• Yulia (5/5): - Понравилось панорама. Море. Гостинница выглядит уставшей и не свежей. Возможно когда сезон она прекрасна. В номере холодно, даже когда включили кондиционер холодно. Хотя могли бы включить кондиционер заранее чтобы прогреть комнату, подготовить. Хотели не много отдохнуть с дороги, но побыли только два часа и уехали. Комната, обстановка вообще не располагает оставаться на дольше. Даже телевизор не работал (мелочь, но...). В комнате вода, чай, кофе, сметана за кофе можно посмотреть на фото в каком состоянии. На фото в интернете все прекрасно, но в реальности все к сожалению по другому.

• Ionut (9/5): Great food, great view and great people. - *I had moderate expectations going there. That being said: amazing view from the restaurant, amazing food at the restaurant, amazing sunsets from the restaurant terrace (free stationary observation binoculars with decent to good lenses - amazing moon view), but i was too lazy to see the sunrise. The whole experience was great and for sure this is something to be recommended. I am not sure how it fairs in full season and with 100% prices but based on my experience and prices and all it was perfect. What can you say when all went well ? ... the water kettle smelled very bad of heated plastic, either it was new or it will soon have a problem. Other than this there is nothing that comes to mind. It was a great experience.

• Alina (10/5): Excellent place for a family outing. - The view is stunning. Apartments are large and buildings are not crowded. Breakfast is good, restaurant is great, even though a bit crowded. The road to the seaside is an adventure :) but a beautiful one.

• Massimo (6/5): Resort with a wonderfull location but a poor maintenance. - The position of the place is fantastic, unique and unforgettable location, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Black Sea , the staff at reception was really professional and friendly, always ready to help and solve the problems,(they also sent to us some forbidden clothes), staff of the restaurant (lunch/ breakfast) who cooked and prepared meals was also really good and friendly too, our room was in front of the pool and was confortable with a good size and nice terrace, gardeners and cleaning staff make a good work; breakfast was good and various. Im sorry to tell that but staff (with the exception of reception and kitchen) was really rude, not friendly and not professional, you are working inside a "resort" so should to smile and be polite and friendly and this never happened; our room have really old furnitures almost broken, shower and toilette are really old and designed with a dangerous slope towards the central drain out of any european standards, the overall condition of the property was poor, broken tiles on the terrace floor (dangerous), outdoor showers next to the pool repaired with tin foil (ridiculous), pools with missing pieces, the pool bar was dirty and had several pieces/tiles missing from the bar, everything needs serious maintenance considering the location's 4-star rating and its resort classification. Of the property's 3 restaurants 2 were closed, and no notice was sent to me on my reservation.

• Adelina (8/5): Pentru prețul plătit, am fost un pic dezamăgită - Locația este una foarte frumoasă. Mi-a plăcut ideea de apartament, cu acces la piscină aproape oriunde ești cazat. Micul dejun, același în fiecare zi, dar variat. Cu siguranță poți mânca ceva diferit zilnic. Apartamentul măricel. Dormitorul micuț, livingul mare, open space cu bucătăria. Bucătăria utilată cu mașina de spălat vase, plită, cuptor. Minimul de veselă . Prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic. Terasă mare, spațioasă Curățenia lasă de dorit. Se vedea ca a fost făcută curățenie doar de ochii soacrei. În baie, în colțuri era plin de paienjeni.. wc ul și chiuveta nu mi s-au părut deloc curate. Am plecat la Lidl să iau dezinfectant ca să pot să fac singură curat. Am avut un apartament fix pe colț unde efectiv sufla vântul non stop.. era un curent incredibil . Eram și cu un bebe de 3 luni. Într-una din zile ne-a venit un miros incredibil de usturoi 😂 pe aerisire. Sincer.. la prețul pe care l-am dat, mă așteptam să fie mult mai curat.
• Ciprian (8/5): Excellent value for money - We love staying at Kaliakria, it’s our fourth time. Plenty of space for kids to play, multiple pools and very good breakfast. The place was built many years ago and this is starting to be visible, a refresh would be great.
• Daniela (9/5): - Micul dejun la "El Balcon del mundo" este foarte bun si diversificat. Locatia este foarte buna, peisajul este suberb, piscina a fost curata. Paella preparata la bar duminica a fost excelenta. Am avut un apartament cu doua dormitoare bine intretinut, curat, cu vedere la piscina mare. Resortul are farmecul lui, dar incep sa se vada urmele timpului pe alei si pe cladiri. Unele dintre acestea necesita renovare si intretinere si la exterior.

