- Christine (6/5): Medicore experience but no major complaints - Room is clean. The lifts are functioning. Not much noise disturbance from neighbouring rooms at night. Kitchenette is well equipped with basic utensils. Hot water in the shower was not always working. Room air-conditioning was not cold enough. Had to on fan middle of the night. No bottled water provided. Not very location friendly as e-hailing taxis refused to pick us up from this location.
- Fairuz (6/5): Good location with many nearby food options, but cleanliness and access convenience need improvement. - The hotel location is very convenient and nearby many food shops and restaurants. Easy to find food anytime and the area is quite lively. The room size was comfortable and overall stay was okay. One inconvenient part is the access between the hotel side and residence side. Guests need to walk one big round to reach the other side because the residence entrance only can be opened using resident access card. Funny thing is there is no proper gate separating the hotel side, so people still can walk near the residence gate but cannot enter from there. It would be much more convenient if hotel guests had easier access. Another issue is the cleanliness. Housekeeping seems to clean only the visible surfaces. Under the bed and behind the side table were dusty and dirty, and there was black mould in the toilet. It is quite surprising that housekeeping cleaned the room but did not notice these areas. The hotel should improve their deep cleaning and room inspection.

No partition of the shoe place in the room and the breakfast is too common, and same menu for two mornings I stayed.

Property is ageing & needs tlc, our incovenience experienced during our stay was the water heater was not functioning, the kitchen drainage got flooded & tv remote was not working properly. The staff however was able to fix everything there & then. The key card system need to improve as i lost a card whilst we were out walking back from nearby restaurant and was charge $30 for missing card. Also, pls have some dishwashing soap available in the apartment.

The hotel staff were one of the highlights—service was excellent, the check-in process was very fast, and the security personnel were polite and accommodating throughout our stay. We booked a large family suite, and the room itself was very spacious with nice interior décor. The lighting was calm and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated that all corners of the room were well-equipped with both air conditioning and fans. Another plus point is the parking, it's free and it is very easy to find a spot and park without hassle However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the number and placement of plug points were quite limited, and some were located in awkward positions, making it inconvenient to charge devices. Secondly, the bathroom design needs attention—the shower area is quite small, and water tends to flow out into the rest of the bathroom when in use. As for breakfast, there was a wide variety of options available, which is great, but unfortunately, the taste was average. Most dishes were just acceptable and did not particularly stand out.

Aso have fun, inflatable playgrounds nearby the pool for them to play too. Hotel staffs were very friendly to us. Minor issues — we were puzzled why there were no complimentary water in the room, turns out there is a filtered tap water system, which during check in the staff could have briefed us on that. The room phone has no directory nearby so we dont know what is the operator number.

- REENA (8/5): - Spacious room. Loads of eateries with 10 mins walking distances. Has fridge, freezer, and a microwave. Friendly housekeeping staff on 10 and 14th floor. Clean and decent gym facilities. The room inconsistencies. Been staying there multiple times, the same room type. Some other times you get room that has 1/or 2 bowl, sometimes the room are equipped with water filter/water bottle (refills daily), some floor room has smart tv/normal hotel tv. But overall no complaints. Wish they could synchronized it to manage expectations.
