• Mares Gutierrez (5/5): Bien pero hace falta una mejor reacción en momento importantes - La ubicación, bien. No pude desayunar, entiendo que tenían ocupación alta por olimpiadas pero no alcancé a probar bocado, no había nada cuando bajé a desayunar, debieron preveer la situación. Ademas de que la noche anterior no dormí ya que los jovenes corrían por los pasillos azotando puertas, gritando, etc y parece que nadie hizo nada por controlar la situación aún cuando fue reportada a recepción.

• Torres (1/5): - Al llegar nos entregaron una habitación sucia aun con las cobijas tiradas en el piso. La tuvieron que limpiar de rápido ya que no había mas habitaciones disponibles. Y ya imaginarán como quedo la habitación de "limpia" .

• Provins (3/5): would not stay again. - the room has no natural air. the windows are sealed and when the door shuts it too seals. no air flow. The walls are so thin we heard everything from other rooms. A family with screaming kids in one room. domestic violence in another room. we went to the lobby to ask for assistance and the security person could not do anything. We decided to check out after one night not two. We were not refunded for the second night that we did not stay.

• Jana (9/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. Good location. The breakfast wasn’t as great as I expected. It was just eggs fruit yogurt and juice. The juice was like watered down. the coffee was from a machine and wasn’t good and the eggs ran out so I had to just eat chips and yogurt. I thought it was going to be a better breakfast.

• Claudia (9/5): Hotel con muy buena relación calidad/precio - El desayuno sencillo pero rico, la cama muy cómoda y la habitación muy limpia No pudimos abrir la persiana ya qué el mecanismo estaba descompuesto. No nos afecto mucho porque llegamos ya tarde pero al día siguiente si nos hizo falta la luz de día

I’m still a little upset they knowi - The staff were courteous and helpful I had a room on the third floor, initially AC worked properly, by the following day (mid day) the room was steaming hot! When this was brought to the attention of staff they admittedly informed me the AC had been outta of service and currently being worked on. This was a little unsettling because of the establishment knew, why would they not notify?! In that same initial room, the bathroom curtain was gross and both towels and sheets had small stains, here and there. We were eventually switched to a better room WITH working AC on the same floor, bathroom towel and curtains still weren’t the best.

• María Victoria (4/5): Asco y pesimo servicio en la comida y personal - Personal de la cocina en el desayuno que ofrecen masticando chicle y sin las medidas de higiene basicas, sin cubrebocas y hablando y riendose enfrente de la comida, una cocinera de baja estatura le quedaba el platon de frutas en la cara y se agarraba los dientes con los dedos para sacarse la comida, como es posible que esten comiendo cuando estan sirviendo y preparando alimentos a los huespedes, es un asco y falta de capacitacion de personal, en general pesimo y eso que estamos hablando de una categoria superior con protocolos de servicio!!
