Guest Reviews
- jo (9/5): - The location was great, set back from the main road, so it was very quiet and peaceful. It was just a short walk to explore all the markets, beach, and the big ICON mall. The sunrise from the beach is beautiful, so make sure you take time to head down early in the morning. The facilities were good, and the rooms had their own bathroom/toilet, lots of space. The pool was great and very clean, kids loved it. Housekeeping came every day in the afternoon, which was nice. She took care of our washing & had it ready the next day.
Mosquitos kept at bay by lighting the incense coils.
Photos are as described, and we would definitely stay here again The fumigation. There was a notice on the door, we naively thought it would be done with a handheld sprayer, but it was a huge fumigation cloud that covered the property. So, I would recommend putting your pool property inside, food away, and covered, and leaving the place for an hour or so. Only happened once while we were there, a lesson learnt for us. Haha!
- Kristie (8/5): Great would stay again for sure - Loved the location and the set out Neighbours
- Bronwyn (9/5): -
- Shane (9/5): Superb -
- Marie2034 (10/5): Tranquil 2 bedroom villa with pool in a great location. - Beautiful villa in a great location to the beach & main street in Sanur. Great for two couples. There are two separate bedrooms, plus a central kitchen with a lounge/dining area. Beds and pillows were nice & comfortable and there was plenty of space in the rooms and bathrooms. The villa was cleaned daily. Pool was lovely and cool. The receptionist was very helpful & accommodating. She took care of our washing & had it ready the next day.
We used the back entry to go to the beach (via the market) & you can also walk through the Icon shopping mall. The market entry might be a bit daunting if you are not a regular to Bali. Didn't bother us though.
Photos are as described and we would definitely stay here again. Nothing to dislike.
- Martin (9/5): Nice villa sanur - Nice and quiet with great access to beach and Icon mall, villa was nice with pool Probably the only thing was bed was quite hard
- Jo (9/5): Superb -
- Marleen (8/5): Amazing villa, spacious and clean, but a few Inconveniences for families with young children. - We had an amazing stay at this villa! It was incredibly clean, and the villa itself was very spacious and well-equipped. The service was great, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. The TVs were excellent quality, and having Netflix available was a wonderful touch. However, there were a couple of things to note. The bedrooms are located in two separate areas of the property, divided by the garden. While this setup might be appealing to some, it wasn't ideal for us as we had young children. We had to walk outside during the night to reach the other rooms, which wasn’t very convenient in the rain. And we had to lock their bedroom because of the pool. Also, we found the cost of renting a baby crib to be quite high.
Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
- Bruce (7/5): Good location, cleaning very good, hard to move between main bedroom due to rain. beds hard coil spr - Good location and access to the beach through gate. Second bedroom small and had leaking tap which when reported and was not fixed. Mattresses were old coil spring and very hard, needs awning between main bedroom and living area as had to use umbrella between them. Overall the villa needs an upgrade.
- Jennifer (7/5): Would recommend but needs maintenance - Lovely friendly staff, perfect location, great villa setup Dripping tap in second bathroom, a lot of lights did not work, second bathroom toilet insecure, shower pressure irregular. Peeling paint
- Helena (9/5): Great location, large and spacious villa, large size pool! - Loved the layout of this villa - the 2 bedrooms were separated by the outdoor space and perfect for 2 couples. Location was perfect close to everything you need, the pool was a decent size and got the right amount of sun vs shade Nothing really bad to say, but I will mention that it would have been absolutely perfect if a breakfast option was available or included..
- Wilde (9/5): Superb - The staff were great. I had an issue with my shower. They replaced the shower unit. Very apologetic.
Felt like home. Comfy and relaxing.
Great location to restaurants, shopping centre and beach.
