• JONGMIN (7/5): - 2층은 공사중이었지만 3층 숙박시설은 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 도착했을때 PIN번호로 입력을 했는데 오류가 나서 당황했는데 마침 옆방 손님이 자기도 어렵게 열었다고 호스트에게 전화하니 변경된 PIN번호 알려줘서 다행히. 입실은 하게 되었는데 번호가 번경되면 메일로 알려주지 못한 점이 아쉬웠다

• Cici (10/5): Amazing location the best by far - Perfect location , lovely views. Clean . Shower was hot and the power was great. Just the shower didn’t har ventilation so was very damp on doors. Bed was a little uncomfortable.
• Mikkelsen (4/5): Lejlighed med fin plads. Lidt upersonlig og håndværksmæssigt noget sjusket. Punkterede vinduer. Ok rent. Fungerede ok so - At der var to separate soveværelser. Kvaliteten. Meget ringe udstyret køkken. Man ville ikke kunne lave mad i det. Vi spiste take-away af samme grund. Døren til badeværelset kan ikke låses. Der er flere steder i lejligheden med dårligt håndværk: løst panel (ved dør til terrasse), låge til køkkenskab over køleskab sidder løst, mange af vinduerne er punkterede og desuden ikke vasket udvendig i lang tid, så det med udsigt var begrænset. Der er meget lydt i opgangen. Der er meget trafikstøj. Der er ved opgangen lugt fra restauranten i stueetagen. Alt i alt ikke som forventet.

Almennilegum potti
• Maggi mark (4/5): Því miður mikil vonbrigði, staðsetningin frábær en gæðin ekki mikil, hvað þá miðað við verð. - Það sem virkaði hér var staðsetningin sem var frábær. Rúmin voru þægileg og fín og sjonvarpið gott. Útihurð í húsnæðið var bilað svo ekki var hægt að læsa. Mikið ryk og óþrif í anddyri þar sem greinilega var verið að gera upp íbúð á neðri hæð hússins. Íbúðin var lítil og óhrein við komu. Mikið vantaði upp á borðbúnað í eldhúsið, fá glös, diskar, hnífapör og slíkt. Engin brauðrist. Sturtuhausinn hélst ekki í slíðrinu og klefinn lítill svo að það var mjög erfitt að þrífa sig almennilega. Internetið í húsinu virkaði ekki.

• Hannah (6/5): Great location but needed a deep clean and redecorating. - Very central to where all the cafes and restaurants are. Parking available on site. Owners kindly allowed an earlier check in. Smelt like greasy take out food, was under construction downstairs and my apartment had not been cleaned properly for arrival. While the bedding and towels were clean. I bought some Ajax wipes to clean the surfaces, the bathroom and table. The shower had soap wrapped in it, there were cups in the cupboard that had been put away dirty, there were empty boxes across the outside balcony. There was tabacco on the floor. The light fitting was broken above bunk bed, the only storage draw didn’t shut, it needed a paint, the shower curtain needs replacing and shower needs a deep clean. Had issues with the TV said Netflix on the wall, text for the password and replies to say it was a type of streaming tv, everytime wanted to watch the tv had to unplug the streaming box so it would restart. The floors are very creaky and can hear your neighbours. Overall, the apartment needs some TLC and to be refreshed to feel worth the money it cost to stay.

• Valný (6/5): Mér fannst gott að vera þarna en íbúðin þarfnast lagfæringar. - Góð staðsetning, góð rúm, gott wifi Ekki gott aðgengi í íbúðina(þröngur stigi upp 2 hæðir), sturtan brotin(verður vonandi lagað), léleg birta í eldhúsi(verður vonandi lagað), lítið af hirslum inni á baðherberginu.

• Monika (7/5): For the next night, I booked a different apartment with a much better standard. I don't think the price is adequate - The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was located above the food court. The kitchen pipes ended at the apartment's height, so with the windows open, the apartment reeked of fried food, plus it was noisy. The area is not well-maintained. The walls are thin, so you can hear people using the bathroom or talking.

• Carlos (9/5): Definitely one of the better places in Akureyri with everything within walking distance even the airport is a 40 minute - I loved the location, very central to the Hof building which made everything accessible. The apartment was very clean and very warm. No human presence which is annoying but they answered their WhatsApp very quickly. The place looks like it’s a construction site with the entrance veranda littered with stacks of timber.

• Kevin Parlour (3/5): Best avoided. - It is very centrally located. We booked for 4 nights but left after 2. The noise from the street is unbearable, only dies off at about 2am. The seals on all the windows are in very poor condition, rooms are damp as a result and there is next to no noise reduction when they windows are closed. Bathroom is in poor condition, leak at base of toilet and also under the sink, shower is unusable if you are over 6ft. Entrance to apartment is right beside exhaust fan and duct from restaurant below, surface is greasy and smells. For the money being charged, this is about as poor a place as I have ever stayed in.

• Lisa (4/5): A bit disappointing. - The location was good. Sheets were clean. Pillows were old and zero support, felt like cotton balls in a bag. The bathroom had dead bugs on the floor and the shower curtain was dirty. The wifi didn’t work.
