns off at night and in daytime, to save money on energy. I understand, and agree. But one extra blanket wasn’t enough. Three blankets would have been perfect.

• Zuzanna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was beyond perfect. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable and pretty. Our host, Raffaella, was accommodating, kind and caring, she shared a lot of recommendations and tips about how to get around Bologna and Ravenna. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to returning! Raffaella, grazie! if you're staying here and are shorter than 1.6 metre, take a small mirror with you - the one in the bathroom is hanging quite high :)

• Maryna (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy apartment in the historical part of the city. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the central square. There is everything you need in the apartment, Raffaella is very friendly and hospitable, helps with all questions. We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was fine. No problems.
• Julianna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable for two people. It's very quiet, so you can have a good night's sleep. Raffaella is a really kind host and we could do the check-in earlier, which was a huge help for us. -

• Mario (9/5): Really cozy and complete apartment, perfect for a couple or family with 1 kid. - Host was very friendly and communicative. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need for a short vacation. It was quite during the night time, which allowed for a good rest. There are 2 excellent restaurants in the same street! Only the location, and just because it's a bit far from the city center (20 mnts walking and 30 to the train station). Biut this is not really a big problem, there are plenty of transport options, and Bologna is a nice place for a walk anyway.

• Karolina (10/5): Był idealny - Wszytko !!! beautiful apartment in a climatic tenement house, close to the center, Mrs. Raffaela a kind woman takes care of the apartment and guests, the apartment is furnished and equipped 10/10. Mrs. Raffaela was in touch with us throughout our stay and was very helpful with places to visit and what to buy in Bologna. our stay was very successful, we didn't even think it would be so successful, and this is largely due to the cozy apartment. thank you again and recommend to everyone!

• Matthew (9/5): Clean, comfortable, perfect location! - Ideal location near the Porta Saragozza - within easy walking distance of everything you need to see/do in Bologna, but just far enough away from the centre to be quiet and authentic. Apartment itself is small but clean, comfortable and quiet, and Raffaella is always available to help if you need anything. Perfetto! A mirror would be a useful addition ;)

• Marek (10/5): Exceptional - I can highly recommend! Very nice location 15 mins. walking from Piazza Maggiore and with very good connection everywhere by public transport. The apartment is quiet, cosy, clean, has a very practical layout of three small rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom) and is very well equipped. Excellent communication with Raffaella.
• Vincenzo (7/5): Good - The property was private and spacious. There was a seperate lounge area and the home was nice and modern. The apartment was spotless but there was quite a lot of black mould on the shower tiles and shower door.

The shower needs to be fixed, we couldn't use the top showerhead but only the one at the bottom because the pressure of the water wasn't enough to come out from top showerhead...small detail and easily fixable.

• Daphne (9/5): Great place to visit Bolgona! - Great host, great communication! Very clean apartment. Really enjoyed our stay here. Within 15min walk you find yourself in the middle of the center of Bologna. The small courtyard is a nice addition to sit.
• Susan (9/5): Great Apartment for 2 - The apartment was very clean, A/C worked well and the location was only a 10 -15 walk away from centre. Easy to get to and from central train station by bus and close to several bus stops. Large Conad City close by. The washing machine was small but very convenient. Gelateria nearby was great! Very convenient to be near Porta Saragozza. Neighbourhood is a bit “urban”. It lacks some of the charm that one might expect if you stay in the historical centre instead. BUT still a great place!