Food is very very limited and except Balcon del Mundo...the other 2 restaurants have very low quality food . We had breakfast 3 days in a raw at balcon del mundo ( included) they served the same food..very few options.

• Daniela (10/5): Mai venim! - A fost o prelungire de 2 zile tot prin booking, dupa o rezervare initiala de 7 zile. Nu am putut pastra apartamentul initial. A fost interesant. Ne-am mutat de la etajul 3 fara lift , pe aceeasi scara la parter. Ne-a placut in ambele apartamente, mai putin deranjul cu mutarea bagajelor.
• Daniela (10/5): Interesant daca doresti o locatie linistita in care sa mergi cu familia si animalul de companie. - Apartamente spațioase, arhitectura deosebita, gradina ingrijita cu vegetatie frumoasa, balcon, piscina infinity, pet friendly, restaurante f bune. Nu se poate schimba apartamentul. Avantajul etajelor superioare este vederea superba asupra marii, dar nu este lift. La parter se poate iesi direct in gradina la piscina. Plaja este departe (de mers cu masina+pe jos). Parca Hero beach e mai accesibila si mai mare.

• Ionela (7/5): - Micul dejun f bun. Restaurantele resortului (italian și tradițional) f bune. Piscine curate, bine întreținute. Grădini frumoase. Mobilierul din camera noastră învechit. Saltelele super folosite(trebuie schimbate). Gălăgie seara în resort.
• Maria (10/5): Vacanta familie - Resortul este mare, extrem de frumos, foarte curat si foarte bine ingrijit. Am citit in recenzii ca nu ar fi suficiente sezlonguri la piscina, dar niciodata nu am întâmpinat probleme si mereu am gasit loc, desi era extrem de aglomerat, avand in vedere minivacanta de sfanta Maria. In fiecare seara piscinele erau curatate. Personalul extrem de amabil, atat la hotel cat si la cele trei restaurante din resort si la barul de la piscina. Camera a fost curatata zilnic. Camera a fost mare, spatioasa si mai mult decat suficienta pentru trei adulti. Chicineta a fost doata cu tot ce trebuie pentru o bucatarie mica. Balconul este mare, spatios si permits si depozitarea salteleor si colacelor mari de baie fara sa fie probleme cu spatiul.
• Sorin (9/5): Resort excelent cu o excepție:Plaja/accesul la mare - Locația, apartamentul frumos, exact ca în descriere, vedere frumoasă spre mare. Mic dejun excelent, personal drăguț, piscina super ok. Cu mici excepții se găsesc locuri la piscină la orice oră. Cea mai apropiată plaja la câțiva kilometri, accesibilă, in principiu cu mașina (Adora). Frumușică in sensul că e genul de plaja "virgină". Intrarea în mare super bolovănoasă.

• Ciobanu (10/5): - Mi-a plăcut absolut totul! Apartamentul a fost super spațios și curat, cu vedere către piscina și către mare ! Micul dejun de nota 10 !
• Dominik (10/5): - Bolí sme tu rodina s detmi, velmi sme si to užili postele pohodlné, malí sme dvě kupelky. Bolí sme v prvom poschodí ideálne v prípade deti cez balkon sme stále Iba vybehli do bazénu. Vačšinu času sme boli pri mori na heroes beach ideálna volba pre rodiny s malými detmi. Raňajky bolí chutné každý si najde svoje. Využili sme pizzeriu v komplexu nevýhoda je potreba si urobit rezerváciu. Pizza je úžasná, avšak obsluha nestíhala a dlho sme čakali kým sme si objednali a nasledne sme sedeli pol hodiny pri prázdných poharoch a nik si nás nevšímal až po opakovaných volaniach na obsluhu prišli za nami a to už som ziadal účet. Nakoniec som ešte dostal od obsluhy vynadáne, prečo dávám také male dyško, lutujem že som nedal 0. V Kavarne najdete lepšie reštauracie aj za lepší peniaz.

Curatenia lasa putin de dorit si ar trebui insistat mai mult la curatarea piscinelor Exista un robotel care face curat in piscina insa raman unele zone unde ar trebui insistat. Per total un feedback bun, noi revenim in fiecare an cu drag. 10 pentru locatie cu o priveliste superba si mic dejun.
• George (8/5): - Camera aerisita, curata, decent dotată Cuptorul cu microunde defect House-kipping-ul schimba doar prosoapele și lua gunoiul, lăsând paharele din chiuveta nespălate, dar așezând ostentativ burete și detergent de vase alături.

