Die Klima hat leider nicht funktionier, die Dusche hat keine Abtrennung sodass das Wasser auf den Boden fließt, zudem war der Wasserkocher kaputt bzw. die Halterung des Wasserkochers provisorisch, sodass sich meine Mama beim aufgeben verbrannt hat.

• 328f8a8d2c8b73c622fe248a644b3eb4 (9/5): 떼르미니역에서 아주 가까운 - 떼르미니 역에서 아주 가까워서 대중교통 이용하기 용이합니다. 주변 분위기도 나쁘지 않습니다. 건물 입구나 통로는 조금 오래된 느낌인데 내부로 들어오면 깔끔합니다. 한 건물안에 여러 숙박업체가 있는데 그중 한 곳입니다. 직원분 볼 수 없었지만 셀프 체크인 쉽게 가능했고 왓츠앱으로 문의하면 금방 안내되어 이용에 불편함 없습니다. 가격대비 만족도 높으며 휴양이 목적이 아니고 관광이 목적인 로마에서 잠만 자기에는 충분합니다. 매일 청소 해 주시고 수건 교체 및 침구 정리도 해줍니다. 복도에 전자레인지도 비치되어 있어서 간편식으로 간단하게 식사 해결도 가능합니다. 체크아웃 후 짐도 보관할 수 있어서 유용했습니다. 냉장고가 조금 더 시원하면 좋겠어요

Baño justito pero completo. Se agradece el servicio de cafetera, agua y zumo de cortesia. Acceso a finca muy deteriorada con escalera apuntalada para seguridad. A la llegada a la planta de la habitacion encontramos un indigente durmiendo en la entreplanta de acceso. Muy lamentable.

It was very clean and Alessandra (host) was in good communication with us for pre checkin and arrival on the day. It's well located on the better side of the train station in my opinion with much more restaurants and a slightly quicker walk to the main attractions. The inside of the main building is dated but once into Bloom apartments its all good.

• ana (6/5): Good location and small, but clean appartment. - It’ s very good location - walking distance to see every famous attraction, very closed to Stazione Termini, and very closed to busses to go whethever you want. It’s very clean. This “hotel” is more appartment than classical hotel. It’ s adapted flat with small room (one chair to sit, small table and bed) and good bathroom. It’ s window withouth view - inner yard and walls. No light, no sun, nothing. It’s second floor and it’s forbiden to use the lift.

• Carmen (9/5): Für uns hat es gepasst. - Preis - Leistung sehr gut, die Wohnung war Nahe an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, diese sind günstig in Rom 1,50 für 100 Minuten egal in welcher Richtung, aber auch zu Fuss waren die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar in 20-30 Min. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig, nicht kalt, die Klimaanlage hat gut geheizt. Es gab zusätzliche Kissen und Decken im Schrank. Die Wohnung wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher auf Wunsch gewechselt. Das Bad war sauber und alles was man braucht war drin, einziger Kritikpunkt war die Toilettenspüllung -war richtig laut…Wir hatten das Fenster zum Innenhof, kein schöner Innenhof, dennoch war es dadurch ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen, das war uns wichtiger. Der Treppenhaus war sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Aufzug war wirklich klein aber hat seine Dienste getan. Die Vermieterin war sehr gut erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert, wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Zimmerkarte. Bahnhof in 5 Min. erreichbar, viele Lokale in der Nähe, alles sehr „turistisch“. Eine kleine Garderobe hat uns gefehlt, die Jacken mussten wir immer in dem Kleiderschrank einräumen, im Bad aufhängen oder auf dem einzigen Stuhl legen, dann hatte man keine Sitzgelegenheit. Eventuell wäre ein Sessel im Zimmer noch schön, so wie es ist sitzt man nur auf dem Bett.

• Sera (8/5): 높은 층고에 넓은 숙소 화장실도 좋았다 - 방이 넓구 층고가 머물러본 숙소중에 가장 높지 않았나 싶다. 공간이 더 넓게 느껴지고 작은 냉장고랑 테라스도 있어 좋았다 화장실도 넓은편에 체크인도 쉽고 직원도 친절했다. 다만 침대가 편하지는 않았다 너무 물렁해서 불편했음 침대가 불편했다 하지만 1박이라 그냥 견딜만했어

На Термини на цокольном этаже вокзала нормальный продуктовый магазин. Городской налог попросили оставить в номере при выезде, мусор убирали. Впечатления положительные.
