• Rajnikant (1/5): - nothing Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction and disappointment with my recent booking experience through Booking.com at FAB HOTEL Hotel- Ranjit Residency, Secunderabad. I had booked 02 Deluxe Rooms for 3 nights for 4 guests (2 Adults + 2 Children aged 15+ and 8+) From: 02.Jan.2026 to 05.Jan.2026 through your platform. However, the services provided by the hotel were completely contrary to the confirmed reservation details and highly unprofessional. The issues faced are listed below: Only 01 room was allotted to us, despite booking and paying for 02 Deluxe Rooms. The hotel charged for two rooms but provided only one, which is completely unacceptable. Breakfast was provided for only 2 persons, whereas the reservation clearly mentioned 4 guests with breakfast included. The hotel staff stated that drinking water is not complimentary and refused to provide bottled water, forcing us to pay extra. This is highly unreasonable and against standard hospitality practices. The overall behavior of the staff was uncooperative and unprofessional, causing severe inconvenience and mental harassment to my family during our stay. This experience has been one of the worst hotel booking experiences I have ever had, and it has severely affected my trust in both the hotel and Booking.com’s quality control of listed properties. I request Booking.com to: Investigate this matter urgently Arrange for a refund/compensation for the services not provided Take strict action against the hotel to prevent such incidents for future customers I am enclosing / can provide the booking confirmation and payment details if required. • Nilakantan (8/5): It was comfortable but very disturbed sleep. Not able to have AC temp control. Totally missed TV . - Clean room TV didnt work. Remote was not functioning. AC REMOTE not functioned. One temp setting was possible. Intercom didnt work. Location from convenience was OK but proximity to Rly station and bus terminus was very disturbing for sleep. Hot water was not available after 9AM..

Actual we joined the hotel after midnight. After midnight also staff was ready to receive us. As the hotel was very near to the hotel it was very easy to come/go to hotel/railway station in the nights also

Definitely I don't recommend that location. Hotel/room was smelly.
