• Nor Azieta (8/5): - Very good location. Near to Termini train station, metro, bus & attractions. Breakfast is more than enough. Host is nice & friendly. Check out time is at 9.30am which is way too early but it's well mentioned in the page ( if u dont read, that's your problem ). But u may leave the bags & come back later. Wall is quite thin

• Luisa (8/5): Good location, good host - Elena was great! Helped us with everything we needed! The apartment is very close to the train station and walking distance from colosseum. The metro and bus stations are also very close. The breakfast is good: have a sandwich and a croissant but it can be better. The sandwich is always a lot of ham and cheese, nothing more, nothing else. The room is very hot and the air conditioner doesn't work very well
• Joseph (10/5): Easter Week in Rome - The building is an old Italian one with a lot of character and the room is great and very quiet with a good firm matress. I got great sleeps while I was there. Location wise for tourists its close to the main termini station with all the trains, trams, underground and buses etc but I prefer the buses and there are plenty around there going all over the city and very regular If you are working there is a coworking space next door, the pizzeria on the corner is excellent for lunch and there is a resteraunt a couple of doors up that does great food. Both of these are very reasonable priced and are both full of Italians at lunch and dinner (respectively) The breakfast seemed a bit odd with sandwiches and crossaints (something I'm not used to) but they are available from 6am so if you are getting ahead of the queues for the tourist attractions this works really well because nothing else is open. I come to Rome a lot and this has been my favourite place to stay Not much really. The lift coming up is a bit tight but, having visited Rome plenty of times, thats the same in all these city center Rome buildings.

• Ana del Rocio (8/5): Agradable y bien ubicado - La amabilidad del personal. Se interesaban por mejorar nuestra estancia. Está muy cerca de Termini y con muchos sitios alrededor para comprar. El desayuno salado muy básico, porque era un sándwich para dos.. sí que dejaban magdalenas dentro de la habitación.
• Maria Luigia (10/5): Accoglienza super - La struttura è comoda da raggiungere, vicino alla stazione termini e vicinissimo alla fermata metro Castro Pretorio. La zona è tranquilla e sulla strada ci sono anche varie attività. Siamo stati accolti bene, ma la meraviglia è stata della gentilezza della signora Elena, così accogliente e disponibile e allo stesso tempo discreta e rispettosa. Non si può chiedere di meglio. Ci tornerò sicuramente per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Roma! Grazie di cuore

• Paola Carolina (10/5): HERMOSA ESTADÍA EN ROMA - Es un alojamiento muy bien ubicado, cerca de Estación central Roma Termini, lo cual permite una buena conexión para distintos lugares a visitar. Habitación amplia, con espacio suficiente. Muy buena insonorización, se puede descansar bien. Me gustó mucho que nos dejaran el desayuno en la puerta, para tomarlo libremente en el horario deseado. Pero el principal valor de este alojamiento es Elena, extremadamente servicial, siempre preocupada por resolvernos los inconvenientes presentados (con el vuelo). Muy profesional. Mil gracias Elena!! Todo estuvo perfecto, solo menciono que en el último día no funcionaba el ascensor (conflicto para bajar 4 pisos con las valijas). Pero no fue algo que nos haga cambiar de opinión en cuanto a lo excelente que es el lugar

Osoby z nadwagą mogą się nie zmieścić pod prysznicem ale może nie we wszystkich pokojach jest tak samo 😉 ogólnie polecam lokalizacja extra. Co do odbioru kluczy można się dogadać nie ma sztywnych godzin i można przechować tam bagaż. Śniadanie we włoskim stylu do wyboru na słodko i słono 🙂

• Karen (7/5): Useful for railway station. - Clean and the location was very useful for thr railway station. I didn't really dislike anything, it's just not somewhere you'd want to spend more than 1 or 2 nights.
• Julie (8/5): A fantastic wedding anniversary break - Elena was extremely communicative from the outset and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need and is well located and walking distance to the main Termini station. We could walk to the Colliseum within 45 mins and trains and metro are very easy to use - we used the metro to get to Vatican City and it was straightforward. Ubers are also at a plenty and drivers are very professional. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area too!

