• Suluck (7/5): Acceptable for a short stay, especially with a last-minute discounted price. - The location is convenient and close to many restaurants. The apartment was generally clean and provided a reasonable level of comfort for a short stay. Some facilities were missing or not functioning properly. The hairdryer was broken, the room service phone did not work, and the main toilet in the lobby was not available. While these issues were manageable for a short stay, they affected overall convenience and comfort.

• Ελευθερία (6/5): Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι με μερικές εξαιρέσεις. Ευχαριστούμε για την εμπειρία - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Ήταν όλα πολύ κοντά. Ήταν καλό το σπίτι και καλά θερμαινόμενο. Ήταν καθαρό σχετικά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, εκτός από μια κυρία στη ρεσεψιόν που ήταν πάνω στο τηλέφωνο της ενώ της μιλούσαμε και δεν μας απαντούσε!!! Δεν υπήρχαν κάδοι απορριμμάτων στις τουαλέτες και πετσέτες προσώπου! Το πάπλωμα του μωρού ήταν πολύ μικρό και το πάρκο πολύ χαμηλό με αποτέλεσμα το μωρό να το βάλω στο διπλό κρεβάτι ανάμεσα μας γιατί δεν βόλευε καθόλου το παιδικό παρκο, δεν ήταν κρεβάτι αυτό, ήταν πάρκο.. και για καλή μου τύχη είχα πάρει δικό του πάπλωμα..

The temperature in the room was just right. Unfortunately, the room was quite poorly maintained. It had been cleaned before we arrived, but not well enough. The pillowcases were dirty. It is an apartment with an excellent location, which was renovated some time ago, but it is not properly maintained. The sofas had a large number of old stains. Moreover, the front door had been damaged in the past, and you can see into the apartment through the holes

• Leonard (7/5): 1 room apartment in Central Budapest that has to be refurbished - 1 room apartment in a relatively new complex in a very good position in Budapest. They offer underground parking for 20E/night. Good for 1 night no more. The apartment first has to be cleaned profesional. Bed sheets and towels were OK. In rest not at all. Maybe the best solution is to refurbhished entirely.

• Robin (5/5): Overall I would say an ok stay - Perfectly located in the city centre, this spot is well-suited for a family of four. The rooms are warm, clean, and comfortable, and there are plenty of shops and sights close by. There were a few things I didn’t like. The TV provided wasn’t a smart TV, and there was no shower gel, so we had to buy our own. The kitchen also lacked basic essentials, so if you’re planning to book this place, make sure to bring the necessary items. In the bathroom, we had an issue with the shower as water would spill out, and there were no cleaning supplies provided to manage it. Since the property isn’t cleaned during short stays, I feel they should at least provide basic cleaning items

• Szlavik (4/5): - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, minden megtalálható a közelben. Saját zárt parkoló, mélygarázsban (bár 8.000Ft/nap) Nem a lefoglalt apartmant kaptuk. Fűtés ki volt kapcsolva, nagyon hideg volt a lakásban, kesőbb se tudott bemelegedni. A padló ragadt, a szőnyegek koszosak, a fürdő koszos, vízköves,rozsdás. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmetlenek, nyikorognak.

I would appreciate an additional small sitting area, such as a small sofa, as our child uses the existing one as a bed. Há lâmpadas que não funcionam (sala e banheiro). Faltam coisas simples e básicas em uma cozinha (ex. escorredor de pratos). Travesseiros terríveis. Água quente perfeita. Localização estupenda.

• Martin (4/5): Skuffende ophold - Stedet levede på ingen måde op til forventningerne. I beskrivelsen stod der at der var 2 queensize senge. Der var kun én og den anden var en meget smal seng, som på ingen måde rummede to voksne mennesker. Generelt var lejligheden meget slidt. Gardinerne hang og kunne ikke trækkes ordentlig for. Der var beskidt på gulvene og støv på borde mv. Sofaerne var plettede efter det jeg antager var mad, og indbød ikke til at man brugte dem. Der var kun fuld service til 3 personer ligesom der hverken var opvaskesæbe, klude, viskestykker mv. Samlet var opholdet meget skuffende. Det eneste positive var beliggenheden.

• Julia (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and located in an upscale area, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, but the owner personally came right away and fixed it, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds and spacious The description did not meet the apartment. We had no TV for 2 days as the aerial was faulty. We were moved on our 3rd day to a different apartment. We did get a refund of 25% for the 2 days which we accepted, however this should have been checked prior to arrival. The description said sofabed but there was only a long couch you could lie on top off. The manager suggested we should have booked a 6 sleeper room for 4 adults. The balcony was very small.

• Alvaro (4/5): Not What We Booked – Poor Communication - When we arrived at the property, we were informed of a plumbing issue that rendered the original apartment unavailable. Instead, we were placed in a substitute apartment approximately 1 kilometer away from our initial booking. Unfortunately, the replacement accommodation was noticeably older and did not match the quality of the one we had reserved, which we had paid for. Additionally, the parking space at the new location had a lower clearance, and our vehicle couldn’t fit unless we removed our Thule box—something that hadn’t been necessary with the original booking. We received no prior notification about this change, nor were we offered a partial refund to account for the downgrade.

• Dávid (9/5): Superb - The hotel has a perfect location, making it easy to access all the main attractions and public transport. It offers great value for money – the quality of service and comfort you get for the price is definitely worth it. I would recommend it for both short stays and longer visits. Parking was a bit of an issue – it wasn’t clear where we were supposed to park during check-in, which caused some confusion. However, everything was quickly resolved with the help of the reception staff.

Very (extremely) loud people living in building, kids and parents running and yelling at 2 in the morning and then again 7in the morning, constant crying and telling of toddler (not a baby). Just awful. The smell if apartment was unpleasant so we left balcony doors open all the time (there was no balcony just balcony doors). Wouldnt stay here again. But location was awesome.

They couldn't advise on how to work the stovetop & there were no directions. No basic kitchen things.. salt/pepper. 2 coffees for 4 nites, pans were old/stained, freezer no ice/needed defrosting. Washer EXTREMELY loud. Shower leaked. Apartment was spacious with great location but could've easily been better especially with regard to front desk kitchen equipment

Il est dommage que l’appartement soit très peu équipé en vaisselle et autres éléments utiles dans une cuisine ou une salle à manger. Il ne manquerait que cela pour que tout soit excellent…
• Krzysztof (8/5): Very good - Great location for exploring the old town. Walking distance to all major tourist attractions in Pest. There are quite a lot of restaurants nearby. They cooperate with a quite popular cruise operator. Unfortunately during peak season you need to reserve an additional two hours to get onboard. It would be good to have such information beforehand.
