Αυτο πρεπει να αντιμετωπιστεί με κάποιο τρόπο. Πρεπει ακομη να γινουν κάποιες μικρες επιδιορθωσεις και επισκευες σε διαφορα σημεία.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Free laundry service. Good wifi. Lots of space in the rooms. Very large terraces. Construction works were happening nearby, which meant loud noise early in the morning. However, was quiet and peaceful during the night. I assume construction works are only temporary so may be finished soon.

Showers were very small and nowhere to put shampoo etc on the wall. One of the taps was very hot and kept catching my arm on it. Sometimes the cleaner forgot to replace towels. Towel rail was loose in one of the showers. Aircon was faulty but was fixed quickly.

Staff were all wonderful! Location is 10/20 min walk to almost everywhere. M avenue is maybe 25 min walk
• Stephen (8/5): Lovely Clean Spacious Apartment - Nicely decorated apartment, clean, spacious. Two balconies, one at the front, one at the back. The front balcony was nice and big and comfortable to sit out on. Daily change of towels but also refreshing of water bottles, which was a lovely touch. Comfortable beds. Very friendly reception staff, that were always on hand to help with anything, booking an airport taxi, or food recommendations. Not massively critical, but rear balcony is quite small, and some of the furniture showed some signs of wear, the toilet door handle too. The two main issues were that there was no wardrobe at all, so nowhere to put your clothes, and with 2 bedrooms that is a problem. There is only a small shelved area in the hall by the toilet. The second issue was shower design, the one in the front bedroom is so narrow you cannot pass the taps to the other side of the shower, and are constantly hitting the walls/windows of the shower while trying to wash.

• Yurshin (10/5): Fabulous! Felt so comfortable and safe. Like an airbnb but with all the benefits of a hotel. The hotel manager was so sw - The staff was out of this world amazing and so attentive to all my needs ie. everything from transfers to booking a hair appointment for me. The wifi doesn't connect in the bedroom/bathrooms, but that's a small flaw considering how amazing everything else is.

The space and the facilities were really good. Also good for a few days more. The distance to the Marrakech center is about 2.5 km and takes a good half hour to walk. At night this is not very comfortable. The staff however contacts cheap taxi quickly and this overcomes this distance.

• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - We appreciated the location - in a modern neighbourhood with great amenities - 2 specialty coffee, a very nice breakfast bistro, the best italian pizza place, a deli, an exchange office, 3 clinics/hospitals etc. not so busy at night as the city centre, nevertheless just 30 min walk from the Jemaa al-Fnaa square or 7 min by taxi. We are a family of 5 - the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just suited our needs perfectly. We liked also hanging out at the balcony for a coffee - although we stayed at the 1st floor the procimity of the street traffic didn’t bother at all. At the entrance there is a permanent reception in service with friendly staff. Upon arrival there was a fruit basket and nut snacks as a welcome treat. Each day we received a new supply of fresh bottled water and nespresso capsules. The owner was super friendly - he communicated with us without delay over whatsapp providing tips for trips. He even arranged a free airport transfer for us upon departure. Hyper hospitalious, friendly and helpful. Thank you Ismail, you made me write a rating which I rarely do :)

Everyone at the reception was so nice and friendly and ready to help with anything we asked for. We really recommend this apartment and would stay again in the future. Everything in the apartment is exactly and it looks in the pictures. Everything was great!

The host was really great, he helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was really large, with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. I would really recommend this place for a great stay!
• Claudia (9/5): M Appart: an excellent alternative for hotels in Gueliz - The concept of an apartment complex with hotel services is sth you don’t come across very often, and it enables M Appart to seriously compete with the hotels and Airbnb’s in Gueliz. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor, featuring a large living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms, and two large balconies. Daily cleaning of the apartment was provided (discretely executed while we were out), and laundry services are available, too. However, the most important usp definitely is M Appart’s staff: I have been around in Morocco and Marrakech in particular, but never ever have I had the pleasure to encounter such an outstanding level of personal engagement and service. The entire staff, from the lovely ladies of housekeeping, to the front desk staff members, the security gentlemen who are on duty at night, and those who are literally always available through Whatsapp (even at the oddest hours): they are all absolute sweethearts who go out of their way to accommodate your every wish and need. M Appart is very conveniently located near Carré Eden shopping mall, which also features a newly renovated Carrefour supermarket (among many other shops and a foodcourt), and at walking distance from Djemaa Elfna square, and Jardin Majorelle and the YSL Museum. I would highly recommend M Appart, also for more extended stays: we were there for two weeks. Note: the pics I uploaded concern the view from our main balcony. The photos of the apartment provided on the Booking listing are very accurate. Tip: go have the Fassi breakfast at Friscobaldi, on the opposite side of the crossing: their tajine with khlii (which consists of egg and strings of salted meat) is my favorite, and truly the very best in town. Nothing.

Moving around Marrakech is a disaster ! Apps are not working there and taxis drivers don’t want to put the taximeter, they just want to over charge tourists !! • Eng. (7/5): Good - Good location but not really touristic location. Apartment size was good ... two bedrooms + two bathrooms including kitchen and balacony. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Staff response was great! Either by whatsapp or phisycally! The provide security guard outside the building Car parking in the building itself was only for small cars! You've to park your car in the side of street which is little risky. Furniture condition was good

• Phoebe (10/5): Absolutely 11/10 service, spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable - Incredible service, properly 11/10 - Kalima was immediately available at all times for anything we needed over WhatsApp. (I used Google Translate and we conversed in French!) She arranged private transfers out of town and to the airport for us, and when the power in the apartment fused one night, somebody was there and the problem was solved within ten minutes. They also brought us a massive breakfast platter a couple of days later as an apology for the inconvenience! It was immaculately clean and the cleaner did all our dishes, made our beds, and cleaned the apartment every day. The apartment itself was big, stylish, and very comfortable. Good showers (I had seen some complaints they are small - but they were completely fine for us). 5-10 minute walk from a big and well stocked Carrefour. Comfortable beds. Comprehensive breakfast with pastries, bread, cheese, jam and butter, cereals, juice, coffee pods, and we particularly liked the warm hard boiled eggs! The kitchenette had everything we needed - including a Nespresso machine, microwave, hob (no oven), kettle, juicer and a few pans, plates/bowls and cutlery. Be aware it’s a 30 minute walk from the Medina, down loud busy roads. This was fine for us, it meant we got lots of walking in (or grabbed a taxi for 30-50 MAD depending on time of day) but one to be conscious of for your sightseeing if location is important to you. For us, this was a conscious decision as we needed to stay in accommodation with kitchen facilities - very hard to find in a Riad! - and we were perfectly happy with it.

• Samir (10/5): already did - I felt I am at home nothing missing , our welcome was a huge fruit platte enough for a week, even the fridge was never empty, we had most essential food (bread, milk,cheese, yoghurt, Honey, sweets ..etc) filled into fridge, water supply 3 litres almost every second day, any help we need was done within minutes. generally it was a 2nd home for us. 10 - 20 cents taxi to Center, Huge Balkon. stuff are all great Ismail and Karima, Cleaning stuff every day as if you are in a 5 star Hotel. what else I can say. for sur our next visit will be there. none

• Saroj (8/5): Very good - The location is near shopping and shops. its very close to YSL garden and reachable by walk. Very modern rooms but bathrooms needs redoing as they are quite dated. The breakfast is good with lots of fruits and bakery. But if you are staying more then 3 days it gets boring as its the same for every days including the juice.
