• Ronda Joyce (10/5): - The villa was beautiful and private. The staff were helpful and polite. This villa also cooked meals from the meanu for dinner. I felt they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable . Solo traveler. Everything was good

• Wood (1/5): Very disappointing. Scam artists - Nothing to be honest. We only stayed one of the 4 nights we booked because it was so terrible. The location was very far out of the way. We got trapped with the on site taxi driver as he picked us up from the airport. He drove us around and only took us to his friends businesses where we were charged a lot more than usual. We arrived late at night and the room we booked the doors would not lock and it was very unsettling. We contacted them and they tried to fix but the moved us to another room. The new room could lick but the keys were hard. There was no were secure to lick your valuables inside. Everything was very dirty. The room we stayed in the shower did not have fall to the drain or it was blocked and it flooded the whole bathroom whenever you would shower. The breakfast options were terrible.

• Lindop (2/5): Beautiful place, terrible owner. - I love everything about this place EXCEPT one thing so let me explain. The place is very reasonably priced, lovely room, lovely big bathroom, has a bathtub, looks out on a beautiful pool and rice paddies, the pool is gorgeous to swim in, the staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful, the ambience is gorgeous. What I didn't like is that when I stayed for longer, the owner and I agreed on a weekly price for the room I was in, but then all of a sudden he tried to downgrade the room so I had to refer to the agreement in writing that stated the current room, then this week when I go to pay for another week, again he is trying to change the price. So, if you do it all through booking with him it will probably be fine, but if there happens to be any situation where there is some wriggle room, watch out for the owner, he is stingey, he is greedy, I don't think he has any real business ethics, he's just trying to get as much of your money as you can. Got that greed sickness on him.

Thunderstorm took out the electricity, but they didn't have a backup generator. We booked a different hotel in Ubud centre. Private pool was just collected rain water. Mirky and still water. Also remote area, nothing around. Driveway dirty and muddy. They didn't want to refund the booking.

The two rooms are split it was nice to separate from the kids and they both had their own bathrooms There was so many bugs and lizards but that’s Bali ! After the first night we got used to it and understood. So people should prepare themselves

• Mrmatryx (9/5): Amazing place to stay in ubad - Great location in ubad to get to the temples and other sites. Very friendly staff, Ketut and Dedu in particular. Food was good. My accommodation was exactly as pictured I had the private pool villa and it was excellent.

• Hita (3/5): It was not a pleasant stay - Wifi is working properly. We stayed in onebedroom private pool. The villa was not properly cleaned, there was cigarette butt on the ground, cigarette ash on the table, some small plastic garbage on the garbage bin was still there, a paper receipt under the table (i assume from previous guest who have stayed in that villa), so much dirt on the floor under the sliding door which access the pool. Pool was dirty, you can see leaves sink on the bottom of the pool and sands. The main mattress and the extra bed was not comfortable, it gave me back pain. The water in the shower was not warm enough and low pressure, there was no water stopper on the bathtub, so it was not usefull. Also, there was no tissue in the room, they only have toilet paper.

• Dmytro (8/5): It was my first experience with private villa and also my favourite. - Private villa with private pool is my favourite choice. This villa is quite old. It needs some refreshments. Lots of ants and no any traps for it.

Loved it 😁 My kids stayed in some of the rooms and they were a bit damp. Staff worked very hard to improve the situation, thank u 😁

The orange juice had dirty bits inside. Cutlery was also dirty. The pool was not appealing to use as you could see moss under on the base surface. The breakfast options were very poir and limited. The straws were reused! The hygiene of thenplace was appauling. Bedsheets did not get changed. The pillows has stains on them too.
