• Jenifer (8/5): Very cute apt in a good area, lots of restaurants nearby. - There was no breakfast, but the kitchen was fine. The apt is cute, but it is VERY VERY noisy until 2 am. There are several cafes nearby and one in particular attracts a very loud young clientele who drink and talk in very loud voices, scream, laugh. Difficult to sleep.

• Squire (10/5): Exquisite Bologna accommodation - Such a gorgeous set of apartments. So central to everything in Bologna. I spent many days walking and exploring. The host and her team are so helpful. I would highly recommend staying at these apartments when in Bologna. They are also an easy walk from the central train station.

• Louise (8/5): Very nice apartment - Lovely apartment with plenty of space. The beds were really comfortable which so important. Location was excellent also. Some great restaurants and shopping very close by. The only gripe I had was the noise coming from a local bar. Very unfortunate for the owners of the apartment as it’s not their fault. However I’m a light sleeper so I hear the slightest noise whereby my travel companion heard nothing!

• Scott (10/5): Excellent Choice for Bologna - It was very centrally located property and very comfortable. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was amazing and extremely helpful. We didn’t mind, but just note that it is up two flights of stairs and no elevator. Just consider this when packing.

• Malgorzata (10/5): Just perfect, can only recommend to the others - The apartment is spacious, clean and very modern. You will find everything what you need. Even washing machine. The bed is very comfortable. All i just brand new. The location is perfect, very close to the old town, or even within old town. Quiet in the night. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you can leave your luggage, if you need. I recommend this place, as a perfect spot to visit Bologna. I enjoyed this stay much. Thank you :)

• Johanna (9/5): heerlijk appartement in centrum - We konden vanaf 15.00 inchecken, maar waren er om 9.30 al. Koffers mochten we direct binnen zetten. Goede communicatie met hosts. Ruime woonkamer en heerlijke slaapkamer. Super fijn appartement, heerlijk centraal gelegen. Achteraf bezien was het nog mooier geweest als er een terras of balkon was. Verder alles helemaal prima.
• Circee (10/5): - The location is great and the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is also well equipped. Personal code to open the gate is also a very good idea and makes it super easy. Kitchen could use a bit more basic necessities such as oil salt pepper etc.

The facilities were exactly as listed. The apartment had everything I needed, including coffee and a space to prepare breakfast. There was a comfortable bed as well as a sofa bed, which ensured I slept very well. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was very friendly and responsive, answering my enquiries promptly. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. N/A

• Eva (8/5): Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Es war ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. - Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die beiden Damen waren stets ansprechbar. Bad und Toilette des Nachbar Apartments waren sehr laut zu hören

Locația excelenta, aproape de centru si alte obiective, aproximativ 10-15 minute de mers pe jos. Aproape de gară. Foarte curat. Am avut si un cadou dulce pentru prima dimineața. Taxa de turist foarte mare. Primăria Bologna e prea agresiva in fixarea taxelor. 33 euro pentru 2 persoane pentru 3 nopți.

• Richard (10/5): A unique design apartment in a traditional Italian building. - Travelling from Australia we were looking forward to visiting Bologna. When we arrived we were delighted to be met by Francesca from L8’ Boutique apartments, who showed us our lovely accommodation for 5 days. It is set in a great location within the old city being walking distance via to the main railway station and local eating/shopping precincts. We especially liked the tasteful design and comfort features of the apartment that has been renovated in a heritage building, expected of an old Italian city centre. Bologna is very unique in many ways, especially its long porticos and friendly vibe. A highlight for us was the long portico walk to Basilica San Luca. Anyone wanting to do day trips in the Emilia Romagna region there are 3 day train Regionale passes which are economical. Our favourite morning coffee was at Opera Café, afternoon snack at Fabrik and dinner at Trattoria del Tempo Buono. It wasn’t a negative for us but being in a heritage building there isn’t a lift, you’ll need to carry your bags up the internal stairway.

• Karen (8/5): - Perfect location for everything,- train station, shops , restaurants, historic centre etc. Brilliant double glazing blocks out most noise. Very comfortable bed. Francesca was warm, friendlly & very helpful. Full of suggestions, places to eat and happy to book taxis etc. Grazie mille. We had a great time and would recommend to others. The sofa was a bit hard and squeeky but sofa beds are never great to sit on & its not a huge issue. Water pressure in the shower is very weak at busy times,- one of the issues in old buildings where there are many apartments.

It might be a bit loud in the evening with the open window, but Hey, you're in big italian city in the city center, it's normal (windows are rather sound proof 8/10)! The apartment was very clean, which was amazing taking into consideration that it's not super new, but the owner and the cleaning team thought about every single thing there. We've got even an extra cleaning service in the middle of our stay for free. This place is equipped in everything you need to cook something at home and feel comfortable. They thought even about paper towel, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, dish soap and more. It was a lovely stay! We really recommend this place. Thank you again! Nothing

El apartamento es muy tranquilo, silencioso por la noche y cálido. La vista a la Via Zappoli desde el dormitorio es muy bonita en días de sol. La atención de Sofía fue perfecta: pudimos dejar el equipaje en la oficina antes de salir hacia el aeropuerto. Creo que vendría bien una mano de pintura a las paredes del apartamento. Hay que subir dos pisos de escaleras. El salón resulta un poco oscuro. El sistema de código para acceder al apartamento es cómodo, pero quizá se podía simplificar a solo 4 dígitos...