I had bad experience on one of the restaurants (the pizzeria). After dinner I was quite sick that night…feeling bad. Likely my kids were ok. Unfortunately I was leaving early as I was not able to eat anymore there…

• Борислава (9/5): - Хубава и просторна стая с кухненски бокс, както и голяма тераса с място за сядане. Чистотата беше на ниво. Комплексът е голям и много добре поддържан. Имаше проблем с бойлера, но беше бързо отстранен след сигнализация на рецепция. Улуците не са добре измислени, при дъжд водата се оттича директно на терасата.

• Silviu-Costin (4/5): - The view from the room and generally from the resort. The mattress was very old, with an already formed hole in it on one side and it was squeezing on every movement. It was almost impossible to sleep. The water in the pools was very cold even after a long day of summer it stayed the same, I believe the water is constantly changed with fresh cold one.

• Angelova (10/5): Amazing views . Friendly staff - The supermarket was great. Infinity pool was so pretty. Breakfast was awesome. The views are breathtaking. The terrace of the room was so spacious. The tv is a bit old. The location is good but u need a car. Shuttle bus is a good option for people with no car.
• Lavinia (10/5): Excelent - In camera am avut absolut tot ce este nevoie: loc de luat masa, zona pentru gatit, vesela, pat confortabil. Am avut un balcon foarte mare cu masa, scaune si uscator de intins hainele, cu vedere la una dintre piscine. Complexul are 5 piscine, cea centrala are si bar. Nu platesti separat sezlongurile, nu esti obligat sa faci consumatie de la ei, poti veni cu ce vrei la tine la piscina. Muzica este doar la piscina principala, dar nu este data tare si nu deranjeaza. La doua dintre piscine, cele mai mici aproape ca nu sunt oameni, in cazul in care ai nevoie de liniste si relaxare. Toate piscinele au zona pentru copii delimitata. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun si variat. Mai sunt 3 restaurante in complex, unul cu pizza si paste si vedere la mare (nu a fost exceptionala pizza), unul cu bucatarie internationala si vedere la mare (faceti rezervare din timp la el, am mancat un peste f bun, dar e mai scump) si inca unul fara vedere, dar cu mancare buna si mai accesibila. Exista si un magazin foarte aproape, nu sunt preturi foarte mari, poate putin mai scumpe decat la un supermarket. De langa complex incepe un traseu in jos spre plaja Adora, destul de frumoasa, amenajata cu sezlonguri, dar si cu loc pentru prosoape si cu un bar foarte dragut si mancare buna. Am stat 4 nopti si as mai fi putut sta aici fara sa ma plictisesc. Am avut o experienta foarte placuta.

• Baciu (8/5): - Apartament spațios, cu doua bai, piscina mare, restaurantul pentru micul dejun cu priveliște la mare. Lenjerie curata, bucătărie mobilata cu de toate. Curatenie superficiala, panze de păianjeni prin camere și praf neșters. Plaja e foarte departe în realitate (vreo 4-5 km), deși pe Booking arata ca e la 750m. Da, mai mult de 750 m de mers prin pădurea de pe versant, traversând poduri și urcând zeci de scari.

• RUXANDRA ADINA (10/5): A wonderful resort - Kaliakria is a wonderful resort. We liked the apartment, the pools and the restaurant. Unfortunately, the beach was a little bit too far.

• Anna (10/5): - Piękny ośrodek. Basen i plaża dla miłośników. Do plaży prowadzi ścieżka, trochę stroma ale trudy wędrówki rekompensują piękne widoki.
• Carla Camelia (8/5): - Spatiile îngrijite,piscinele curate,personalul amabil. Nu am putut tine geamul deschis la dormitor din cauza mirosului insuportabil de hazna,kk. Din păcate și aici au apărut turiști care ocupa cu prosopul șezlonguri, aduc boxe și nu respecta liniștea.

• Petyr (9/5): Wspaniały na spokojny wypoczynek - To nasz drugi pobyt, apartament spełnia wszystkie oczekiwania, jest duży, przestronny, posiada balkon z widokiem na basen i morze. Plusem jest kilka basenów, z których goście mogą w pełni korzystać. Parking na terenie obiektu w cenie. Zdarzało się, że w apartamencie pojawiały się mrówki, ale sądzę, że to problem całego obiektu.

Cina doar cu rezervare, nu poți sa iei mâncarea comandata, de exemplu, și sa servești în apartament. Poate își regândeasc stilul. Prânzul sa nu poți sa-ți iei nimic, decât dacă pleci din resort Este nevoie de mâncare, nu toată lumea merge în concediu sa gătească.
