• CARL (9/5): - Excellent location close to beach,lovley pool area very quiet and relaxing,exceptionally clean ,reception staff very helpful and friendly especially Dita who i saw most of the time., clean room and bedding provided plenty of clean towels also beach towels provided also shower gel in bathroom and cleaning product in kitchen welcome water provided in room on arrival +++ for additional mosquito screens for balcony +++ which was very nice to with supplied with table and chairs lovley sea view room and beach bar/ restaurant right on beach Excellent food and service and reasonable price again lovley staff. Always staff cleaning common areas which was a daily as the sand gets everywhere from the beach Lots of local shops and stores 2 minutes walk from apartment, can buy daily essentials from tea- milk snacks even a shop that sold alcohol 😙 which was a bonus plenty coffee shops and restaurants selling good food,one occasion I used food delivery app but then saw resturant was 5 mins away apartment so walked there instead The whole complex had cool relaxed vibe no loud music playing all day no annoying animation guys trying to disturb you while resting the beach very clean and tidy, Note+++ as the name states these are serviced apartments so don't expect all the fancy frills of a normal hotel and its not in a tourist area but the quality of the stay was just as good !! but if you just want peace quiet close to beach this is for you a wonderful experience and definitely will be back thank you guys 😊 Nothing met my expectations ,would say only repair the sign above hotel

It's nice from the outside with well managed pool and garden but broken down rooms. 24h reception was nice but that's about it. Cleanliness was ok. Shower did not drain (approx 2 hours to empty) Wifi did not work In room equipment is becoming old Overall I would not recommend for the price I paid

• Mathy (1/5): Not a Relaxing Resort - An Overwhelming, Dirty Factory of Disappointment - The Only Positive: The direct beach access is good, and the sea is beautiful. However, a nice beach cannot compensate for a terrible room and experience. My recent stay at the Royal Beach Serviced Apartments was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. What is advertised as a "serviced apartment" resort is, in reality, a massive, impersonal, and poorly maintained complex that fails on almost every level.

To make things worse, a young guy from the staff was taking pictures of my girlfriend while she was getting tanned. The rooms were dirty, especially the toilet. The internet didn't work, and the shower kept getting stuck.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Badezimmer eine Katastrophe. Fehlendes Küchenutensilien in der Küche. Bettwäsche dreckig und mit Flecken. Bei Anreise mit 3 Personen kein Schlafplatz für dritte Person vorbereitet. Nur ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch im Badezimmer für 3 Personen. Strand/Pooltücher erst auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption erhalten. Internet im Zimmer funktioniert nicht. Hotel vor Anreise telefonisch zu keiner Tageszeit erreichbar. Nie wieder!!! Leider kann ich hier nicht noch mehr Bilder anhängen. Ich hätte noch ein paar mehr im Angebot.

Pas de paroi au niveau de la douche donc la salle de bain était inondée après chaque douche Eau de la douche bouillante même en se mettant sur l’eau froide il fallait attendre 22h pour que les canalisations refroidissent Piscine qui ferme à 18h et le seul bar de l’hôtel aussi ! Vue sur des travaux qui commencent dès 8h du matin avec des marteaux piqueurs Environnement très sale dans les rues autour de l’hôtel Wifi quasiment inexistant Personnel peu sympathique sauf à la piscine et au bar Nous sommes restés 15 jours et les draps et serviettes n’ont jamais été changé supérette absente alors que noté dans le descriptif aucune activité ni soirée proposée Nombre de transats limité à la piscine beaucoup de locaux qui viennent profiter de la piscine dans la journée qui gênent la tranquillité des vacanciers je ne recommande pas

Biz ingilizce bilmediğimiz için biraz menülerde zorlandık. Odamızda tavak çatal kaşık tava vb vardı ama bıçak eklenmesi gerekiyor normal bıcakla kesmek zor oluyordu. Tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum.
• Jima (7/5): Good - The hotel has a good location, 12 km from Hurghada Marina and 12 km from El Gouna Marina. The hotel is good, close to the beach and has two swimming pools for children and adults, but the facilities are not good. WI-FI is not available in the rooms. The room service is bad, there is no place in the studio to hang the laundry after coming out of the sea, there are no chairs or tables in it. They need to improve their facilities. To clean the rooms, you have to pay money for cleaning during your stay, and this is also very bad.

I traveled with my family, and they gave one apartment on the 3rd floor with a nice sea view and the other on the ground floor facing the rear with no decent view.

I booked a room with 3 bedrooms so my Egyptian friend could stay with us. That became a nasty discussion with the staff. He should sleep somewhere else.

Most important thing is it that it is not clean enough. I tried several times to get my linens changed. They redirected the problem instead of producing solution. The WiFi is only available in the limited area of the reception, it is NOT covering the rooms. So please don’t forget to buy a mobile internet package.

• Adrian (5/5): We Made The Most Of It. - The Pool, Pool bar area. Thanks to Carl at the Bar for giving up tips on how to get around. The sea was beautiful. The location of hotel is not a tourist area. These rooms are sub-let by owners. The shower area needs upgrading, there was no room service, no toilet paper or towel change, as described on B.com, there was no bottle of water on arrival, no mini bar the air con was loud and no satellite tv channels.

• Aisha (7/5): Calm area, nice people and a short taxi drive to the city - The location was very quiet and at the beach. It also had this lovely little dock where you could see the sun set, we went there every evening to relax. The staff was very polite (including the cats on the premises) Be aware that this hotel isn’t super close to the city centre. This makes it a really quiet place but you need to take a taxi if you want to get into the city. The shower didn’t always drain properly. We didn’t get the room with the balcony so our view wasn’t like the pictures but we could still see the sea.