Elena helped me with everything, she was responding to all my messages during our stay and supported me within 5 days of our stay. Fridge is always full of juice, water, milk. Coffee machine in the room. Biscuits and cereal. Highly recommended place to stay ! Breakfast was ok, 2 choices, good size room, very clean bathroom, cleaning every day, perfect location with 4 minute walking distance to Termini station. Will definitely come back again ! -

• Manjunaath (8/5): short, simple stay - Its economical and close to Rome Termini. The tour operators are also close by. It has 2 supermarkets and couple of good bars/restaurants that are within a few minutes walk. Had good wi-fi and allowed me to take care of some work without disruption. If you are an indian family and looking for budget stay, then Saravana Bhavan is 10minutes walk. It has everything you expect of an accommodation like this - so there was nothing to dislike. If I have to provide any feedback at all, it will be for the travelers a) handover the city tax in-person b) if you have used hotels all your trips, then this accommodation will feel a little personal - in a nice way :)
• Maya (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Close to the train station Roma Termini. Lovely place. The owner Elena was very nice, allowing us to keep our luggage at the property for a few more hours after the checkout. We had our breakfast in front of the door, fresh from the bakery. We'll definitely come back, on our next trip to Rome. Everything was excellent!
• Oğuzhan (10/5): Elena is a very good helpful person and a place that will make you feel at home. Comfortable, clean, - The location of the hotel is within walking distance to trevi, colosseum. There are beautiful cafes and restaurants around it. It is very close to Termini station. Cleaning is done every day and there is a coffee machine in the rooms, there is milk and fruit juice in the kitchen. Quite fresh is enough and two options are offered, salty or sweet breakfast. Elena is a very friendly and helpful person. He welcomed us well and made us feel as if he had hosted us at his house. He answered to our smallest question, trying to solve it with us even if there was a problem with our suitcase on the day we would be back. Thanks for everything, if I come again I will stay there
• D. (10/5): Great place at a great location with a great host! - We went with my bestie and my daughter for a short holiday and couldn't be any happier! The host was absolutely fantastic, super helpful and very communicative from the first instant. My daughter wanted to have the bunk bed experience and the quadruple room was perfect for that. It was huge, with a modern and large bathroom, nice kitchen outside where you can make yourself a drink, and you get to have daily room service with your bed made and room cleaned just like at a 5 star hotel! The location was amazing, close enough to Termini but far enough from its dirty surroundings. There are lots of restaurant options right around the place. The pizzeria in the corner and the Italian restaurant right below were our favorites. The host was super kind to let us have a late check-out which literally saved our lives with the little one when it started pouring with torrential rains on our last day and we needed a shelter. No complaints :)

• Soumen (10/5): Fantastic trip, comfortable stay, lovely room. - The location is very central and walking distance to the Termini which makes it very easy for any transport. Also most of the POIs are at walking distance and we easily got to the Colloseum, Pantheon, Trevi fountain etc. by foot. Area has got lots of restaurants nearby. The host was fantastic and gave us a lot of info which was very helpful as it was our first trip to Rome. We needed and additional room for our son which she organised straight away on a very short notice. Breakfast could be different every day. Some changes every day would make you look forward. After a couple of days the same breakfast seems to be boring.

Elena is an amazing host, she is at the place daily, extremely lovely and accommodating, answering all questions and made us instantly feel welcomed! Fresh coffee before heading out to do sightseeing, our room had a nice little balcony for some fresh air in the evening, great breakfast to get the day started and they even cleaned our room every day, which surprised us after coming back after a full day of sightseeing the first day! The bed was comfortable, great storage space, spacious bathroom, clean space, easy access, quiet - what else could you want?! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Elena for making our first trip to Rome (and Italy) such a blast!!! ❤️ Honestly? There was nothing we didn‘t like.

• Sasiya (9/5): Cozy and comfortable place to stay in Rome! - My partner and I stayed here in June during our trip to Rome. Elena was so patient and helpful - our phone didn't have reception upon arrival and checked in a little later than expected but she was there to assist us. Our room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Having AC definitely helped us sleep better as Rome was really hot. Bathroom was clean. The shower stall might be a little small if you're a tall/big person. Our breakfast was freshly made croissants delivered to our room in the morning and we could make espresso using the machine in our room. Location is great because we were pretty close to Roma Termini which means you could access the rest of the city using the subway. The room was quiet so we had a good night sleep. Overall I think it's great. Thank you Elena!