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (10/5): Despite the two negative things we would still book the cabana again it was a lovely place to come back to every day and - A lovely haven , meters away feom
the new icon shopping mall on the Main Street of Sanur but once you enter property you wouldn’t know how central to the hustle and bustle you are . Great places to eat as soon as you step onto the street. Pool
Was a lovely temperature Shower water pressure wasn’t good at all , came in small surges and having to burn mosquito coils constantly to keep them away . In saying this neither of us got a single mosquito bite
- Amanda (10/5): Great stay, would stay again. - Beautiful villa, comfy beds and furniture. Private pool was amazing. Everything was clean and there was filtered water on-site so no buying heaps of water. Water pressure not the best but not a big deal. Close to the beach. Either walk through the beach markets, you do get haggled, but everyone’s friendly and it is Bali so haggling expected. Or you can walk 5-10 minutes via the road to the right of the main entrance and get to the beach, or 5 minutes to the left and through the Bali Icon mall to cut through to the beach if you want to avoid haggling. The close beach front is nice, with markets, massage, restaurants and shopping mall in easy walking distance. Sunrise at the beach was amazing also. Nothing. It was beautiful and exactly as advertised.
- Orly (8/5): A beautiful villa close to the beach - The villa was very big and beautiful with everything we needed The pool was nice but mostly in the shadow
Too much light came into the bedroom even they have curtains
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Kerry (10/5): Cool Cabana - This place was gorgeous, has a cute retro vibe which we loved. The staff were so lovely. Ed was very helpful. We loved the natural stone pool. The villa is close to the beach. It is located in a fantastic spot close to restaurants, night market and the Bali icon mall. This place is wonderful. Thanks to all that made our stay memorable.
- Bill (8/5): Very good - Good location, private.
- Sharon (5/5): wouldn't stay there again - the kitchen facilities were terrible
- Kirsty (10/5): Beautiful private villa with pool, great for families with kids. - Breakfast wasn't included but there was a couple of restaurants right outside that also did room service. Set right off the main road. 10 minute walk to the main shopping strip and very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful, place was really clean.
- Danial (10/5): Perfect family vacation - Value for money -
- Aline (9/5): We really liked our stay. The private pool was great for the kids. It’s not too far from the beach but we have to go thr - The privacy and the private pool. Staff were great too! Perhaps need a little refresh. Some paints here and there … but nothing major
- Denise (9/5): Loved having our own pool & self contained villas but looking a bit tired in some areas - Location and privacy Couldn’t get a hot shower and
access to the beachfront thru markets was off putting.
- Angie (10/5): perfect little family villa - This villa is tucked away at the north end of Jl Tamblingan. So close to the beach and road but so quiet from any noise. Plenty of restaurants at a short walk. The bedrooms were roomy and beds we’re comfortable. The living area had a comfy couch and could also be closed up if it was too hot and have the air conditioner on. Big TV screen and Netflix/ Prime options if that’s what you want to do. Serviced everyday by a beautiful young lady Ketut who was fabulous. Not a big issue but the villa exit to the beach is through the Sindu beach market. Sometimes the market vendors can hassle a bit too much. On the plus side of that there is Yanti’s warung halfway down on the left side - it’s small but she cooks a mean mie kwah.
- Claire (8/5): Very good - The pool and the size of the rooms There wasn't any pressure in the showers or bathroom taps.
- Leschelle (6/5): great spot - close to beach
food
great beach walk second room was cold
- Susan (8/5): A great oasis in the heart of Sanur, quiet and private. - Great villa, that surrounded a pool and seating area. Great fridge and facilities to make snacks at home if you need. Close to the beach and restaurants, massage etc. sweet bamboo lined paths to get to the door, once inside it’s very private and quiet. We have two kids and when they had had enough they were happy to just chill there. Lovely staff ☺️ A musty damp smell in the room on the left of the property.
Pool was a little dirty due to palms dropping into it. But not a huge problem.
- Monna (10/5): Exceptional - the fresh fri=uit they left in the kitchen for us was a really nice touch. There was nothing I didn't like about the property. The only issue is the stove. There were no directions on how to light and there were only 2 outlets working on the stove.
- Meagan (8/5): Very good - the beds are super comfy, the pool is amazing, facilities are great. staff were very very friendly. you have to walk through a market to get to the beach and get hassled to buy clothes.
- A (10/5): Amazing, recommended, definitely will come back. - The living room dining table good for doing work.
The Room has everything we need like we are in our own house. Nothing overall great villa
- Rick (9/5): Superb - Great location. Private walkway to beach although it went through the market where you get harassed to buy stuff. Great sized rooms and private area was fantastic to escape the hustle and bustle.
Had everything. Two private bedrroms/bathrooms and was exactly as advertised. Staff were great and were very helpful with check in. Clean rooms everyday with sheets and towels refreshed. Nothing
