Guest Reviews

- Olivé Cadena (10/5): - Hotel molt bonic i perfectíssimament ubicat.

- Dvir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chelsea (9/5): Superb - Wonderful location, room was perfect for what we needed. Staff were very friendly. It was a very nice stay. It is somewhat loud in the morning, so suggest any light sleepers to take earplugs. However, personally would not stop me from going again.
- Andrea (1/5): Bad - DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!! It is EXTREMELY loud . They try to trick you via booking- saying that you get free room upgrade , which in reality means they move you up to the room on second floor - where the dance classes are happening ( 5pm - 11pm ) so it literally sounds like there is an earthquake above you. If you looking to rest - this hotel is not for you . I even

- Montse (8/5): Long-stay for travelers with amazing rooftop - The Location and their rooftop 💙
- Jolien (7/5): Nice location, dance school above rooms - Great location, exactly in the city center on cutest street. Nice place they were flexible about adding another night to our reservation. Dance school above the rooms, they were dancing until 11pm (classes 5 days per week) . We were not warned about this. A lot of people are passing by the Doors of the rooms to go to the dance classes.
Bed was very small for two people (140cm).
- Kim (8/5): Very good - Big, clean room with hot shower. It took a long time before the water got hot, so we wasted a bit of water. The bed was comfortable and staff really friendly and wished me welcome on a chalkboard wich was really kind. The room was very moist and smelled a bit off fungus. No parking.
- Martina (7/5): Overall it was great for one night - The location is great, right off the main road with some really nice restaurants right around the corner. The bathroom was clean and the hot shower worked after 2 min. We took advantage of the laundry service, and we were happy with it. The bed was small and bed sheets weren’t spotless. The room was quite small.
- Jenny (8/5): Very good - On Real de Guadalupe but very quiet! Laundry available to get done. Cute terrace upstairs. The bar on the property upstairs is not open
- Chirag (8/5): Very good -
- Sofia (2/5): Not recommended - The location, room was ok They have a dance studio with dance clases at night until 10pm so I had people stepping on top of my head for hours, wifi doesn’t reach the room and power keeps going off, it comes back but leaves you without power for a bit at least 3 times every night. No one told me about this issues it was a big surprise and the only one who actually care was the receptionist of the morning shift. The security guy at night was kind of rude won’t stay here again that’s for sure
- Ahad (5/5): Nice place nice location are really noisy in all sorts of the day or night - Location was great! Really noisy in the middle of night noisy in the early morning.
- Aureliano (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (9/5): Comfortable location - The hotel is right in the heart of San Cristobal's walking street , with restaurants , posherias and shops just outside. It was quiet , comfortable beds, with hot water if you let the shower run for a few minutes . A tour shop was next door and we booked our visit to Sumeridor Canyon there .
- Arvayo-ortiz (7/5): Basic - Location, staff. Changing rooms, smell.
- Risela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eline (9/5): A hidden gem! - A hidden gem! This clean hotel is in the middle of the most busy and fun street of san Cristobal but it is super quiet here! The beds are comfy and we had a good stay here. Good value for the money. No facilities; no bar, restaurant, shop or whatsoever.. but this you can find just around the corner so no problem for us!
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carolyn (9/5): The ideal spot for solo travelers in centro on walk street promenade. - Love this sweet little place right in the heart of the action! Nothing. Wish they offered yoga classes there more mornings.
- Corentin (8/5): Very good -
- Sophia (8/5): spacious apartment, perfect for 2 couples in a central location - Fantastic location and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was always delicious and the coffee was some of the best we tried! We loved that the apartment was spacious and had 2 lovely bathrooms. They provide cosy blankets so we weren’t cold at night! The kitchenette seemed to be lacking a stove top and pans so we couldn’t make any hot water for teas. The apartment is colder than outside so wrap up warm!
- Erika (1/5): Bad -
- Magda (9/5): Superb - perfect location, great service, really nice hotel room a bit small but lovely super worth it for the money!!
- Holly (10/5): Hidden gem in the heart of town - The location was amazing and all the staff were so accommodating and helpful. We had a lovely stay here Nothing - excellent!
- Francisco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mauricio (9/5): Superb -
- Nicola (4/5): Disappointing - Breakfast was good. Few alternative and no orange juice but was fine. Tami was nice as she asked to prepare a sandwich the day where we were doing a tour. Bedshit were not clean so I asked them to change it. Room was really small. When we arrived they proposed me to change the room with a studio apartment but not for free. For a problem in the hotel we stay a day without water and without possibility to take a shower. The last day hot water was not working until we called the reception. There is no air condition and there isn't a TV. The reception does not exist and there is also humidity in the room. I am really sorry that I cannot write a good review as the manager was nice but the hotel should improve a few things to be better. I cannot say that is worth for the money you have paid for. I recommend to don't book hotel in San Cristobal but going directly in a few hotel is good to see rooms and price.
- Alexa (7/5): Great central location for a great price. Kind of a hostel feeling. - The design of the room was lovely, bed was comfortable. I like the restaurant at the top and Tamara was very helpful and welcoming. When I arrived there was a person on their phone outside the hotel and no one to greet me or direct me where to go. I finally found a very helpful person upstairs in the restaurant, Tamara who welcomed me. In my room, there wasn't any toilet paper, soap, hand towel or drinking water in the room and I had to ask for them. If water isn't provided, it'd be nice to know where I can get some. There were a couple spiders in the corners of the shower. I don't mind the spiders so much but it made me feel like the bathroom and shower hadn't been cleaned very well in a long time. I got tired of asking for things that were missing, so I went without a hand towel. It's nice to not have to dry your hands on your shower towel. Upon leaving the hotel, the first person who was on their phone outside when I arrived was now at the front desk but still made no attempt to greet me or acknowledge me. I'm not sure what they are hired to do there besides sit and talk on the phone.
- Jessica (9/5): Would recommend! - Great location and stylish room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.
- Julia (10/5): Little Gem in a Magical City - La Tozzi is a little gem perfectly situated in the historic centro. Anna and her staff (Alejandro and Daniel) genuinely treated us as family and made sure our stay, tours and transportation were well taken care of. San Cristobal de Las Casas is a magical city and La Tozzi is a part of the magic.
- Karl (10/5): Per-fect! - Best view in town, very friendly staff, location is per-fect!
- Oscar (10/5): Hermosas terrazas, deliciosa comida y cócteles.
