Guest Reviews
Bagno piccolo.
- Marina (6/5): Modest garden house, no extra services in May - Good location near Orvieto, independent little house with a nice garden, with space for parking. The hosts were nice and gave us many recommendations on where to eat. The rustic decor and the room size are good for two people, we just stayed one night. Unfortunately, they were not serving breakfast at the time we went, so we couldn't taste the amazing breakfast we read on the reviews. The access to the bedroom is a bit difficult with narrow stairs. We think, for the price paid, the garden could have been cleaner - meaning the chairs, tables and swing. We know it's a place in the countryside, but at least taking the dust and bird poo off the exterior furniture would have been nice.

Nulla
- Julija (10/5): A charming and romantic stay with a friendly host, beautiful details, and a lovely garden. 🪴 - A super charming and romantic place in the heart of Italy. The host is very friendly and responsive. The house is beautifully renovated and has everything needed for a wonderful stay. The garden is lovely, though since it is spring, we did not get to see it in full bloom. Inside, there are many beautiful little drawings on the walls that we absolutely fell in love with. We would definitely love to come back again. One small note for older guests, the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom might be a bit challenging, although it was not an issue for us. Thank you 🥰

Gaia host attenta e scrupolosa
- giorgio (9/5): Piccola casetta in un bellissimo giardino - La posizione tranquilla.

- Elisa (10/5): Una vera chicca -
Torneremo sicuramente.
- Sarah (10/5): This stay was a highlight of our trip.i wish we had stayed longer Our hosts were kind, attentive and they even had a g - The setting was beautiful. The breakfast amazing and the pool a refreshing break from the heat. Nothing.
- Michael (9/5): One day in little paradise. - A beautiful plot of land.
The garden is a little paradise with beautiful plants.
The house is tastefully furnished.
The owners are very hospitable and accommodating in recommending activities and food recommendations.
- Ilektra (10/5): Exceptional - What a beautiful place to stay! The breakfast is great, served in the garden. The swimming pool is heated and located perfectly in the garden. There is a cat called Ernesto and he is very friendly. He will come around to your room in the mornings and purr and loves cuddles. Very beautiful place with amazing host. The highlight of our trip in Italy! Nothing
- Daniel (10/5): Wonderful Atmosphere - We stayed here just one night, but it was a truly lovely experience. The property is spacious and peaceful, with a large pool and beautiful surroundings — perfect for relaxing. It’s not far from Viterbo, so it was a great stop during our trip.
The host was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. In the morning, they surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration — even bringing out a cake with candles! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay unforgettable.
We really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet escape with great hospitality.
- Caterina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gianluca (8/5): Perfect for a romantic weekend - Charming cute little house in a beautiful countryside . The host were very nice and even baked a cake for us. Heating is paid on the side
- Kirstie (9/5): Superb - So cute! What a great little property. Ernesto the cat greeted us living that la dolce vita life. Cute little apartment with beautiful courtyard and garden. Easy parking. Beautiful pool. Great property a stone's throw from Orvieto, stunning and would stay again No issues but things to be mindful of - Gravel road to the property but no dramas for a fiat 500. Small spiral staircase, for people with accessibility may have issues.
- Alex (10/5): Fantastic place with very helpful and friendly hosts! - Great property away from the Orvieto town but within few minutes drive. The place has everything - amazing garden, swimming pool, views, friendly cats and dogs. We've got a welcome cake made by the owners from their own produce and the night before leaving we've got another cake. It is such a lovely gesture! We had everything we need and even more - milk, coffee, tea, bread, cakes, etc were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, great bathroom.
There is no air conditioner but we didn't need it despite very hot weather outside - the house protects well against the heat and opening windows allows night breeze in - perfect. I'd imagine you need to warm this place up during the winter, but there is a large heater.
Can't stress enough - it's a great place to unwind for a few days or to use it as a base to travel around Umbria. Highly recommended! Can't fault anything - everything was good, in fact, well above my expectations.
- Mchags (9/5): Superb -
- Olaf (9/5): bellissima bellissimo - Beautiful romantic garden and great swimming pool with a very good water quality!
Butterflies in Lavender and fireflies in the night :-)
- Amanda (9/5): Very comfortable & peaceful stay, 10 min drive to Orvieto - Gaia was a lovely host who greeted us upon arrival & baked a beautiful cake for us for breakfast. The pool was set amongst a gorgeous garden full of flowers & very clean. Comfortable bed, really good shower pressure & well stocked kitchen. We were happy with everything - no issues. For those that want to use the spa know that it comes at an extra cost.
- Tim (10/5): Comfortable and beautiful location with views of Orvieto - The accommodation was a little house on the side of a hill with great views of Orvieto and the countryside. The house had good food supplies, and they provided a special dessert for us. The rooms were comfortable. They can also arrange a hot tub. The surrounding countryside is good for walking, with views of Orvieto in the distance. There is a safe grass area for playing with small children. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was a beautiful location to see this part of Italy. There was nothing bad about the place. The living room felt a bit small when the sofa-bed was open, but this was ok.
- Saravana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liron (10/5): Exceptional - Hot tub, location, surrounding view, homemade cake and friendly staff It wasn't really a negative for us, but you have to pay for hot tub and heating separately, which is understandable because it takes a lot of energy, but it's something to keep in mind. We knew beforehand so it was fine
- Boris (10/5): Exceptional - Pretty close to Orvieto by car. Nice green garden. Pool and hot tube. Should be great at summer. Good silent spot far from the roads and people. Warm reception by the host. Steep steps to the room might pose a problem for low mobile persons.
- Tianle (7/5): Good -