• Ina (9/5): Beautiful and very central flat, great for exploring the city - I spent three nights in this apartment with my daughter to explore Bologna, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is very central, so all the sights are easily within walking distance. Very quiet despite its central location. The apartment itself has everything you need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Check-in was simple and hassle-free. Very good communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again! We couldn’t find a dishcloth or scissors, so perhaps the kitchen could use a few more utensils. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

La limpieza. La anfitriona contesta muy rápido a cualquier pregunta y está muy pendiente de todo. Incluso nos reservó el taxi para el aeropuerto. No tiene ascensor. La nevera suena cuando el motor se pone en marcha.

Everything is new and clean, the bed was super comfortable. The staff is so nice and helpful, really enjoyed the city recommendations in addition to the luggage storage that saved my day! Also came with my small dog and they provided for him a bed and plates for food and water 🥹 Should’ve stayed longer time!

Parking cercano (dado que fuimos en coche de alquiler) y una gran cantidad de locales para desayunar, almorzar y cenar, previamente recomendados por la anfitriona con un gran acierto. Nada. Todo resultó perfecto. No hay ni un solo aspecto negativo que resaltar dado que, además de ser todo estupendo, la cercanía y la disposición de la anfitriona fue también excelente.

Comfy bed, hot shower and great facilities - kettle, coffee machine, iron, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc and lovely little touches like some treats waiting for us. We did not use the cooking facilities as we ate out. Good entry system with a code which meant we didn’t have to worry about keys. We were able to store our luggage in the office next door on our last day. It took us about 10 minutes to walk from the train station and was a very straightforward walk and excellent location. This was our second visit to Bologna and we will stay here again on our third!

• Chiarastampy (10/5): Esperienza eccezionale a Bologna - Il punto di forza della struttura è la posizione strategica a pochi metri dalla stazione e a ridosso del centro storico; l'appartamento è ideale per chi viaggia in treno e permette di raggiungere a piedi i principali luoghi di interesse di Bologna, pur trovandosi in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. La struttura risulta pulita, accogliente e dotata anche di una piccola cucina con frigo, fornelli, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Il personale è sempre molto disponibile e gentile e permette di lasciare in custodia i bagagli anche dopo il check out. Se dovessimo ritornare a Bologna, alloggeremo di nuovo in questa struttura.

È stato molto comodo poter raggiungere i maggiori punti d'interesse in pochi minuti! L'appartamento in sé è risultato molto gradevole, con una bella camera da letto e una cucina abitabile dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per poter preparare pranzi e cene in autonomia. Grande cura nei dettagli e nella pulizia, che ho apprezzato particolarmente essendo allergico alla polvere. Nel complesso un'esperienza indimenticabile che porteremo nel cuore, grazie anche alla professionalità dello staff ❤️

Non distante dalla stazione, questo ci ha consentito di spostarci sempre a piedi senza la necessità di usare mezzi pubblici . Appartamento confortevole , originale , accogliente ! Riscaldato alla perfezione ! L’unico neo potrebbe essere la presenza di rampe di scale con gradini un po’ stretti per raggiungere l’appartamento in quanto il palazzo non è di recente costruzione. Ma il confort è l’originalità dell’appartamento fa passare in secondo piano tale limite

• Jessica (10/5): Lodging here was comfortable and we'd stay here again! - The location provided easy walking to most destinations. The building felt secure - exterior coded entry, interior gated coded entry, and apartment door coded entry. This was also convenient when my husband and I did different things during the day - we didn't have to negotiate handing off keys. The bed was comfortable and plenty of Nespresso pods were provided as well as laundry detergent (I was surprised to find a washer in this unit) and a dishwasher. The apartment has forced radiator heating, but this could easily be adjusted via the knob at each unit. Wifi was wonderful and they even had extra linens and pillows if needed. This particular apartment (the pink one) required 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment door, but this really wasn't an inconvenience. The street noise wasn't the worst, but it was challenging in the evening when trying to fall asleep. I purchased earplugs and those helped a great deal.

Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et très réactives . Tous les conseils pour les visites et les restos sont disponibles dans la chambre . Très bien situé pour visiter Bologne. • Sim (10/5): - A wonderful stay from all aspects: design, cleanliness, location, ammenities, staff. 🌟 If the room is ready before check in, they let you know and you can also leave your bags at the office. They offered snacks, Nutella and ice tea for breakfast which proved how above and beyond they go.

The shower had good water pressure, a fridge, coffee machine and kettle are supplied along with crockery and cutlery. No lift so had to carry suitcases up several flights of stairs. The street noise some nights went on until the early hours of of the morning. Earplugs were necessary to get to sleep. We needed additional towels for the length of our stay which were an extra cost.

• RUTH FORSHAW (10/5): - Code on door was handy as plane was delayed. Quiet area but plenty of bars/ restaurants within a few minutes walk. Comfy bed and nice shower with plenty of hot water. Biscuits were left as a treat which was a nice touch. We were able to leave our luggage in their office next door to our apartment which was helpful. Everything was lovely
