Steffen (10/5): Wir hatten schöne Tage hier - Tolle Lage, direkt am Fuß des Ätna. Frühstück war gut. Das Auto kann auf einem hoteleigenen Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Biancavilla als Stadt selbst gibt nicht so viel her.

La réception très froide de la personne de l'accueil qui semblait s'ennuyer profondément. La chambre encombrée de 3 lits pour 2 personnes avec une fenêtre qui s'ouvre sur un balcon complètement fermé par des sortes de rideaux de plastique. Donc très peu de lumière naturelle et aucune vue sur quoi que ce soit.

Pierre (1/5): A fuir - Rien Emplacement: Biancavilla est horrible. L'hotel ne merite vraiment pas ses 3 etoiles. Nous avons passé 2 nuits. La chambre malgré qu'elle soit dénommée confort, n'a rien de confortable. Comment doivent être les chambres economiques!? Mauvaise literie (lit dur). Il a fallu réclamer pour avoir un oreiller supplementaire et une lampe de chevet (il n'y en avait qu'une!?). Salle de bain antique et équipement déglingué. Pas de pression d'eau chaude. Refus du personnel pour changer de chambre avec supplement raisonnable. Le petit dejeuner est carrement tres bas de gamme (pain, yaourt, jambon..). Le cafe ou le thé sont servis dans des goblets en carton. Franchement, adresse à fuir.

Katie (8/5): A comfortable overnight stay. - Comfortable bed Huge shower Great breakfast included Friendly receptionist We had an overnight stay so did not have a chance to enjoy the bright, comfortable sitting room. The blind in the bedroom did not open to the top, making it difficult to open the doors to the balcony to let the lovely breeze inside. The lift was broken the day of our stay and we had a lot of heavy luggage to carry up to the 2nd floor. Despite this situation, we could not be accommodated on a lower floor.

I was really surprised how good this hotel was for the money and people very friendly. Secure gated car park (probably the best I've had on my trip), nice and clean and great breakfast. ANTHONY (8/5): - For those with pets, it's not stated up front, but there is a 50 euro room charge (not a huge deal, but that was how much the room cost already, so just a heads up). The room was nice, bed was very firm, almost like sleeping on plywood though. That bathroom was clean and functional, although the shower was small and somewhat challenging to use due to it's placement. The morning breakfast and dining area were quite good though. There is a pool in the back which I completely forgot about. There is a great ristorante a few blocks away, La Vite Ristorante, that I highly recommend. The staff was friendly.

Iris (10/5): - Sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber und schönes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist bodenständig und reichhaltig. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und man kann das Auto kostenlos und sicher auf dem Hotelparkplatz parken. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es 2-3 gute Restaurants. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Kim (8/5): Lovely bright clean modern hotel - We stayed here for one night before a visit to Mount Etna. It was a 40 minute drive for us next day which was perfect. Breakfast was a simple buffet but plenty to choose from. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was very modern and clean, plenty of parking. There is a nice pool (not heated) and a lovely area to sit outside in the sun, it was about a 20 minute walk into the small town for bars/restaurants. Nothing, it had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Proctor (9/5): I'd stay again, it was very clean with excellent staff. - Best breakfast we had on our 10 day tour of Sicily. Staff were wonderful, the place was spotlessly clean. The onsite restaurant is good, with excellent service. Bed was comfortable. Parking was fairly convenient. Biancavilla was forgettable, though fairly convenient for trips to Etna. The room was dark and not well ventilated, though there was heat and AC.

Gintare (5/5): Dark uncomfortable place you dont want to stay - Bathroom full of ants. Have a photo. Toilet seat is under the sink. You can clean yout teeth while sitting. Really - have a photo. Room without any natural light - only an opening with blinds to a common walkway where people smoke - opened it in the morning while still in underwear and there is a guy with cigarette standing... Matraces very sturdy, 3 pillows in total, for 2 guests. So only one could choose which to use. Plastic cups at the restaurant, no warm food for breakfast... Facade seen better days. After showing photos and explaining all this to the reception we were not given different room or even refunded for the rest of the days when checked out immediatelly and went to another hotel.
