• Ge (5/5): Bof. - Bon emplacement dans Shin Nakano. Propre. Une chambre réservée pour 2 mais elle comportait 4 lits simples. Pas grave en soi. Les lits sont des matelas posés au sol sur des sommiers sans pied. Rien a voir avec des futons ou des lits classiques. Un entre 2 bizarre ! Mais c est surtout le gros affichage de la sortie de secours qui nous a bcp gêné : allumé toute la nuit en plein dans la chambre, cela a fait une lumière non stop. Il y avait aussi dans la chambre un escalier métallique plié et recouvert d’une bâche. Était ce une chambre sortie de secours ?

• minami (5/5): 初めての無人ホテルまた泊まってみたい - セキュリティがしっかりしている 部屋も綺麗だった しかし洗面台のドライヤーが置いてある棚の 網の引き出しの中に 前の人が使ったゴミが入っていた。捨てました。 次からは清掃の時にそこもチェックするといいと思います。後使い捨てスプーンや箸などがあると助かります。 探せなかっただけかな？ とにかく 外にいるんじゃ？と思うくらい外からの音が一晩中 丸聞こえで笑えました笑笑 友達とワイワイ騒いでお泊まりして お酒飲んで寝るくらいならぜんぜん大丈夫だと思います！ それ以外は安くて綺麗で素晴らしいと思います

• Lai (8/5): Good value for money, and perfect for a clean and comfortable place to stay.. - Steps away from train station. Central location. Lots of eateries, convenience stores, super market. It's not right at Shinjuku or Shibuya, but it's more peaceful that way and the actions are only a few stops away. Love their laundry machine and small kitchen. Also their shower space doubles as a air dryers for clothes. It's perfect. It has everything. The place is not fancy but comfortable, spacious and clean. The hallway could be updated. The room itself is perfect. Maybe some places to hang clothes.

• Max (9/5): Awesome. - It was awesome staying at this place and it was also quit. Very nice location with very nice amenities. Easy to gain access. Will book again when I go to Tokyo. I wish the mattress was a little bit harder.

• Chan (7/5): Overall, my stay was pleasant and convenient with great location and amenities, though a few improve - The property is in an excellent location, approximately five minutes’ walk from the subway station. There is also an elevator nearby, which makes it convenient for guests with luggage as there is no need to use the stairs. The surrounding area offers many dining and shopping options, including Pizza Hut, Lawson, 7-Eleven, and an Imagawa-yaki stall that I enjoyed visiting for supper. Several local restaurants are also within walking distance. The Summit Nabeyayokocho Store and Welcia (duty-free) are both nearby, making it very convenient for shopping without having to carry items back from the hotel. Overall, it is good value for money. There are two toilets, which is a thoughtful consideration for both male and female guests. In addition, the amenities provided are plentiful, so there was no sense of inconvenience or inadequacy during the stay. The shower room is rather small, and it would be helpful to have clothes hooks installed inside, as the only available space for clothing is currently the shelf unit. It would also be beneficial to replace the existing power outlets with international sockets or USB-A ports to allow guests to charge multiple devices more easily. The plug placement could also be improved, as it is currently located in the middle of the melamine bed board. Adding additional clothes hooks inside the room would also enhance guest comfort. During the last two nights of my stay, there was construction work taking place around midnight, which affected sleep quality. It would be appreciated if guests could be informed in advance or provided with earplugs in such cases. The staircase is quite narrow and steep, which can be challenging for guests with large luggage. Lastly, the provided slippers were rather worn and uncomfortable — replacing them would further improve the overall guest experience.

• Chika (8/5): 良質物件でした - 掃除も行き届いており、清潔で連泊のタオル交換も無料でしていただき、本当に嬉しかったです。駅から多少遠いのと、ネットがテレビに反映しないのが残念でしたが、写真通りキレイで、このリーズナブルな価格なら納得です。また、利用したいです。 駅からちょっと遠いかな。だけです。

• 雯方 (9/5): 整體而言四人房空間蠻大，兩間獨立廁所、獨立淋浴空間，不會因為多人而困擾。有簡易廚房、餐具和微波爐，想偶爾在住所用餐也很方便。缺點可能是只有幾個衣架和掛衣服的空間，整個空間也只有一面鏡子，會在意者可以自己攜帶。 - 位置便利，步行5分鐘內可到地鐵站。地鐵到新宿3站即可抵達，附近也有便利商店、藥妝店和餐廳，相當方便。 沒有電梯所以攜帶大行李會需要留意，加上是無人旅社，所以如果有問題需要處理可能會較麻煩，但此次住宿沒有遇到什麼問題。

• Kummzy (9/5): Nice little place to stay, close to subway station and some bars and restaurants - Was travelling with my family and my friends family - booked two separate rooms (for 4 people each). Was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were a really good size (for Japan). Had a small kitchen, twin toilets (per room) and bathroom - Beds are basically mattresses on the floor, which is quite normal in Japan. Note - this isnt really a hotel, you just get access to some rooms. Check in process was via tablet, with no staff on site - worked fine for me. But could be an issue if something went wrong. i.e. I wouldnt recommend this if you're not reasonably tech savvy
• Karim (8/5): Overall a good stay and would recommend if you are looking for a basic, comfortable, no frills stay - Room was very basic with 4 mattresses on the floor but beds were comfortable. Bonus was to have 2 washrooms and a small kitchenette which had the required equipment such as fridge and microwave, cutlery and crockery. Shower room is small but fine. Check in/check out was all smooth, albeit from an digital pad as there is no physical interaction with anybody. Only a short walk from the station and 7-Eleven and Lawsons close by for groceries. Shower room could do with some heating as the rest of the room was warm enough. Had an issue with heating (said control was locked) when we arrived and the only contact is through email and we were told that there was no one could help us at that time given that we checked in late in the evening. However, we were able to finally get the heating to work. There is no view from the room and the smallish window is frosted.

• Kristine (9/5): Great location and good value for money - We booked this for a group of 4, and the value for money is the first reason why we chose this hotel. It’s comfortable and of a pretty decent size. The location is also a stone's throw away from one of the train stations going to Namba, which is really convenient. Speaking of the location, I know many of you are curious about the "safety" issues mentioned in a lot of reviews here. Let’s put things into perspective. I can understand why some people may find it looks "unsafe" because there are some homeless people around the area; however, it always depends on what you consider unsafe. My friends and I come from a country where unsafe means you are really in danger, like crimes and those kinds of stuff, but I am telling you, this area isn’t like that. We never felt unsafe, and there was no reason for us to feel that when we were there. My advice is if homeless people or just a regular residential area will make you feel uncomfortable, then don’t book it. But if you’re okay with staying in an area with real residential life, then give this place a chance. The only downside that we can see is that the stairs are very steep, especially considering that we had big luggage. Additionally, this is an unmanned hotel, meaning there are no staff members to assist you, and there is no way for you to leave your luggage in case you want to roam around after checking out.

• Nikolas (3/5): I do not recommend lodging here - The location and customer service were good. Can not recommend staying at Cocoshuku. The windows are thin and without much sealant, so all the hot air and moisture enters the building. The air quality is horrible, and the room smells permanently of a mixture of cologne and alcohol. The air conditioning was the most dusty I've seen anywhere. There are months if not years worth of dust and trash under the beds and sofa. The shower drainage smelled of the sewer, and the sinks were partly clogged. Also the room layout is inconvenient, with a clothes rack set to a place which you need to walk through to get to the bed.
